It's such a cute and cozy coffee place. It's so quiet and peaceful to work here. Their coffee is very good. They also sell sandwiches and paninis. You can also find many unique flavoured tea from them.

Calm, clean, friendly. There’s a lot of places to sit. They make good coffee. Cinnamon French toast latte was my favorite. The matcha frappe was ok wasn’t much matcha flavor. Service was great. They have a very large menu of teas and my sister says they do a good job making them.

I tried their Paradise Latte and my sister tried their Spice Vanilla Latte and let me tell you they were amazing!!! You can get cold foam on any latte, I suggest you try it! The Lavender Latte tasted like boba, caramel and berries! Definitely coming back!

I love this place. Truly. But because I like the food and the location so much I often am also frustrated by the amateur way that it is run. Two examples: 1. I ordered avocado toast. Then I was told they have run out of avocados. So I ordered the smoked salmon. And guess what — I was then told they were out of Salmon too. Why not cross the things off the menu when you’re out? Or when you have a chance to tell me that you have no avocados, also tell me that you have no salmon! And how about an apology instead of a blank stare. “I’m so sorry, but we are out of several things today… Avocados, and salmon“ would sure go along way. 2. When I completed my order, I was told I should sit down and that they would find me. I thought this meant my food would be delivered. Nope. It means they will call out what you ordered and set it on the bar to get cold. They did not ask my name so they could not call me by name. And I didn’t know the menu name of what I had ordered, so I did not recognize that. The place was busy and noisy so I did not hear them call much of anything… My sandwich sat on the bar for a long time before I got so hungry I went looking. The big things are done really well at this place. The pastries, sandwiches, and oh my the coffee… All are terrific. Now, if they could just ice the little things — like customer service — it would be my favorite place. I’ll add a 5th star when that happens!

Very friendly service, cozy space with ideal lighting and a variety of seating options. One of the few cafes in the area that stays open on the later end! Excellent warm muffins (not pictured as I ate it pretty quick haha), and I’d definitely recommend this mango passion fruit smoothie! 😊👍

A nice & cozy space! Everything on the menu (especially the specials) sounded so good - it was hard to decide what to get! I unfortunately did not pick a dish that fit my tastes as much as I had hoped, but I’m looking forward to trying something else next time! I also loved that they have a little library nook to find & swap books

Unwind Tea & Coffee is a true hidden gem and a wonderful place to visit. All of the staff are a pleasure to see and they love being there just spreading kindness and providing phenomenal service. They’re located in Historic Downtown Pineville amongst some other locally owned hidden gems. Make it a destination and support local. With tons of parking it’s a great quick stop for tea or coffee and they have a variety of delicious bites to eat! It’s a perfect setting for one on one networking and business meetings or a chill environment to work a little. With patio seating out front you can people watch and enjoy the charm of the neighborhood. With an amazing selection of the finest teas it’s no wonder the connoisseurs flock here for their fill of their favorite selections. If you’ve never been here…switch up your routine and take a break from the big box stardunks and support local!

Everything is amazing! They are an upscale coffee shop catered to middle/upper class. Their regular cup of tea. 12 OZ is $4. I've never paid so much for a cup of hot water with a little bit of hers in it. The service was amazing! Above and beyond! The place is really cool if you like quiet, modern, clean, peaceful and classy. Not sure how comfortable the chairs are. You'd have to decide on your own.

Cute little spot to get some work done. I had their famous iced coffee and a slice of coffee cake. Enjoyable Sunday afternoon in the heart of adorable downtown Pineville. My server was super accommodating with my indecisiveness.

Do I miss the quaint cozy hometown vibes of Unwind? Yes! But I really think Waterbean has done a great job of opening up the space and adding lots of seating. I personally love how white and minimalist everything is, I think it makes it easier to focus when there’s less distraction and things to look at on the walls. I do think a few more plants could be a great addition. Love that there are two restrooms! The green tea frappe was delicious and I’ll look forward to trying some loose leaf teas and gluten free vegan treats next time I come in to do some work 😊

Delightful coffee shop, warmly welcomed and prompt service. The coffee was delicious and little desserts were delicious! Great place to meet up with friends. Very clean and well organized.

