Horrible location. Manager lady needs some more training, whomever worked the drive thru at approximately 4:40pm August 22nd,2022 needs to be let go. Self entitled little b*&$%.

This store is great only 50% of the time. I've had great and horrible experiences, day or night. Some employees definitely care more than others. Today I ordered a caramel iced latte.. thank you for my caramel milky water👌🏼 you completely missed the espresso. Do you guys make recipes depending on how you feel for the day? Where's the consistency..

Review written 03/14/2022. I visited this Dunkin Donuts 🍩 location on Tuesday 03/08/2022 for the first time! I ordered a large (32oz.) Iced Signature Cocoa Mocha Latte. My beverage was prepared just like I ordered, prepared with perfection. Caleb was the employee that placed my order, Destini prepared my beverage, she ensured it was made correctly, by asking Caleb to confirm the ingredients. Both Caleb and Destini were detailed, professional and both had a good sense of humor. A Great set of employees. Highly Recommend. ☕

This place is wonderful! The service is great the staff is friendly and you get your food quick! Nice clean place to come and get breakfast.

Didn't get a good vibe, after walking in with a couple a step ahead of me, we were not acknowledged for several minutes, a supervisor or mgr. stepped up to help, as now there were 5 people on line, my coffee was good, as I ordered it, but my bagel was stale with very little butter. I wasn't happy.

This is a typical Dunkin Donuts. You can expect the same food and drinks as any other location. What makes this location unique is the service. The employees here are friendly and outgoing. They're also quick, efficient, and accurate. You can expect the same service and quality every time you visit. I actually pass another location on my way to work, just so I can stop at this one!

Really nice staff, quality items they even made my annoying order perfect!! It's hard to keep healthy especially when you are on the go. However this DnD made my order perfect without asking several questions about the Keto lifestyle!! :) I will definitely be coming back here alot for my morning commute!!!

Donuts clearly frozen, but still good. would benefit from longer proofing. coffee made well and goes great with the donuts.

This Dunkin is a clear reason why Dunkin is going under. Bad attitudes in the morning. Never get a receipt. Coffee always made incorrectly. Bagels with barley any cream cheese on them. Hash browns are soggy. I worked for a Dunkin for 7 years and I must say it is not the same :(. What happend?

Every time I visit this location it's the same thing. The black lady working drive-thru has an attitude. I order iced coffee and request liquid sugar. I get my coffee and first sip, a mouthful of granulated sugar. It's awful. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

This location is an absolute disgrace! The employees are extremely rude!!! Lady at The window older lady looks like she smokes 10 packs a day had a nasty attitude! She didnt get my order right and all I ordered was 4 glazed donuts and they had 0 customers so I don't understand why my order was wrong? So when I asked her about it she got nasty with me and started coming for my child in the car! Saying all kinds of crazy stuff...she needs help and to be fired! You don't act unprofessional just because a customer is questioning why you didn't get a order right!

The food and drinks at Dunkin are always great. The service varies from great to pitiful. Our latest stop at a Dunkin was on the pitiful side. We got tired of sitting in the drive thru lane, so we backed up and went inside. At least that way we got to see the slow workers.

I just drove through less than 30 minutes ago to receive burnt Hash browns and tea that tested like it was mixed with coffee. I recommend going to this location in the morning because the workers seem to care more about their product.

Service was great except the young girl called me hun. I could be her mother...(not super respectful) food was just ok. Jelly doughnut barely had jelly in it.

Cleanly and quick service. The donuts, muffins, and all pastries were in a nice visible display case next to the register instead of every other typical Dunkin’ where they are located behind the cashier. I only got an iced coffee but it was actually well mixed, plus they actually listened to the “light ice” request. Friends liked the cake batter latte!

I come here all the time. The customer service today was bad. The two drinks were not what I ordered. The lady at the window was rude. They were too busy in a hurry to get out the store. If this is how the store is gonna be run at night I'll just let everyone I know to go somewhere else at night. -jvc

Update: under new management, PRICES CRAZY HIGH. Egg and cheese ran me like $4 today. I'll drive further away The line for the drive-thru is always so long, practically out into traffic, that I just decided to go inside. Just like the last time, bad decision. The little old man who I assume is the owner? not wearing a hair net, ordering people around, is just sitting behind the counter casually chit-chatting about the bathroom and preventing things from running efficiently, during breakfast. There were six people working, only one making coffee, only one making sandwiches. All this explains why I sat at the drive-thru window watching the woman make mobile orders for 7 minutes yesterday. It's unnecessary. These people don't really have any respect for your time

I ordered online and went to pick up. Donuts were fresh and the wrap I got was delicious. It was a chicken poblano wrap. They don't have it now but I hope they bring it back again. Staff was pleasant.

Stock pile donuts people you always know your gonna run out and yet you never order extra to have in stock,,, yes I know you don't make the donuts there anymore but you do know the amount of traffic that should be normal for a 24 hour period. That bing said many people around town that work in many fields of work are all talking about this issue not with just this one location but all of them in our county but definitely this location...

Drive through...got their classic because with Drive through there didn't seem to be any other choice for donuts, it seems you def have to go inside. They were ok..probably not as fresh as I would like??

I've been going to this dunkin everyday for 20 years, in the past year its gone from the best to the worst. Maybe they'll be open when they say, or not? Waited 30 minutes for them to open this morning then received a cup of hot water rather than the coffee I paid for. Think I will be making my own coffee from now on.

Kids took forever in the drive-through, but the cashier was super cool, friendly and made it much easier

The food was pretty good but the portions were a little small for the price, also the cashier double charged me for my drink but they did get that fixed eventually. Keep an eye on your receipts guys.

Horrible drive thru service. Soooo slowwww and the attendant was rude, abrupt and complained about our drink order. Should have gone to Starbucks across the street.

Only shop open on Christmas til 3pm. Got there half hour before closing. Folks smiling inside and outside shop. Pleasant staff.

Horrible customer service. They don't have the drive through menu clearly listed so the employees don't actually know what you want when you order. Also, they are extremely hard of hearing. I wanted a blueberry donut, not a blueberry muffin. I specifically asked for a donut and if you don't have that then say so, don't give what you think is a substitution.

Very great store very great staff and awesome manager! Very friendly employees the food is awesome and so are the drinks! The atmosphere is just very comfortable to be around! I love this store!

Really surprised at how well stocked this DD was. Lots of good choices and shelves were almost full at 10 AM. Nice. Got a donut and bacon and egg croissant sandwich. Very good and freshly made.
