Very nice place, very well equipped. We watched the Disne's dream come true and it was really full of wonders. We enjoyed every moment. But it was really hard finding the car. Do not do my mistake and try to add a point for your parking spot on the map.

Great place, we enjoyed a big concert there. It was superb! We went there as a couple after a long time and it was a an amazing time which I will remember for a long time. Everything was in order and how it should be. Clean and smooth. Everyone who were in charge were acting friendly and polite. Thank you!

The Volkspark stadium is different and Barclay arena is different, they are next to each other but different buildings. I saw some pictures posted of Volkspark for arena. And was confused if it’s an open air venue or closed hall. This is a closed arena and well air conditioned( warm) So it’s warm and comfy. Each floor has multiple food and drinks counters, don’t stand in line at the entry food / drink counters because it’s crowded whereas at other floors we found empty food/ drinks counters. Enough washrooms to avoid crowd and good services. Acoustics of the hall are really good.

Very safe, clean and spacious inside the arena! We're British, but be prepared for there to be no queues, especially when the show has ended and everyone wants their €3 pfand (Cup deposit) back! Also, good that you get free travel to and from the arena on public transport- shuttle busses were lined up when the show finished to take everyone home.

For people that are a bit older or suffer from astma or similar trouble it was a nightmare. No elevators in sight and we were told there was one but only for Vips. Very steep stairs outside and inside. Plenty easy to find parking. The concert we went to was fabulous!

Watched Roger Waters live here. What an amazing experience. The arena is well maintained, with alright snacking options and enough clean toilets. The place is well connected with public transport. They run a shuttle from the near by S-bahn station. There is also enough parking space if you come by car.

What a great venue for big shows. No bottle-necking even when its sold out. Just a well designed arena. The acoustics were superb!

Went to see a handball game there (8/12/22). Lots of fun and a great atmosphere, very family friendly. Lots of places to get food and drink at half time and even a shop to buy shirts and scarfs from.

Went to Blink182 here. Great service from start to finish. Easily accessible. The event space is well done and the planners have great foresight in how many can fit into the standing area to not make it feel like a tuna can. The toilets were super clean and lounge bar on the ground floor was an unexpected positive surprise!

Attended the Luke Combs concert on October 6th, very quick admission into the building with a drinks/ pretzel cart outside. Plenty of food options inside and easy to navigate to your seat! This was the view from section U15 🕺

Great concert, excellent stadium. Great acoustics & seating is well laid out with a pretty good view of the stage for everyone. Would love to come back but travelling 25,000klms is a long way to go for 1 concert.....

We could pay by card everywhere inside (food and t-shirts). We found our place really easily. Only thing I didn't like was the fact that you cannot really dance in the halls next to seats or stay too long but I guess it must be due to security reasons. Toilets were clean and there were plenty, just the entrances and exits of them are weird. Everything else is well organised and there are many places to buy food and beer upstairs so that it's not crowded (in case your place is up there).

Kiss concert 13th June - easily accessed via a taxi, very similar to the Manchester Arena in size and facilities. Good view of the stage. Awesome show, pyrotechnics, lasers, floating band members! Not too bad for getting out of afterwards.

Appreciated the friendly service when we arrived for bags & ticket checks, and inside the help with finding seats. Unfortunately, at the end, -whilst food/drinks were still being sold- a member of staff was directly, rudely going up to myself & others demanding us to leave so they could finish their shift. Had he politely asked us to leave, I would not have thought much of it; but in my case of being disabled, I needed to wait for the rush to cool down.
