What a great addition to Lake Wylie, if you have not tried them out then you are missing some awesome food. The service was great(Thanks Mo!) and the food was amazing! Their menu has a great variety of food choices, something for everyone. They even have a black bean burger for vegans! The atmosphere imitate with nice jazz music playing for a nice date night but still friendly to a family with children. To the owner Taylor, you are doing a great job! The Chambers, party of six will be back very soon.

Chefs kitchen fairly new location Is located directly across from Budget / Avis Car Rental & Breakout) inside of Carolina place mall. Kudos for having a fine dining upscale restaurant inside the mall . This black owned establishment has a Modern fusion cuisine twist. The lobster & shrimp scampi was delicious. The grilled lamb lollipops were ok in my book but nothing to really brag about . We also had the crab cakes , roasted sea bass and creme brûlée cheesecake. So it’s also a full service bar inside as well . Every time I’m in the mall now I make it a point to stop by here and grab a meal .

I’ve been a fan of Chef Anthony Smith for a while now just based off of his Instagram. When I found out he opened a restaurant I knew that I needed to go. So I made a reservation for my daughters birthday brunch. Everything was so good…the drinks, our Server Nakeya(?) and our drinks were amazing!!! I was even allowed to bring balloons and cupcakes to the restaurant which also was a huge plus. Oh and the decor is a vibe. You forget that it’s located inside of the mall. Definitely will be back

Everything was AMAZING!! From the ambience, to the drinks, and especially the food!!! I got the lobster ravioli which was just enough food. I wanted to keep eating but I was full. My daughter got the Salmon New Orleans and that was equally as delicious!! This is definitely a hidden jem and I will absolutely be returning with my friends!!

I had brunch here today. While the service was great the food was subpar for the price. The presentation is great but the taste is bland. They were out of the wing appetizer, blt and the seafood trio dish which was disappointing. The crab cakes were not good but the truffle fries were for the appetizers. My sister had the red velvet chicken and waffle and said the chicken was delicious but waffle was tasteless. My mom had the scampi and the lobster tail wasn’t cooked properly and did not peel off the tail. The pasta had no taste. The chefs breakfast was bland. The stuffed French toast was okay… it just tasted like icing instead of cheesecake inside. It’s also odd that 20% is automatically added without being mentioned. We typically tip at least that amount anyway but it’s odd to just automatically add gratuity for a party of 4. Update - Open table does state gratuity for 5 or more. I didn’t count the child since there was no kids menu and he didn’t get anything.

My husband came through once again! The place was a vibe! The service was outstanding and the food was delicious. We even ordered a meal to go, sorry i didn't take a picture of that meal- just know that was good too. Lol! The drinks were great! We will definitely be going back.

The Salmon New Orleans was tad over cooked. The pork chops also slightly over cooked and dry. This is not good at there pice point. The music and vibe were on point and staff was very accommodating.

I was absolutely stunned at how beautiful the atmosphere was here. The service was impeccable and so was the food! I will definitely be back and I was very surprised to know that Carolina Place Mall had a restaurant like this! Check them out, you won't be disappointed

I had a delightful time at this restaurant. The ambience is super adorable. The service was impeccable and the food is absolutely delicious! I used to eat at their other location so I was happy to find where they moved. The bathroom was clean as well so that's a plus.

Birthday celebration with 9 of my close friends 8pm Saturday 9/17. Great service, friendly wait staff, fantastic food. Highly recommend the crab cakes & Salmon New Orleans. Bar drink was superb. Definitely will return. It was a busy Saturday outside of my guest but the staff didn't miss a beat. Thanks Chefs Kitchen. Will be back!
