We will never stay there again. My brothers had come in for our grandfather's funeral. I myself live 45 minutes out so since we had to get arrangements done early this morning we split the cost of two suites so I wouldn't have to drive so far and we could all spend the next three days together. We do this every time one comes to visit. I ended up having to drive back to my house that night because I left my insulin at home and came back the following morning with my son. We had paid for the room from Thursday night to Monday morning. So when we returned we all met at the breakfast area. Where my son grabbed a cup of juice only to be told he couldn't have any because she saw us just walk in. He explained to her that we had left and returned and were staying til Monday. She questioned him on the name and room number which he gave her my name and my two brothers names but he could not remember the room number. Because my brothers and myself have different last names she accused him of lying. That's when I stepped in and told her we were all there sharing rooms because we were there for a funeral. She said she did not care even though we all had key cards and we were all in the lobby together. We paid for the rooms for multiple days so I do not care how many times we leave and come back, You can not tell me we are not welcome there with no reason to do so. After she embarrassed my son we decided to go elsewhere which sucks because we paid til Monday. My younger brother is still staying so we didn't lose money for nothing. Again I will not ever stay where we are accused of being liars. And I will never do business for that company again.

The room was great and large. Had two separate areas. Living and bedroom. The only thing negative is the security over the coffee and breakfast the next morning. We went down for the continental breakfast, and the lady told us we could only have half a cup. She stood over us, watching to make sure we didn't fill up our cups. Turned us off to the breakfast because she was watching us like we might take more than our share. So, no breakfast for us. I will never stay there again. I paid for a room with a continental breakfast included. Not a security guard.

I don't usually review hotels. But this time I must say we had a bad experience. The hotel was overbooked. I reserved a two bed room but was told there's only one king bed room left. The room was old. The breakfast was okay but there was a lady who didn't allow my 8 year old daughter making waffle. My daughter likes making waffles by herself. This is the best part in our trip. We do it at every hotel. The only exception was during the COVID pandemic. I don't understand. The stay was very disappointing.

Our cleaning lady was nice and did a good job. She put our daughter's blanket and stuffed animal on her bed and made it look cute. Every day, we had to get our key card fixed because it stopped working. Plus, they gave our room away why we were still staying in it. The front entrance smelled like weed every evening. Hotel needs a real good cleaning and remodel. We have been frequent guests of this hotel for years but it has definitely gone down. We are going to give it one more try next month.

Service at front desk was great. Got to the room and there were multiple French fries on the floor that looked like they had been there for a few days. Sheets & covers were hair infested, didn’t even feel comfortable enough to get under the covers. The bathroom was the cleanest thing about the room, however the floors looked like they hadn’t been swept or mopped from the last guest-again, hair everywhere!! The carpet in the room looked like it had never been vacuumed. There was also no iron!! I was expecting great things from this hotel based on reviews. Very disappointed.

The staff was very nice and helpful and the incurred breakfast was great. The room had a few maintenance issues but were more inconvenient than major problems. It is located on a highway so not really walkable if you don't have a car. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would book there again.

Welcoming staff. Rooms were clean but beds were too firm/hard. TV screens on small side. Kitchen chefs presented a great breakfast: biscuits/gravy, ham, eggs, sausages, country hashbrowns, waffles, cereal, fresh fruits, several juices, coffee. Appreciated the convenient contactless check-out.

The rooms were clean and well equipped with toiletries but we had specifically requested a handicap accessible room and were not afforded on. The Inn was not that busy and reservations were made 4 days in advance. Came in due to a death and funeral in the family. I also cannot believe a hotel of this size does not have luggage carts to assist their guest. The beds were comfortable and pillows nice. I did have restful sleep, bathroom facilities were the challenge. My son who was traveling with me went down for coffee, came back and advised we were going elsewhere for coffee, could see the bottom of the cup it was so weak. He also was not impressed with the continental breakfast, not a lot of selections.

We just had our daughter's wedding reception there. Several of our guests, the bride & groom and our family stayed there. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. The housekeepers, (Cynthia & Rhonda) the front desk workers, the manager (Diane) and the sales associate (Danny). The convention center was such a great place. The set up gentlemen (Brian) were so willing to help make everything perfect! The catering staff (All i Good Tast) went above and beyond and everyone talked about how amazing the food was. Our Bartender (Ada) was so much fun! Thank you to everyone for making our daughter's special day PERFECT!

I always have a great time when I stay here. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and very helpful. They also have a fantastic facility for balls and galas.

Carpet in rooms dirty and stain. The vent in the bathroom very dirty. Breakfast not great, the lady setting up Breakfast, no personality, not that nice. Beds hard.

Love this hotel!! Very quiet, clean hotel with a friendly staff and the best hot breakfast!! I wish my stay could've been longer.

Very clean, spacious, and well-kept rooms. Good location no worry about unsavory activities. Staff was helpful and friendly. It's definitely a good stay.

A really nice place to stay. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Shawn Burns runs a very nice breakfast. Great variety of food choices and all taste great. Thank you for helping me get my food and drinks. My disabilities limit my activities and she immediately assisted me. And Thank You for being there on Thanksgiving Day.

CLEAN!!! That's my number one! The suite was quite spacious, both front desk employees were kind and courteous, & breakfast had a nice variety of items. Nice value pitstop for our long drive!

Gram’s place has to be one of Tampas finest hidden gems! This Hostel is perfectly located to all of Tampa’s amenities. The staff is always polite and respectful the rooms are clean and safe!
