Jessica & Sam recently did a wonderful job cleaning my house. They were both personable and extremely professional. I have used Molly Maids 4-5 times over the last 4 years to do a deep clean of my house, and have been satisfied each time. I would definitely recommend these young ladies to any of my friends. I would also like to recognize the team of Shy & Amy who have cleaned my house twice in the past. They, too, exhibit an admirable work ethic. Molly Maids is fortunate to have both of these teams on their staff!

We have a great cleaning team with Molly Maids. We love Jesse and Kiarah, they do an excellent job. They are responsive to our special cleaning needs, using a combination of their cleaning products and ours. We have glass showers doors that we use our own formula for cleaning. This team alway cleans them to see through quality. They have been our team for 3 months, and they are the best. Thank you Jesse and Kiarah for making our home shine, with cleaning and your beautiful personalities/smiles.

Overall very pleased with service. Needs more attention to detail such as dusting bottom of furniture, ceiling fans, etc - somewhat inconsistent but happy with service overall and would recommend. Occassionally someone comes during a clean to check in and I find that pretty distracting for me as a homeowner so I'd imagine it is for the crew as well. It would be much more effective to simply send a satisfaction survey after each visit especially considered the person des even talk to the customer. Other than that, no complaints!

I want to share my experience so you dont waste money with this company. My wife and I have tried a few different cleaning services. In general, we keep our house quite clean so the only service we really need is dusting. I have done everything possible to ensure they know the importance of dusting. I have told them to take as long as they need to ensure the house is dusted from top to bottom. We have tried MOLLY MAID two times and will not make the mistake again. About half the house was actually dusted and even the parts that were dusted, were done with half effort. For the amount of money they charge, you would think they would do a better job. I will say customer service has been great but even the best customer service cant save poor work quality.

Truly the most helpful service I have contracted in caring for my aging parents. Now I get to spend time with them instead of caring for house keeping issues. Consistent quality. No complaints. Sevon and Krista make a great team. I'm sure they appreciated Jessica's help this last visit.

Virginia and Alsha were absolutely the best workers I've ever encountered. They were knowledgeable and effective in the cleaning they did for me!! Of all the many cleaners I've had these two certainly standout!!!

Five stars is not enough to rate the quality of how Molly maid handles their services. I was at a loss for words on how I was going to take on such a task that needed extensive care. But with help from Molly maid I am very pleased to say I will continue to do business with them in the future should I ever need their services again. Their agent at the office was very informative and attentive to my wants and needs. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and promptly. And the maids that came to clean my house were absolutely amazing. They all did a top notch job. Thank you doesn't seem like the words that should be used. I'm grateful for their kindness, their ability to keep a scheduled time, and effectiveness when it comes to getting the job done. And done well. Thank you Chelsea, Veronica, and Casey. My home was in desperate need of a good cleaning. Alsha and Virginia arrived and got to work. They were very quiet as they tackled the dust and grime. I'm very pleased with the results and hope they'll be able to come back on a regular basis.

My wife and I just had a baby and have not had a cleaning service through in over 6 months...we also have 4 dogs...This initial deep clean was as much mentally therapeutic and it was physically for our home. Sevon and Alicia came over exactly on time and got down to business after a quick walk through and greeting the dogs. It took them a good 3+ hours but they did not miss a thing! You honestly can not tell we have animals in the home with your nose. Thank you and we look forward to your continued return!

The ladies from Molly Maid did a wonderful job with my move-out cleaning! Due to scheduling issues more people came than anticipated but they didn’t charge extra. Very nice and professional service.

My regular housekeeper is out of the country for a month and we decided to call Molly Maids. They came on a Wednesday to meet with me and I told the I needed someone there Thursday or Friday if possible. The had a cancelation and set me Joann, Lupa and Laurel. The came in asked one or two questions and went to work and did a fantastic job. I am going to keep them for another month. Great job ladies

I have been using Molly Maid for quite a few years with a little time off for Covid lockdowns. They come every two weeks to do general housecleaning. My current team is Jessica and Katie. They are very courteous, professional and hard working; and of course. do a great job of cleaning. We have a regular routine but each week they also check if there is anything special I want done or emphasized. They address it promptly. I had back surgery a year ago, and had limitations on bending, lifting, etc. and they were very receptive to requests for help with such needs. Note that I also have a golden retriever who is thrilled to see them and tries "to help" and they are very tolerant of her. They also have to deal with a lot of dog hair.

