As a realtor, when I refer vendors to my clients it is my credibility on the line, so I only use and refer business owners who are responsive, on time, do what they say they're going to do when they're going to do it and for a fair price. Alex is all of those. As a matter of fact, at the last listing I had him pressure/soft-washing prior to listing, the neighbors asked him to also do theirs. Speaks for itself! Plus, I love that he doesn't use harmful chemicals and can do more sensitive to pressure material (like pool screens) with his soft wash technique. Definitely recommend!

Alex cleaned my 3500 SQ foot tile roof. I was concerned about walking on the roof and cracking tiles. He told me he has has done this for years. No broken tiles and the roof looks great.