Recently visited this coffee shop on my journey to find good coffee. I got the cold foam snickerdoodle which was a good blend of sweet on top with the coffee taste at the bottom. Very spacious to sit down and do schoolwork or talk with friends. Friendly staff and quick service, would recommend coming here for a relaxed mood.

What a delightful coffee shop! My husband and I are very particular about our coffee, and we recently discovered the local Waterbean chain. Each location is unique, but they all serve the same amazing organic coffee and teas. You can try a flight of espresso or coffee, or a variety of brew methods, including an Aeropress! This location is our favorite. The helpful employees are friendly and cheerful, especially Amor, Kate and Maurizio. There are plenty of tables inside and out to linger over a cup of amazing coffee or tea, or study, read a good book or catch up with a friend. Highly recommended!

It's a cute and nice spot for a coffee break. The baristas are always friendly and quick with the drinks. The Sweet Melody and the East and West croissant sandwiches are definitely the best food on the menu. My favorite drink is the snickerdoodle iced latte. It's definitely a must try!

Definitely a step or two up from Starbucks. This place is clean and runs like a well-oiled machine. Honestly don't even prefer Starbucks, but it's an easy decision when places like Waterbean exists. Cleanliness and attention to detail are important to us, and this place delivers on all accounts.

Coffee is great, the atmosphere of the place is really good too. A little pricey though.

Very cushioned and pretty (even the high tops) seating, lots of table for computer work, , spacious floor plan, great service, great coffee, nice breakfast menu and slight changes to menu items are no problem! Very friendly and fast staff.

Customer service is a heavy part of my ratings & the barista was super amazing!! The guy cashier who was originally supposed to take my order was unprofessional as he stayed on his phone when I came up. Really, I’m not Karen, but if you stay on it as I’m standing there, it’s quite awkward. I told him I needed a second & luckily I had another employee serve me. I asked for a recommendation in which she thought of the white chocolate caramel latte (which was on point). I was inquisitive about a couple things & she was very knowledgeable & even let me try the nicaraguan drip coffee. She encapsulates the personality that draws people in. Great coffee alone doesn’t flourish a business, the people do. <3

Second time at this charming Tea and Coffee Shop. In the heart of quaint downtown Pineville and offering a wide selection of teas and coffees along with fresh tasty treats and lunchtime bites. Prompt service with a side of friendly conversation. Limited outdoor seating, but plenty of indoor seating at tables or sofa style. Will definitely be back!

Great place, cool atmosphere. Coffee is pretty good, I told the staff it was my first time & they made a great reccomendation. The food was alright, not the tastiest but decent.

My family and I stumbled upon this place and it was absolutely worth it. The chicken sandwich was wonderful and the coffee and tea selections are very unique. Loved the Boujee Cinnamon Latte! Well done! Everyone needs to experience this charming destination with convenient parking

Their chai latte is delicious! I drink chais everywhere, and their chai stands out. Also, the service is wonderful! They’re all friendly and helpful. They really really really listen and want to help you. They take their time to explain everything and give you lots of options for what you want. The egg and cheese sandwich is amazing too. They don’t save on the ingredients. It’s big and filling! And not too salty, as they tend to make it in most places. Thank you!!!

Stopped for coffee and a bite to eat based on other google reviews. Beautiful place inside, a little comfy, a little industrial. Very clean. Friendly staff working here. They have loose tea of all kinds and flavors. I got a latte which was perfect (not too hot and not too cool) If you love plants they have some hanging from the ceiling in the cutest hangers. Tables outside on Main St. Free public parking on side street (Dover).

Nice place! Good breakfast flatbread and decent coffee(the aioli tastes like ranch tho, which isn’t bad unless you don’t like ranch). They took a very long time to get the flatbread out to me. I waited like 25 minutes and it wasn’t even that busy. I’d go back but definitely not somewhere to stop if you’re in a rush
