We unfortunately had to have the county move our water meter. Magestic Plumbing hooked up the new meter to our home. Working with the county on timing was tricky. Magestic was great, they came by the afternoon the county finished and completed the install so we were never out of water in our home. They were professional, quick and did a great job at a reasonable price. We highly recommend them and will definitely keep them in our preferred vendor list.

I had Chris and his son come out for pipe replacement from the meter to the house and I cannot say nothing but great things to say about these two. Very personable, honest, respectful and down to earth. Explained everything thoroughly and showed me the great work they did after. Needed to have a sewer pipe located and have a cleanout installed. Ended up with a collapsed sewer pipe that we caught before it caused us problems. Majestic replaced the bad section, and installed the cleanout all the same day. They were very professional and friendly and did some quality work.

Chris and his son Chris Jr. are our go to for plumbing repairs. They are honest, knowledgeable, professional and fair. They saved us today when our hot water heater quit, and naturally we had a houseful of guests in town for Thanksgiving! They arrived in an hour and had it repaired and producing in about an hour. I feel so fortunate to have found Chris and Majestic Plumbing!

These guys were fantastic. Scott and his associate were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They had some issues and yet overcame it masterfully. All plumbers should strive to be like these guys! They were at our house within 2 hours of being called for a stubborn clog. They promptly took care of that and then I showed them the job someone else did on the water line install for our fridge. They immediately noticed the problem. They didn’t have the part needed so they made one. Half an hour later, the fridge dispenser speed tripled from what it was before and bisually looks more sturdy. The last thing installed looked like a leak waiting to happen. Best of all, their rates were very fair. I highly recommend using them.

Almost two weeks ago I had a plumbing emergency that I stupidly thought I could fix myself. They make it look so easy on YouTube! It's not! Anyway, we've been using Chris and Majestic for several years now and have always been pleased. When I called to tell them that no I couldn't do it myself and I needed help ASAP. Just like every other time I've called, they had someone out in about an hour, maybe a little more. It was his son, he had someone else helping. They were as nice as could be but more importantly, knew what they were doing, explained everything to me that they were doing. Lastly, they had excellent manners which seem to be a lost art these days. If you need an honest plumber who knows what their doing, don't waste you're time googling plumbers, just do yourself a favor and call Majestic.

Recently, we had the unfortunate incident of a slab leak in our kitchen and because of terrible experiences with other plumbers, I started to ask around if anyone knew a good company that wasn't going to rip us off. Majestic Plumbing was recommended by a close friend of mine so I braced myself and called them. Chris immediately impressed me right off the bat. From his demeanor and the information he gave me over the phone, I could tell he was extremely knowledgeable and well versed in his trade. He was also very empathetic to our situation, which I appreciated. He and his employee came out and after literally jackhammering through the ground in our kitchen, they located the leak and were able to repair it right away. They didn't just fix the leak and leave, either. They also cleaned up after the repair, cemented and resealed everything and left our kitchen in excellent condition. I was super nervous about the cost for all this crazy work but when I got the bill, I was surprised and so relieved! They charged a very fair price for the work that was done and I know that any other company would have easily charged us twice what Majestic did. I knew I found our plumber for life and planned on using and recommending them to others. Well, imagine our surprise when a few days later, we found there was ANOTHER slab leak!!! I called Chris again and he sent his employee out right away. He dug up his original work but unfortunately, the leak was in another spot. They were able to locate it though and again, repaired, cemented, resealed and cleaned everything up again. Of course, I was again worried about the cost of this. Not only did they have to dig up the previous work, they also had to repair two holes now and dig through cabinets for this new leak. Well, I was again surprised with a bill that was extremely fair and beyond reasonable for the work that was done. And again, I knew that I would never call another plumber again. Well...guess what? Yep! We found yet ANOTHER leak - this time in the wall behind our bathroom shower! I couldn't believe our terrible luck but I knew that I could call Majestic and get it taken care of. Chris came out the very next morning and in less than an hour, everything was completely welded, fixed, and working again. I figured this next bill was going to make up for the other two reasonable ones but nope, yet again, Chris was very fair for the excellent work he did and I was beyond happy with his service and company. In total, Majestic came out 3 times for 3 different leaks in just a week and a half. Each time, they came out promptly, did the work professionally, and charged fairly. I mean, what more could you ask for? I could literally go on for days about how fantastic Chris is and how grateful I am to finally have found an honest professional who stands behind his work and cares about his customers. I promise you, Majestic is the ONLY company you need to call for your plumbing needs! Don't waste time calling around, don't bother waiting for other plumbers to show up, don't get raked over the coals on pricing. Just call Chris and his team and know that you will be well taken care of in no time!!!

I was reluctant to write this review because I didn't want the best plumbing secret in town getting out. All the 5 star reviews you read are true! Chis is hands down 1000% genuine! Chris came out and helped me get my house sold and was the most reasonable plumber I called. Yes... you may have to wait to get him out, but trust me... he's so... worth the wait!
