We were there last Saturday to buy our ABC equipment. We were greeted warmly as soon as we walked in and received really comprehensive, professional advice. All of our questions were answered. Last but not least, we received good tips for diving computers and were informed about the possibility of video advice. I'm thrilled, would definitely recommend the store and am looking forward to testing out the new equipment!

I had an excellent experience at 7oceans. I wanted to have a look at a BCD. I got to chatting with the friendly staff and they asked about my diving plans. They suggested I have a look at another BCD that was actually less expensive. I ended up buying it and a whole bunch of other equipment ahead of a 2 month dive trip in Thailand. All of their recommendations worked out perfectly for me. I had a great shopping experience there. You really feel that the staff want what's best for you and not what's best for them to sell to you. I plan to shop there again!

I sent in 3 Suunto computers to have their batteries changed. The communication was short, crisp, friendly and uncomplicated. And the dive computers were back to us at turbo speed. You simply cannot offer more service and better performance. Therefore full marks and many greetings from Lake Constance to Hamburg

On January 13th our grandchildren took part in Bubblemaker. The journey there was between great anticipation on the one hand and intense tension on the other. On the return trip we had happy grandchildren who had found the joy of diving that we had hoped for and that the children had longed for. This is a special achievement of Julie, who sensitively but clearly and unambiguously instructed the children in the rules and procedures of the Bubbemaker and explained the necessary technology in an understandable and child-friendly manner. So the very first dive was relaxed, fear-free and ultimately happy for both of them. So a huge, unreserved compliment to Julie combined with a heartfelt thank you. But also to the entire 7Oceans team. From the first registration to the necessary rebooking to the reception at the swimming pool, everyone was friendly, helpful, reliable and cheerful.