Molly Maids came and cleaned our house. They took special care in the most minute of details. Everything looks so good after they finished. I really appreciate the special touch of folding the toilet paper like maid service does in hotels. The details matter. It shows a deeper level of professionalism and care about a job well done. I highly recommend for any cleaning needs.

It was thorough and strikingly noticeable the moment we walked in! They were on time and worked fast and efficiently. Will definitely recommend and keep using them!!!

They did a great job cleaning my apartment for my move out and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. They cleaned everything so well I was laughing when I saw the results because it just made me so happy. My favorite thing they did for me was they folded the end of my toilet paper into a little triangle. That cracked me up. Lovely ladies and left me a great note to leave them a good review so they can get a bonus which I will be doing.

Molly Maid was not scheduled to clean for the first time until end of June. They had an opening and called me and asked if I wanted them to come that day. I was thrilled. And they did an awesome job. I'm so happy to have them cleaning my home.

Most of the Molly Maid staff is great, but we have been waiting for a team like Jesse and Kiarah!! They were so nice and professional. They really paid attention to detail and our home looked fantastic!! We hope to have them out every time!! Thank you ladies!! A+++

We requested a deep clean and they came to give me an estimate. At the time they told me a house of my size would take 2-3 hours. When the team arrived they were in and out in 90 minutes. I found dirt in my rugs, counters not wiped down, dust on furniture, they even took my bed sheets off and put a mattress pad on instead of new sheets. I reached out very politely the same day to go over this and sent them 40 pictures of different areas that were missed. This was not some simple “missed a spot” issue. And while some things were done well, this was not the deep clean I requested. I paid them over $100 to vacuum more poorly than I can do on my own. We do a better job wiping down the dining room table. At the end of the visit, I pointed out a spot I was unhappy with and they said they had scrubbed, but couldn’t get that area fixed. That night I took some cleaning solution, sprayed the problem area, and fixed it myself. They did offer to send someone out to reclean the house, but one of the cleaners had asked us about a bunch of electronics that we had. They pointed out how much we had, extras laying around. They made someone I lived with slightly uncomfortable, and they did not want their team back in our home. I mentioned all of this to the person I called and they said management would reach out, likely the next day. I waited four days, no response, so I decided to call and check in as I had also never been given a receipt. When I called in, the woman I talked to said I had spoken to management on Monday. So why did the person I spoke to on a Monday tell me a supervisor would reach out, but then four days later someone else tell me I had already spoken with them? Very frustrating as they then tried to get me to settle for a reclean. Why did it take four days and three phone calls to get a receipt? In the end, I spent more time tidying up around the house prior to their arrival and more time afterwards going over the spots they missed than they spent cleaning my house. And the lack of follow up when I voiced a complaint really showed more than anything they don’t care. I was very patient with them, I did not yell or be rude. All I asked was for a simple follow-up call. Instead I paid a great deal of money for stuff I could’ve done myself. I was excited to jump on board with this service monthly so that I could give that time spent cleaning back to myself and focus on other things around the house, but some things are better done yourself.

Chelsea, Laurel and Veronica arrived within the e-mailed time frame. They introduced themselves, although I already knew Laurel and enjoyed seeing her again. They cleaned everything they were asked to do and questioned me when they weren't sure of something. I've been using Molly Maid for over 7 years and have never been disappointed. My house sparkles when they are done and I just enjoy it so much more - it's worth the cost and my body appreciates not having the additional wear and tear. THANK YOU MOLLY MAIDS! Cheers - Linda

Lee and Casey did an awesome job cleaning my apartment! They were both super friendly and efficient. My dog was pleased that they took a few moments while cleaning to pet her, and I'm pleased that they got rid of all her fur! They're both wonderful and I hope that they're the ones who get to come back and clean my apartment next time.

I absolutely love Molly Maids! I started with the biweekly cleaning (super affordable), and it’s been a godsend. This week, Jesse, Ashley, and Sara cleaned my entire home and it is gorgeous!!! They even cleaned my couch (which is a horror show with two kids) and made my floors spotless. Everyone they have sent to our house has been kind and courteous, but the crew this week was exceptional! I will definitely be using them for the foreseeable future.
