The service was incredibly slow, although the Orange beer was good. But we lost all interest in our drink or the food until it arrived after a wait of almost 30 minutes. They have this online ordering and even paying as well system using the QR code on the respective tables. However we noticed you could get your beer faster if you stand in the queue of the bar and get your beer and pay by cash. The call is yours, we found the slow service quite disappointing!

Quite good pizza and different kinds of home brewed beer. Would definitely go back but maybe in the summer when they have a big outside beer garden.

Best Neapolitan Pizza outside of Naples. The dough was perfectly made with proper fermentation over several days. You can feel the slow fermentation creating a unique taste in the dough. The oven created a really fluffy but crispy edge. You can taste the quality of the flour they are using. The pizzas are topped with San Marzano tomatoes giving it this typical sweet fruity taste. Buffalo Mozzarella adds the unique intense taste for the cheese. In my preference the Mozzarella could have been charred a little more, maybe air circulation in the oven is not perfect. But that's just complaining on a very high level. I'll be back.

Perfect location, nice ambiente, tasty craft beer and italian pizza. Pizza is like in Italy, it has to be burned a bit. Prices are above average, but for innovative beer, brewed in small quantities, it's still a steal.

Bear was Okay. Avoid the pizza, if you ever had tried a real Napolitano. The sauce tests exactly like a tomato paste from Neto supermarket. Sorry 🙂

Cool place with some nice beer, but the pizza was just ok. They also get really weird with you if you don’t have a reservation. I would recommend, but probably wouldn’t go back.

Great pizza and surprisingly good beers!

Nice pizza, mine was with sausage that does not pleased me. Very good beer. Plus for possibilty of ordering by phone on the table. Minus for no option of paying by card in the bar, and long time of waiting for beer.

Suitable for groups, great evening atmosphere, friendly staff and good location - not wheelchair accessible The Überquell restaurant and pub is perfectly located between the port and the amusement district of St. Pauli. Enough space also sits larger groups although reservations should be done in advance. The place is LGBTQ - friendly and has its own beer. The outside seating area is perfect for long, warm summer evenings.

Reservation is highly recommended especially for dinner. Restaurant has the hipster kinda feel, the toilet too which is nice. We had pizza marinara with tuna as top up. Pizza is delicious! Waiting time is a little long but understandable when it's full house.

Überquell combines great craft beer with very good Neapolitan pizza at one of the greatest venues.

I wanted to love this place, but they close 30-90 minutes before the advertised time. I always get denied. Anyways the pizza looks like a 6/10 at best. Go to Pizza Bande nearby for a great pizza and vibe!

This is a great place to have pizza and beer! This brewery makes several different beers. My favorite is the original Helles! Beer is a bit expensive, around 5 to 6 Euro per 500ml, however pizza is great. I'm a big fan of spicy food, and pizza Tante Picante 🌶 is quite spicy. I was going to give them 4 stars because it's been over 2 months since they don't have the beer tasting tray. however the service was so fast and so friendly that they made up for it. You can always book your table online, so you can make sure you get a spot. Corona rules are respected!

Good selection of craft beer and good pizza.

Sadly this place lost it‘s friendly service. I have been there many times before corona and also hosted a business event there. Lately we entered the place and experienced a very unfriendly welcome: hey what are you doing here? We replied we would love pizza and beer. And though the place was open and there was no sign they send us away and said we can have it to-go as there will be an event in 1 hour. - I guess that is enough time for a pizza …. Yesterday we have been there again because I believe in second chances and the service was unfriendly and they forget our beers and said they don’t care about the missing beers. We needed to ask a second time to get our beers as we paid already. Additionally we ordered wine and the glass was not full also here they didn’t care and said it’s like it is …. Pizza was excellent and the beers also - maybe to go is a not such a bad idea

Tasty beers and fresh pizza's. One of the best combos out there and you can get them both at this urban location. Staff was great and friendly.

Interesting beers & good pizza, decided to check it out, never experienced such an unfriendly welcome. I thought craft beer & food is about hospitality among beerlovers, the host spend a lot of time explaining about restrictions, table - time (2 hours, reservation) and seems to knew nothing about hospitality in an asperger way, the rest of the staff seems to get it, thanks for that..

Excellent beers. Good pizza, could have been cook a bit more, dough a bit chewy probably due to how busy they were. Super 2 easy ways to order.

Super crowded, it's always better to make reservations. I believed the pizza is little hyped but the overall vibes of the place are super chill. Beer is good.

Good atmosphere, and good pizza. The dough, in particular, is excellent. The beers are pretty good, unfortunately some of the best ones were sold out when I was there. The payment system is very easy, as you can order food and pay directly on your smartphone.
