Ordered two bowls of pho and one plate of papaya. The pho broth is way too sweet and has very, very little amount of meat. Not used to this because I’m from Minnesota where there’s a lot of meat in your bowl of pho. Here, there was only the thinly sliced meat, nothing else. Papaya was ok, but the flavor and texture weren’t hitting as it should. Bathroom was clean but toilet was very noisy. Was an ok experience but personally I wouldn’t come back due to taste.

This place is the best! We ordered three banh mi and they were perfect, fresh, and delicious. Also a bunch of tasty macarons and a Boba tea with popping mango bubbles. So many choices! Can't wait to come back and try the pho. Super cute inside, very clean, and the people working here are very friendly. Keep it up guys!

ABSOLUTE LOVE THIS PLACE!! The staff are all wonderful and the food is incredibly flavorful, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. We’re from out of state and make a point to stop every.single.time.

I used to enjoy this place back when it was Seasons. I came in the other day for lunch and first impression the place looks very nice and clean that's about all I could say. I ordered a Banh Mi and Chicken wings, the sandwich bread was super chewy and almost like it was stale. The wings however looked super good and were hot but as soon as I bit into it there was blood still in the wing... a lot. I didn't make a big deal about it just simply left but first experience at the new ownership I can probably I wont be returning.

The food was excellent! The the beef Banh mi sandwich and steamed gyoza were some of the best I’ve ever had. We had the rice cake snacks to go. The service was top notch. Definitely a new go to for us! Must try.

Very cute shop that I discovered looking for boba early Sunday when my usual place was closed. Saigon Baguette smells amazing with bread baking and everything being made in store. The oolong & Thai tea boba were really good and I definitely want to go back for food. It's a really cute shop too.

The Bahn Mi was so delicious. Big portions were served at the price. $7.50. The packaging came with cute stickers.

This is easily the best place for a quality bahn mi in Tampa Bay! I go here often and they are delicious, a great value, and always fresh! The staff are also super nice and the place is a cool place to hangout and cool off with a delicious boba tea! I really like their fresh rolls and custard too! A really great place with a quality product and great staff!

Delicious! I almost finished it before I stopped myself to take a pic. Taro boba with fruit jelly was also amazing. Can't wait to try the Pho next.

Although we did enjoy the crispness of the baguette crust for the bánh mì, the bread was slightly too chewy. A suggestion for improvement would be to toast the meat while toasting the bread then placing the veggie toppings on afterwards. It was a bit jarring to bite into pretty chilled/iced meat which lead to a weird mouthfeel and taste profile.

First time here! Ordered the pork and pate and coconut tea with buba. The bread was crispy on the outside and good size. Everything was fresh and tasty given that it was almost closing time. I would recommend and will come back to try other banh mi!

This is a great viet food spot. The location can be hard to get to but they make great food at great prices. I do like the seasons special but sometimes it’s hit or miss. I also recommend the thit nuong which is just grilled meat which is always cooked well. Their boba is great and I love the thai iced coffee, much better than anything starbucks could make. I recommend this to anyone looking for affordable vietnamese food in pinellas park!

Great place with a lot of options to choose from. I've been a couple of times and the food is always great (especially the banh mi xiu mai). The restaurant looks decent and wait times for your food are often times longer than I feel they should be but it makes up for it with delicious food.

The pho had a delicate and delicious flavor! The sandwiches we had, bulgogi & grilled pork, were soooo gooood! They recommended me the créeme brûlée matcha milk tea, it was perfection in a cup! Delicate creamy flavor, not super sweet, loved it! My husband had the salted coffee … mmmm super good as well but make sure you enjoy the saltiness! Quite an experience! We loved it all, definitely will come back frequently!

