Best place to enjoy your meals in Kegalle. Quick and friendly service. You can enjoy delicious chicken as usual. Easy access to the shop. Limited parking available. Recommended.

Food was very tasty & having more choices. But no more beverages, only Cola, Sprite & Pepsi. Clean washrooms. But the space is not enough inside and also car park. There is a Kids playing area. Service was good.

KFC Kengalle I have only given this two stars as they had nothing to go with the chicken KFC normally have side dishes like French fries in Sri Lanka but not here in Kengalle so I was disappointed that all I could order was chicken The chicken was very good but I needed other food to go with the chicken The car park was full out front but only two tables were taken inside the restaurant so we had to park next door and run in the pouring rain The restaurant seats up to thirty people but in this raining weather you are probably best to get delivery as you can’t get a car park

I ordered 4 pack family meal and got 4 rice packs + 8pcs chicken bucket+ 4 Pepsi. Rice portion for the pack was seems to be very low so I asked from the staff. He went inside and said it was bit low and increased to 220g as I asked. But when I compare with previous it was doubled. I asked from the staff is it only needed 20g of rice to make the portion double. No response. Please be careful of what you get from Kegalle outlet. Very bad customer service.

The place is clean and friendly staff. There is nothing to tell about the food you may already know. Have good space and have parking for vehicles. There is a separate party area which is one I mostly like about this KFC. They also supply home delivery.

This was opened in 2017 and KFC Kegalle had reviews on Google maps. However the place was removed from maps recently. This is located in Colombo Kandy road. One of the worst KFC outlets that I visited. Worst customer service. The place is crowded in weekends. I found half cooked chicken two time , so better to check before eat. You can find Sri Lankan KFC meals like other outlets. There's a small play area for kids. Parking is a bit problem, have a very small area to park vehicles.

Kegalle has the worst kfc ever! It doesn't have the displayed selling products! Customer service is very poor! The soft drinks provided are not cool. It is with normal temperature and it feels like water! So disappointed! They don't even have delivery facility for a quite long time!!! They don't deserve even one star!!!

Best KFC we've tried on our 2 month trip in Sri Lanka. Food came really fast and was pretty tasty.

Worst experience faced today .guys please check ketchup packet when u taking away from kegalle kfc outlet .bought 1double decker meal and 2subs and gave a packet of ketchup.ketchups pereythayoo employees in (black suit) kegalle kfc.

Bad customer experience i’ve ever had from kfc. The service should be reviewed in Kagalle kfc. I ordered 4pcs meal and the chicken pcs was so small coated with more crips. There was nothing to eas . It’s not worth for my payment. Worst ever. I’m so disappointed

I entered because the children wanted to play Chicken is hard and oily 😰 I felt sick and stopped eating halfway through. The next day we all had diarrhea😱 The staff sat at the table and stared at their phones. How is it sanitary? The floor is oily and not clean😰 I don't care about my customers. I ordered the same mojito, but the taste is different. Why? Very thirsty after eating here. . . Why? It's glutamic acid.

I paid Rs.1090for 6 pieces of chicken drumlets.but when i opend it there were only chicken winglet.whem i asked about it they dont want to void it.wrost food for big money .Thank you KFC--ASITH

Finally they have opened the kids play area.Sad thing is they dont serve ice cream cone and the biriyani portion is too small not worth for the amount we spend.

Worst KFC ive been to. 1st of all. The seating arrangement was all over the place. 2nd, when i entered alll i could see is uncleaned tables. Half of the tables were not cleaned. Where i had to eat for my meal had rice on the table and also the chairs. Worst KFC is at kegalle. Update : they don't have ice cream

The menu options are limited, average taste. Always have to request for ketchup. Zinger comes with cold salad. Poor customer service.

Inside view is beautiful.Nice place with parking space. I cannot remember the last time that I had a KFC. The food was served hot and the chicken was definitely spicy.......! The portions were average in size and the restaurent, on the whole, was clean......... Good place to have a quick snack. But had to wait till they cook....

The worst KFC I've ever been. Food was okay.. but the drinks were not cold.. ice was already melted. BUT DONT GO THE WASHROOM.. TRUST ME JUST DONT.. I almost threw up, I just went to wash my hands but the smell is very bad.. They havent cleaned it forever. I lost my appetite to eat.

Visited here during noon around 12.30pm. The place was less crowded and neat. Staff member also very professional. The food is also not bad.

KFC Kegalle also having same varieties.Located near to heart of the city. Parking spaces are bit limited. Spacious interior. Good for small arties and gaterings.

I recommend as the best place on Colombo - Kandy road. Friendly Staff.

When we order something online they do not confirm it until you call the hotline. Even not answering the phone . Very strict about the distance they deliver . Not friendly at all. We often buy from pizza hut coz they deliver quickly and very friendly. So sad coz im a huge fan of fried chicken. Even the counter guy in outlet dont know how to smile.

Tasty food as usual all KFC...but more time taking to prepare the order 😋..

They don’t have much items but service good. And the place is good with good parking facility
