    If I could give this place negative stars I would. The food was inedible and we ended up just throwing it in the garbage. Wasted $20 on our way home from a very long day and decided to stop at McDonald's. The ONLY person with a mask on was the cashier. We didn't bother taking it back as it was late, we were exhausted and we would have just taken it back to the unsanitary people. Double quarter pounder was dripping with grease. At this point, I may never eat at a McDonald's ever again. Filthy.

    If I could rate 0 stars I would’ve. We asked for our family meal of 4 boxes of nuggets and 2 fries plus an extra fry and 4 drinks. 1 large drink was full and 2 other large drinks were filled half way. We tried asking about why they weren’t filled all the way and they ignored us. Then we got our food and the food was all over the bag mixed in with sauce packets we didn’t even ask for. Not coming back again.

    I walk into the store and do not get greeted until 5 minutes after. I see one employee walk right pass me and doesn’t say anything. the manager and the lady working the driv through acted like I was not there. This was at 9:30 pm. I got my ice cream and it was fine though the manager was not very nice. I then went to the mens room and omg was it filthy! In the blow dryer there was dirt stuck on the machine from people drying their hands. That’s not sanitary at all if you ask me but I’m not a health inspector so who knows. I look at the toilet and there’s paper everywhere including wrapped on the toilet. Not the McDonald’s I’m used to going to. Very unprofessional crew and dirty restaurant. You get a 1 star.

    Service was excellent and the manager was very attentive. Everything was clean and neat. The only thing nobody likes are the new electronic cashier system they got. Thy are using only one person to take care of the customers and, two not well working electronic registers, which makes things a lot more harder for the manager and their employees. But, that will save some money to Ronald McDonald. I guess, Manager and employees are doing their best to keep their jobs.

    So I ordered a number 7. 2cheeseburger add extra onion and large vanilla ice coffee. I had to bring my stuff back over salted fries couldn’t eat them. No extra onions. And the ice coffee stunk. So they were very nice in replacement but they gave me an old as hell. Hamburger they probably dropped on the ground and ice coffee still stunk on replacement. WOULDNT GO THERE !!’n

    Can we bring back all day breakfast again for the love of God please???? You have to be loosing so much money daily and weekly I used to stop by 5 or ore times a week now I maybe stop there once a week if that ... The extra profit could be used to better employees or more money for the McDonald's foundation... Just a side note there .... Very very displeased and disappointed along with millions of other customers just in our country... Please corporate McDonald's hear this out !!!

    Literally the rudest place ever. Straight will ignore you and grunt at you straight from entering the store. No greeting. No I'll be right with you. They literally know you are present and have not been helped. when you say something about not being helped or just simply trying to get their attention they give so much attitude and just grunt at you. ... This was the lady wearing the manager shirt too. Like seriously.

    McDonald's has always been a classic with their burgers and fries and That is why I chose this McDonald's. They make it the same way and it is the best way. The atmosphere is fairly decent, they have ample enough parking and they're in dining situation as very clean. Lovin it !

    Just went through the drive thru. It's 5pm on a Friday, my nuggets are old. Fries are soggy. I ordered a medium meal and received a small fry and drink. I ordered an extra tea as well and they forgot that too. Very disappointed

    The lady taking orders n cashing out people at the drive thru is always sweet, but the staff at the window giving the food out is rude. My coffee was not even filled all the way up n my egg sandwich had a egg shell in it … that is nasty n dangerous. Very upset wit them. Need to have a meeting with staff about rudeness n cooking .

    My experience at this location was horrible . The entire staff seemed like they were all upset to be here. The managers attitude reflected on the entire team on shift from the lady who took my order to the manager slamming the bag of food on the counter because it’s apparently annoying her that she messed up my order and gave it to the wrong customer . I’m guessing I should’ve just taken the wrong food . We waited almost 20 mins for our food to be wrong and handed to us by an employee who was in the middle of eating his food to the manager who was annoyed with correcting the situation and sarcastically wished up a nice day .

    My experience at McDonald's was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the service was fast and efficient, and the prices were reasonable. I enjoyed the convenience of a quick meal. However, I must admit that the quality of the food left something to be desired. It's the classic fast-food experience, so I didn't expect gourmet, but I wish they would focus more on using fresher and healthier ingredients. It would be great to see more nutritious options on the menu. Overall, it's a decent choice if you're in a rush, but not the best if you're seeking a healthier dining experience.

