Terrible facility, my mother was recently sent there for rehab from the hospital. She reported to me that she was left all weekend with wet undergarments, terrible food (gray meat, and overcooked food to the point she lost weight) and an uncaring staff. When she raised concerns or spoke up, she was yelled at and made to feel worse. When doing her therapy, the therapist apparently gave her an exercise band and spent the time with her looking at his phone (and picking at his head or playing with his hair). They do not allow visitors inside, so there is no way to check on your loved ones while in their care, which seems suspicious when the hospitals have opened up to two visitors at a time for patients now that most of us are vaccinated. Changing this policy would likely change employee behaviors. She was in tears telling me of her 4 days spent there before being sent back to the hospital. I see from other reviews they have new management, sounds like they need new staff as well. Suspicious that most of the positive reviews are from the staff which boosts their ratings stars. Read the reviews from the patients and families, most of which are similar experiences to hers.

From the first evening we had problems. A nurse was very disrespectful to my sig. other. I had to tell him not to yell at me.He asked for a blanket, and never received one. Was not given any breakfast the next morning, and another Nurse argued about it.He was left in a dirty, wet diaper all day, didn’t clean him up until I told the CNA to do this. The CNA comes in, looks, and leaves without speaking. So far it has NOT been a good experience.

I am the Director of Rehab at this facility and we do an amazing job at working with nursing to get patients home within their allotted time. We stress the importance of an interdisciplinary work environment to get the patient to their highest level of function to meet their goals.

I would've given this joke of a "rehab" 1 star but Robert from maintenance is IMPECCABLE and NEEDS TO BE COMMENDED!! I have pins in my shin and I'm in SOO MUCH PAIN and the AC has been BROKEN in my room and before I got here, my roommate had apparently complained about this matter to no avail and she saw Robert yesterday and NO ONE HAD MADE HIM ADARE 🀬πŸ₯ΊπŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ so AS SOON as she brought this to his attention he replaced the ENTIRE UNIT and it's FINALLY nice and cool in this room! ❀️ I had a horrible day yesterday as I had a Dr. Appointment and this facility sent me with a BROKEN wheelchair which pieces, INCLUDING THE LEG REST on the leg WITH PINS, fell apart @ the Dr.s and I DOO WASN'T looking forward to returning to a hot room!! However, THANKS TO ROBERT, that didn't happen and I am BEYOND GRATEFUL!! Again, TYSM Robert 😊 πŸ™ ~Tara Gildea

honestly I have nothing but good things to say about the quality of employment here! Every one on staff is more than helpful and appreciative of the work done. You WILL feel like family here! The environment and the atmosphere between coworkers is great which is good because it reflects on the care of our resident. I invite you to give us a chance, you won’t be disappointed.

I spent two days in this nasty place. I would not suggest anyone go there. The people are rude and don't know what they are doing. When I arrive there at 10 pm the bed wasn't made and was told we ain't got no clean sheets. When you turn the call light on it is a waste of time. Please stay out of this place.

I would recommend sending your loved one here if you are faced with the decision of where to choose. In the midst of this horrible pandemic the staff there are doing everything they can to provide high quality care. They are committed to the residents of the facility and you can tell they really care.

I started working at the Care Center mid February and I have felt like family since. The work/family culture here is so welcoming and informative. I learn something new to enhance my skills with patients, family and profession every single day. I’m excited to wake up for work every day and help the community. I’d highly recommend working at this building.

This has been an amazing place to work. As the new CEO of the center, I was welcomed and everyone embraced change and the direction that I would like to move the center in. There is an awesome nursing team and leadership team that have the same values that I do and that is putting the resident's care needs ahead of all others.

We had to find a care center for my Aunt because the previous facility couldn’t provide proper care. Here at the Care Center they have been absolutely awesome in everything! Not sure about others saying bad things. It’s spotless. Staff Very attentive. Staff Very helpful. Takes time to explain everything. CNA Sierra was so sweet with my aunt. All residents are wearing clean clothes and more or less act happy. (They are friendly too 😊)

Roaches. Ants. Lack of supplies for staff. Call lights go ignored hours. CNA to 25 patient ratio so do you think people are being take care of? Don't believe the employee reviews. There's videos from nurses who refuses to work here on social media