I happen to needed some pho and boba for a hangover. I saw this was where the old seasons was and decided to give it a try. I ordered the regular milk tea with boba, chicken pho, and a special banh mi. These were my lunch/dinner. The regular milk tea is now my go to drink. Not too sweet, try Taiwanese tea flavor. The banh mi is spot on, love the long baguette and just the right amounts of filling. The chicken pho, wow, chicken super juicy and broth was so delicious. I went again the next day and got milk tea again and a banh mi. Will be back again today I'm sure.

Seriously THE BEST Asian restaurant here in the city! And find many very good! This one really stands out! Favorite thing to order in very Asian restaurant is the fresh spring rolls! These hands down will be my “go to”! The Boba tea is like drinking nectar from the Gods!

I just finished the second half of my giant Grilled pork Bahn mi (had the first half with shrimp tempura and a Thai tea boba for dinner last night) Serious one of the best Bahn Mi I’ve ever had. I was so sad to finish my last bite 😂 Truly full of flavor, the bread was perfect, the veggies crisp and tart. 10/10 do recommend. The staff were super kind and friendly, and the vibes in the place are so cool - a flower wall for selfies (or tea pics haha), lots of couches/seating, and even a foosball table haha I’ll definitely be back! (…maybe as soon as tomorrow haha)

The ambiance here is pleasant, with soft Christmas music playing in December. My husband and I love the couches in the lounge area, but wondering why so many stuffed animals were all over the couches. There were a few small tables set up. Order at the counter and they bring it to you. You can buy food merchandise on the shelves but none of the products have English labels so not sure what any of it is. 🤔 We ordered two appetizers, two bobas, and two dinners. Two of our items were made incorrectly. I ordered the shrimp pho and got a beef pho. They were nice enough to correct this. My boba was supposed to be blended but it wasn't. I just drank it and ordered another one. The second one was delicious. 😋 The pho broth had a weird sweet taste and there were no side plate of bean sprouts and such. Just a bowl of pho. It had noodles and four shrimp. That's it... for almost $16.00. Nope. Didn't like that at all. Highlight of dinner was the very fresh and still warm spring rolls.

Overall disappointing. The chicken bahn mi had bits of bones throughout it, and the crab Rangoons were folded to appear full, yet every single one had almost no filling. Decor was nice but we won’t return.

This place is an absolute diamond in the rough and has become part of our normal rotation - after 20 visits or so I can say with certainty that Saigon never misses. The food is authentic, made with fresh/high quality ingredients, and is prepared quickly - the staff are extremely polite and hard working and clearly take great pride in their business (shoutout to Mimi for always providing top notch service with a smile). The grilled pork banh mi is a must get and massive portion (their French bread is incredible and made fresh daily) as well as the crème brûlée boba, passion fruit green tea, and spring rolls. For <$8 you can leave stuffed with a smile which is hard to find in this economy. Bravo.

The place is cute and the service was good, but be careful with what you order. I ordered a Black Sugar drink under the milk tea category, but that drink has absolutely no tea in it. I had to ask twice to get them to add tea in it (and it tasted like Jasmine tea even though I had asked for Black tea). I'd go back for the food, but not for the milk tea.

The first time I came to this place to buy food, the seat was great, the staff was very dedicated to helping me choose a drink, I bought a Banh Mi, Chai Tea, the food very delicious and the chai tea is very good

Fresh and Hot evey time I order no matter what I order!! With so many choice to choose from when it comes to Asian cuisine in Pinellas Park they definitely top all competition. The staff is over the top polite, and provide the best service.

What a nice hidden gem. I have been want a good bahn mi place to go to and found this place. Wow the bread was really good and had a nice crunch when i bite into it. I got grilled pork and the flavor was really good. I also ordered some pho and the broth was very flavorful and the vegetables were very fresh. I left happy and full. I definitely will be coming back for some more.

All I can say is that I will never come to this restaurant again! The quality of the food has definitely gone down and the prices have gone up too much! The interior made it impossible to sit comfortably and eat! I ordered pork rice and Pho. Pho is room Temperature with Plastic container I was so upset that I didn't even think to take a picture, drank a sip of soup i left the restaurant!