    I've been there before and usually they mess up my order. This time I ordered a big breakfast with bacon and instead I got one with some kind of mystery meat with onions on. I called the manager and explain the situation and he told me to just come back and get another one whenever I wanted to. He said he would leave a note so they wouldn't know and just to give them my name and it would explain. I did that 3 days later and they had no clue. They acted like I was trying to rip them off. Like I said I've had problems with this place before and so I can tell you that I will not be going back to them again.

    Every time I come to the store breakfast cashier can't accept my app codes and usually gets a manager to help but lately just asked me to pay full price and this has happened twice now. I'm very disappointed this was a convenient stop on the way from work, will most likely have to find a new breakfast spot.

    So very, very sad. Pretty much every McDonald's in Pinellas County has issues, mostly from employees who don't care. But this was one on the few good places - until this time. Ordered food ahead on the app, arrived 5 minutes later, told to wait, then waited another 15 minutes in drive thru waiting spot. When I entered and asked what was going on, I was advised multiple people had ordered the same sandwich I did. Then, while waiting, the sandwich that was supposed to be for me was instead given to someone at the drive-thru window. At least they did refund my meal.

    Fix your receipt machine. It's been months of bad receipts... Also, fish sandwich was put together so atrociously.. Awful!! Place is getting worse and worse. Did the Casper Group sell this location? Because if they did, that would explain the downward spiral of this place..

    Friendly staff, hot and fresh food and parking lot was cleaned and well maintained. I always stop at this location on my way home from Tampa airport. Never disappointed😎

    Pretty disappointed with the service I received today in the drive thru as I come out of my way to avoid another location. Sometimes a simple apology for a mistake is all it takes for a customer to leave happy especially when you’re double charging them and holding their food hostage like they did something wrong, when in actuality, the transaction did go through and then you double charged me and made me wait to get a refund and to bring my card out to me. Just saying a simple “I’m sorry” can go along way.

    What just came to this McDonald’s to get my kids dinner? Charge me 40 something dollars and then didn’t want to give me all my food. The lady who’s ever serving at the window right now it’s 7:11 PM. She is very rude didn’t even give us our food all of our food. Just very nasty for no reason overall very bad experience I will never come back to this one. I just had my husband take all the food back in there and just refund us we are customers you overcharged us didn’t give us all the food and then your poor negative negative attitude it’s just really bothering me. You overcharged us and on top of that didn’t give us all of our food and have a attitude with us McDonald please do better

    I’ve only ever gone through the drivethru but the staff are always so nice. Despitr me going there near 2-3 AM, they’re always nice despite the many people who bother them so early in the morning. I feel bad going there all the time because there really isn’t anywhere else so late at night but every time they never seem to fail to give me solid service. I just wish they wouldn’t forget some of my food sometimes… but honestly I can’t blame them.

    Just left This location, ordered a McChicken, which was old and dried out, a large french fry, the fries were way over cooked or the grease was broken down, they tasted terrible, I ate 4 fries and threw the rest out! You failed today McDonalds!!!!!!!! By the way the sweet tea was excellent, they got 1 thing right!

    Consistently have to sit at the drive thru speaker 5 mins or more, only to have the person who JUST pulls up to the other speaker get waited on first. fries are old and disgusting, burger not the great either. Drink always overflowing, spilling soda everywhere and in the car. Thanks for breaking my McDonald's habit. Never again.

    Let's crame as much as you can in one paper bag it's not like these things grow on trees. While missing a Sandwich dining in I had to go to the front counter for the Manager that took my order to say I never ordered a Big Mac. I said are you calling me a liar are we even looking at the same receipt . She grabs a box from under the heat lamp slams it on the counter. I come back because it didn't have any special sauce. Still getting and attitude with me. Other staff was fine. That's all.

    If I could come here everyday for something I would. The management is awesome, the staff is so considerant..and this is THE ONLY McDonald's that has an espresso machine that works I guess. I know that I will always be able to get a late at this store, unlike the other stores...this one is ON POINT!!!! And I appreciate them so much. It's the little things that make a customer happy sometimes

    This McDonald's has the best service in south FL. I drive past four McDonald's to come here and it's worth it because their service is always a great. They have a great management team. Orders are correct. The crew is always very friendly.

    Today was a special day for me I was meeting my boyfriend's two girls for the first time. We had such a great time and really enjoyed our food. The sweet young lady who took our order did such a wonderful especially because it was her first day and she was in training and the lady was training her was doing a great job Thank you guys for making my first visit so relaxing

    I waited probably 2 minutes balancing on my cane for someone to finally come to the counter. It appeared that a bull session was way more important. I'll never go to This McDonald's again. Send someone to east lake Woodlands near oldsmar to see how to manage/operate a McDonald's. I actually broke my promise to not eat anywhere else. So i paid for it twice.
