😠 Very unfriendly first thing when we walked in. Greeted with a rude spanish speaking women who barely spoke clear enough to understand, and hardly understood what I was trying to tell her. Wait time horrible just for a blood draw. Do not recommend this place - went once and we are changing to another... People often mention time, office, call, English,

I don't mean to sound like a racist buttmunch, but, is it too hard to have staff that speaks fluent English? The young lady at the front desk was OK except for the part where she mumbled through her mask, didn't listen to questions or answers (until the 4th time I repeated them), and set an appointment date/time for me WITHOUT consulting me on my availability on said date/time, or why I needed the appointment. I was instructed by my heart doctor to get bloodwork done before my next visit. Next thing I know, these clowns have me doing full labs, and the nurse didn't speak enough understandable English to explain it to me. Have I mentioned that I've been going there for almost a year, and still have not been seen by my primary???

OMG!!!! Trying to make an appt for my daughter it took me an ENTIRE week just waiting on someone to “call me back” INSANE!!!!! The girls are nice. However, nothing is getting done regarding my daughters appt. It’s sad to see how much the office have changed. Normally It doesn’t really bother me, but now is my daughters health you’re playing with. Dr Figueroa, we love you so much. But unfortunately, we have to go find something better. Good luck

Do not recommend. Yeah. What can I say. They tanked after the buyout. Call center is frustrating. No callbacks, no answer most of the time. Communication is dismal. Messages left on answering machines from them are incomplete. Identifying as "Clinical Care" as the business name. No clue who they are presently. Told medications in person will be ordered immediately. By the time we get home, pharmacy confirms nothing ordered. Not the first time this has occurred. Says "Walk ins Welcome!" On the door. Yep, nope. No way. Discharged from a hospital?.... No problem! Just make your appointment for a few weeks out. No, not the 3 days or less the hospital recommends. Yeah, make that 5 weeks now I am finally getting an appointment. Bacterial infection!? They take care of those too! 3 weeks after the fact. What's the point of a DR office when you can't have your illnesses and concerns addressed in a timely fashion? Seven years my family and I have been going here. Treated like a new patient each time we show up with the large turnover of staff they have here. My son was denied service due to him turning 18. He has to be a new client and they are full I was told. We came in after his 18th as they had scheduled us to. Let's not forget the hurry up and wait policy. Show up early, wait hours to be seen. Show up on time, they reschedule you another day. Show up late, yeah. Don't do that. They try to schedule you out past 6-8 weeks or make you wait an additional hour. Then tell you the DR is gone for the day and reschedule you anyways. Do not recommend.

An office focused on its paper pushing, and even that, is sadly mishandled. This office runs on DECEPTION. If you value your health avoid this practice. From their lies over appointments, "misplacing" my chart, no nurse to speak with, skipped over in waiting room until they were closing, refusing me access to my patient records, they hate giving referrals and then when you Finally get one, they say they sent the referral however the other office never received it because FL Fam never sent them. And if you're sick, they tell you to not call them but go to the ER or make an appointment and wait a month. NO MEDICAL CARE GIVEN HERE. MEDICAID MILL IN DISGUISE.

The most DISRESPECTFUL people sitting behind the desk here. They don’t want to do their job and over talk you. They have no clue what’s going on and try to make the patients do their jobs. They are lazy and rude. I’m filing a complaint with the board of health, this entire office needs an overhaul. I was speaking and she literally muted me and ignored me then came back talking about something completely different.

Office staff is awful. Impossible to get a hold of the office and impossible to get referrals for their patients.

It should close at 5 and it closes much earlier. I made two trips because I'm doing something urgent and the second time it had already closed and it wasn't closing time yet
