I’ve been a resident for over a year now and I signed on for another year with my wife and our two dogs. We love it here. It’s kept up very well. The Manager Jesse Drakes is a absolute doll! Such a sweetheart and her Assistant manager Luke are very kind and friendly to deal with. The grounds are kept up so well . The maintenance men Tom and James make you feel like family. We’ve never had a problem with anyone taking packages from our door steps. Or vandalism of any kind. We highly recommend Bayou Pointe Apartments. Danny J

Edit 8/12/22: after 4 months we are still having issues with billing, the program/platform ZRS uses. The ongoing issue takes away from the living experience. We are disappointed with the system and the communication between us and the office. —————— The apartment is nice, the complex is nice. It’s maintained well, and maintenance is great. However our account is always messed up and it’s a constant back and forth between us and the front office about what is owed and accurate. We’ve been here for three months and it still isn’t resolved. Even when they’ve said it’s resolved we still receive notifications that additional money is owed each month. Please update your pay system and ledger.

I haven't moved in yet but I can tell from the process of applying to this complex that I’m going to LOVE it. I toured with Luke a few weeks ago and fell in love with the property and the staff. Upon applying, no lie, they could have DENIED me with the quickness. But between Luke and Chelsi, I was able to qualify and obtain a lease with them when I KNOW they absolutely could have denied me completely. You guys are amazing and I cannot wait to move in next month.

I lived here at Bayou Point for nearly 3 years. Upon moving in (I have pictures still and emails) the place was remodeled but never cleaned for me. My feet were black - is how bad it was. Upon leaving my apartment - they charged me an outrageous amount for just 1 week of extra stay. ($700) but not only that - they took my $500 deposit AND charged me an additional $1200 in “random” charges. I told them I needed to speak to them about it. But I’m getting calls from collectors now about the situation. Does not seem like they’d like to rightfully situate what’s going on. I left the place very nice because I’m a clean freak. When I spoke to the manager about how I’d receive my deposit. She said they take out electric etc and give me the rest back. Turns out they took the $500 and charged me a ridiculous amount $1200 on top of it. Beware of moving in here and expecting them to be people just like you.

The stay here was good. The maintenance was great they were always ready to assist with any issues. Luke in the office was nice and was willing to help in any way. Overall nice place to live. I would still be with them had I not purchased my home and the rent would have remained the same.

Less than 24 hours from submission of a relatively minor maintenance problem to full resolution. I don't know how you could beat that. We've been living here almost a year now, love the apartment, the location, the staff, and the neighbors. Even our dog is treated like a VIP. We've renewed our lease, happy to stay another year.

We moved to Bayou Point in September 2022. I want to especially give a big thank you to Mr. Luke. So much has changed over the years when it comes to moving. Mr. Luke was extremely patient, informative and helpful. He graciously answered questions, understood where I was in the process and was always available. Our apartment at Bayou Point is beautiful and we are enjoying having ample parking space. Thank you, Mr. Luke. Best Regards.

This has by far been the best move in experience I’ve ever had! Luke was so nice and extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions before I even had to ask and gave my doggie special treatment on the tour (so sweet!) I couldn’t have asked for a better leasing consultant! Not to mention the community is beautiful. So glad I picked Bayou Point!!

Luke was absolutely amazing. Could use a few more of him in the world. Made the process go smoothly and helped Me and my girlfriend get our first place. Give the man a raise! Only complaint I have is Rottweilers are not allowed which is my dream puppy.

While we did not end up choosing Bayou Point to live, Chelsi went ABOVE and BEYOND for us! She was fantastic and was a great listener. We were very pleased with her!

I lived here for a year and really enjoyed my time. The location is great, the leasing staff are super nice and communicative and the maintenance team are rockstars. They were always super quick to respond to any request and were very nice during the process. The price was somewhat high for what you get, but that just seems to be the market currently, so I cant fault them for that. The move out process was also quick and painless, and I got my deposit mailed to me within two weeks of moving out. I moved so my girlfriend could be closer to work, but if that wasnt the case, I would have stayed at least another year. Would highly recommend this community to anyone in the market.

When arrived at The Bayou Pointe it' was a nice welcome. Felt like we were already at home. All of our questions we had were answered. Was given a tour of the apartments as well as our future home. It's exactly what we're looking for plenty of space and storage that I like. The steps required to move in was quick and simple. Along with that Luke was kind and helpful with this whole process.

This was a great experience. I came from a home. Chelsi was very patient with me. She explained all of procedures to me. The property is lovely. I feel very safe in my new apartment. The staff go above and beyond.

I moved after living here 2 years. I loved living here. I only moved to be close to family. Parking could be better. A lot of vehicles with no sticker. Gate never worked. However I always felt safe. Thanks Luke for being patient with my lack of computer skills. Luke and Chelsi always answered to problems and John from maintenance was great. Thank you all…. This has been the friendliest community at Bayou Point. Made a lot of life long friends here that I will miss very much. Will also miss Fred the alligator. 😬

My apartment was nice. I enjoyed living at Bayou Point. The only thing that I was concerned about was the gate didn't work most of the time I lived there. So the security of a gated community wasn't there. The only other thing was the rent amount could have been less. But it is within today's prices. Thank you to Chelsi, Luke, James and John.

This is one of the friendliest places I have ever lived in! Arium Bayou Point staff is so thoughtful and fun to be around. I have attended multiple events such as a luau in the summer and wine and paint night in the fall, plus they create personal relationships and always check in to say hi. The Maintenance staff is very friendly as well! I have fun pictures I’m going to attach to this once I figure out how to 🤔 Might have to add from my computer. Thanks for all that you do, ARIUM BP team! -Molly/Brittany Update 08/2021- There have been management changes since I have last left my review and I can honestly say that it's for the better! I highly recommend living in this apartment community because that's what it feels like- a community. The management is kind, easy to talk to and available when you need them... something I can't say I've seen in previous communities! Also have had excellent support with any issues taking care of through maintenance. The community is clean and the amenities are so nice. You'll absolutely love living here!

This review goes to John from maintenance. I put some requests for issues at 1am this morning. John arrived around 2pm this afternoon with a great attitude and his tools. Not only was John extremely knowledgeable on some hidden gems around the area but he knew how to fix the issues in the apartment and why things were not working properly. I have yet to experience living at Bayou since I just moved in but John sure is great!

Im going onto year 2 of living here and I’m happy to be a resident at bayou point. The apartment complex is well maintained and very clean. The neighbors are all nice people, I feel safe in my apartment at all times, I’m a 20 year single female so that’s a big plus for me living alone. No real complaints about this place, the units are on the smaller side for the price but the complex itself makes up for it. Shoutout to the maintenance men for always being quick, helpful and keeping everything clean.

Water, trash, and electricity for the exterior is charged along with rent, adding about $80-$90 bucks a month to rent. $50 bucks a month in cat rent. Didn't care for that. The apartment was decent. Clean. No maintenance issues. Relatively quiet. Helpful staff. Tiny kitchen with hardly any storage. All in all, it's alright, I guess.
