Nothing I asked for but the supremes were in my food box. Zero attention to detail. Ketchup packets are sticky and nasty I couldn’t believe they would serve them to guests. The lady with the glasses is always on it though she must have been off.

If I could leave negative stars I would be they suck! You go in at 8 right, you ask for a dinner meal and you get told they don’t have enough chicken! They don’t close for another 2 hours so they are lazy and don’t want to make more! I wouldn’t even waste my worst enemies here! Please for the love of everything do yourself a favor and don’t go and don’t waste time, energy, or your money.

Waited for fresh food. When the guy brought the order to my car my order was wrong! Tried to get his attention and he just kept walking. I ended up getting a refund!! I’m not accepting/paying for bad service…can’t wait until AI takes over these people’s job so I can finally have quality service!!!

Ordered a combo with decaf coffee. As they were handing me my food, I wanted to confirm it was decaf. That is when I was told they do not have decaf and they offered to put some water in the regular coffee for me.?? Had I not asked a second time they were going to give me regular coffee. With caffeine being a medical Issue for some people please do a better job training

The window staff here is pretty much zombies. Theres no emotion what so ever. They cant be bother. Heres your food now go. The food is mediocre at best. The food isnt hot its warm. Except the mashed potatoes, those hot. The biscuits are great, also the breastfast biscuit. They dont seem to care

it just sucks how bad bojangles has fallen off in the pass ten years. food is horrible and over priced. asked for extra sauce and was told its an extra 50cent. lol i used to speak so highly of this restaurant but now i dont even want to waste my time and money coming in.

I just had the best fried chicken sandwich I've ever had at a Bojangles and I been with Bo from the first days. My complements to the Chef. The fries were good but the fillet was beyond words and the deluxe fixings were fresh, just like the bacon. #10 BLT Combo

Ok, I'm done. Every time I go to this Bojangles, there is an issue. Today I ordered the 12 piece family meal. As usual, they didn't have the right chicken parts ready and substituted different parts. So the chicken was not fresh, the fries had been sitting around till they were stale and they shorted us one side item. I really like their chicken when they get it right. I just don't understand how they keep messing up. I don't have this issue at any other fast food joint. Why here?
