I have been using extra storage since the beggining of 2022. I got a good move in deal then. But the rate went up after 4mos. I had rat problems a few mos but they have put out boxes around my unit and I no longer see evidence. The grounds are always clean. Not a lot of people wandering, just clients at their own unit. I am downsizing into smaller unit. I got good price and trans action is going smooth.

Great experience. Mike was very understanding and patient with my questions. As we were unloading our truck it was about to storm and Mike came to check on us which was comforting. I’m extremely happy I chose Extra Space.

Thanks to Mike this has been the best storage unit I have had. Missing key or broken lock no problem. The units are also very clean and well ventilated. Definitely recommend and will use them again in the future if I have to.

Mike was absolutely fabulous! It’s unusual to have a storage owner be so accommodating and work with you in these trying times….as any human, ‘decent’ human should do. Very pleasant and professional to work with. I would highly recommend this particular location due to their customer service in public relations alone. I am so pleased to have my grandmother's possessions in Extra Space Storage. I was running out of time for space. Shopping around for units at a reasonable rate was so troublesome. Online booking was a breeze with great and competitive rates! Mike, the manager, called to introduce himself and it’s little touches like this that let you know they are people who care! We stopped in and he answered all of our questions and gave us a helpful tutorial. Literally the easiest process with great staff and clean, safe units!

Mike was extremely helpful! He helped me get my unit on such short notice he was completely understanding and was very knowledgeable and resourceful. He was very polite and personable.The office was clean and organized and when we drove back to our unit the property was well kept. I appreciate him helping me and my family out. They are amazing! I have so much other crazy stuff going on and was not looking forward to have to try to find a storage. The prices are outrageous. They gave me a fantastic deal! From the very first person I spoke to who completed helping get my storage. He did everything thing so quickly and said I was all set. Just need to pull up to my unit and lock will already be there. What! Literally had it all done and received an email within 15 minutes. Then shortly after I get a call from Mike the manager of the site to welcome me and not hesitate to let them know if I need anything. The best customer service I have received in a long time!💖

Had to store 2 motorcycles before the hurricane hit us. They were awesome and easy to work with. Even when I tried to fit 2 cruiser in a small closet, they understood and found a bigger unit quickly, without wasting my time and very patient with me. Thank you Mike. I have not been to the facility yet but getting the unit over the phone and getting a follow-up call from the location manager, made this transaction a smooth process. Well finally went to the facility. I was greeted by a friendly gentleman that helped me get my unit. The facility and storage was very clean and week maintained. Glad I rented here

Mike is amazing! He helped me get all checked out when it was my time to move into my first home! Great place to store, was here over a year, easy access in and out, gates work/ lock (unlike other places I’ve stores) Over all 10/10

Very clean, super nice, and much better prices then most other places.. DJ stayed a bit late to help me make sure I got a unit on a saturday.Saturday.. this is the 3rd time I have rented units from this same Location. Definitely recommend..

Mike was really great! I was in a hurry to get to the airport ASAP & needed a safe place to temporarily store my car in St. Pete. He was super friendly & worked with me to make sure my car was safely stored. I Highly recommend this storage facility. :)

D.J. Was super! Kind and courteous. We Definitely had good vibes as soon as we walked in. He was able to give us exactly what we wanted and even took us to our unit and showed us how to work the key. He was a gentleman and did his job with a smile. His co-worker was very nice too but we didn’t get his name. We will definitely recommend our friends to go see D.J. For their storage needs. I think he should get a raise. It’s hard to find good employees like him. He gets a perfect ten from me and my 88 year old Aunt Rita Bahler who needed the storage unit. Did I mention we think he needs a raise 😀

I was dreading this task of finding a storage closet for my mom. William made it easy. He was very nice, courteous, and respectful. He showed me the clean and convenient unit, demonstrated how to use the lock, explained the hours, walked me through the rental agreement, and helped me test the gate code. He answered all my questions and assured I was set up for success. Thank you!! William for helping me cross this off my To Do list with ease.

Storage buyer BEWARE! This place is just DYING to sell your things out from under you. Never mind that the unit I started renting for ~$70/month is now at $130/month. But let’s add insult to injury with the tale of my parents who had a unit that had both of them listed as contacts. When my father died last August, my mom and I went into the office of this establishment in September and spent a good long while changing over the credit card and letting them know my mother would be the primary contact now. I popped back in earlier this month (October 2023) only to be told that they had auctioned and sold everything in their unit with no word. Irreplaceable memories of members of my family who are gone, Christmas decorations that have been lovingly put up for more than 30 years, art saved from the youth of now-grown children, and more that we haven’t even figured out yet. They say they were right to do this because they tried calling. When I asked why they never tried my mother, the secondary contact in their system, they claimed they did, but they made an error in their lying here in that they turned their computer screen and showed me their records. In those records I saw evidence that we changed the credit card to my mother’s, I saw evidence that they only ever tried my father (a dead man)’s phone number. When I asked how it is possible that they can sell all my family’s things with literally NO warning, they let me know they sent a certified email (remember: to a DEAD MAN’S email address) and that was enough so I was SOL and they were blameless. When I asked if they could please provide me with some pictures or contact info for the buyer so I could attempt to figure out what we lost or possibly see what could be bought back, I was told they would contact the company and get back to me…spoiler alert: they did not. I hope no one else gets burned by this company since they have no concern or care for the people they price gouge for the privilege to have their belongings stolen with no effort to contact you and less than no remorse, seemingly even pride, for their own errors.

Manager was very good at her job! Very friendly and helped with getting in the unit! Her assistant needs to learn how to treat the customer! She was nice in the beginning but as soon as she couldn't get into the unit, she told me she didn't want me to try cause I may break it! But she said it very nasty! Not my fault it doesn't open! Told her to get manager! She went inside and didn't come back. Told me she was waiting for manager to get off phone! Didn't come out and tell me, just stayed in office! She should go to school to learn customer service! Have respect for your customers!

He was very polite and professional and I really appreciate good people so I took the time to write this review. My boyfriend & I got a storage unit last minute thinking our unit was one thing due to the virtual tour online. We came in and the storage was not at all what it showed on the website and we explained this to Andrea who was working at the desk & she was very accommodating to where all of our needs were meant, & super helpful. My experience with manager Andrea was fantastic. Extremely informative. Gave me great advise on size storage to choose. And always returned my calls within minutes. She is very friendly and I feel very comfortable storing with her. I recommend!
