The stay at the hotel was pleasant enough. The room was a nice size and had a comfortable bed. The pool was not working and the hot tub had a bunch of screaming kids jumping in and out late at night. They have a bar but it is priced very high for the selection available. I would stay there again but I definitely would go to a normal bar or lounge.

Friendly service, and good rooms. We were bummed that the indoor pool was closed, but accidents happen! OK breakfast, but it would've tasted better cooked on a grill top, not microwaved. Located in the woods, so good views, but lots of traffic.

We were in Pinetop for a bike race and the staff made us feel so welcome. The woman at the front desk was so friendly and accommodated our early check-in. Our boys enjoyed the freshly baked cookies. And in the evening, the bartender was most welcoming. We will stay here every time we come to Pinetop.

We got to a mostly empty hotel. They put us on the road side. I immediately asked for a change. They refused because we “already checked in”… to a half empty hotel. The pool is closed. Don’t count on this place for sleep if you are skiing or ASK FOR ODD NUMBER ROOMS AND REFUSE TO CHECK IN UNLESS THEY SHOW YOU THE ROOM FIRST!

We took a weekend trip up to Pinetop to explore the woods and city. The room we stayed in was clean and large. There was a microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer and iron / ironing board in the room. They serve a decent run of the mill hotel breakfast in the morning. The bed was a little on the bouncy side and the pillows very fluffy. If you like a flatter pillow, bring your own pillow. Also... Bring your own soap. They don't provide the small, individual soap and hygiene items, but rather they have tamper proof bottles they refill. I don't have an issue with this practice other than the soaps and shampoo smelled like pine-sol. I recommend bringing your own travel size soap, shampoo and conditioner. Otherwise, it was a great stay for a reasonable price.

Their free breakfast puts others to shame! This was the best breakfast compared to many other larger chain hotels. Very nice staff and holiday welcome. Highly recommend GreenTree Inn. Good value for the price!

Was on a cruise with the mustang club I am a member of. Most of us picked this place to stay at and when we arrived super friendly staff. They were prepared for us. Bar tender made fantastic drinks the main lobby was very spacious and allowed for our large group an area to talk and socialize before heading to our rooms. The front desk clerk was great check in took 4 minutes. We then went to our room. Walked in fresh smell clean well taken care of. We loved how spacious the room itself was. Bed was clean and comfortable. The area had tons of restaurants at Wich we ate at the lions den right down the street they had live music playing overall the entire stay at the green tree was top notch. Breakfast was fantastic food was great they had hot food for everyone. The manager was out socializing with all of us excited to see all the mustangs in the parking lot. We will be back Mr & Mrs Rose we stayed in room 227
