Ich bin mit meinem Produktauswahl zur Kasse gegangen und habe die Gutschein-Karte, die sie jeden Monat zugeschickt wird, vorgelegt. Normalerweise sollte die Beraterin diese Karte und danach die Waren scannen. Das tat Sie aber nicht sondern zerriss die Karte sofort und weg in der Schublade und scannte dann die Artikel. Ich hatte die Artikel aber auch entsprechend der Gutscheinkarte ausgewählt und so erinnerte ich Sie höflich daran: „Sie scheinen die Gutschein-Karte (Rabattkarte) Scan vergessen zu haben“. Sie sagte sehr laut, „dass ich gescannt habe“. Okay, dann wartete ich auf die Rechnung und stellte fest, dass es tatsächlich keine Punkte für mich gab und es keinen Rabatt laut der Gutschein-Karte. Ich erinnerte sie erneut daran, dass Sie das Scannen vergessen hatte. Dann fing sie wieder an zu schreien: "Ich habe 3-mal gesagt, dass ich gescannt habe." Ich bat Sie, die Schublade unten zu öffnen, die zerrissene Karte herauszunehmen und es nach der Rückgabe des Produkts erneut zu versuchen. Doch Sie weigerte sich den Fehler zu korrigieren, und rief die Kollegin. Sobald ihre Kollegin hereinkam, begann sie sich zuerst zu beschweren und sagte, dass ich sie belästige und mir keine Gelegenheit zum Sprechen gebe, aber tatsächlich machte sie einen Fehler und wurde nur gebeten, ihn zu korrigieren. Sie wurde gereizt und zeigte sie grob mit dem Finger auf mich und schrie plötzlich an, ich solle mich auf die Seite eines so kleinen Ladens stellen, aber in dieser Ecke stand bereits eine Kundin, die böse Beraterin bat mich dennoch zur anderen Kundin gehen. Unter der klaren Bitte der sozialen Distanzierung durch Covid-19 Krise, sie bat mich zur anderen Kundin zusammenstehen??!! Also fragte ich sie, warum? sollte ich nicht einen sicheren Abstand halten?!! Sie hatte plötzlich nichts mehr zu sagen und ging zur Tür, um ihre verleumderischen Worte fortzusetzen ...... Die ruhige Kollegin die hinzugerufen worden war musste warten bevor sie etwas machen konnte. Glaube ich, dass sie das Problem schnell verstanden haben sollte. Die erste böse Beraterin bediente absichtlich (Zeit absichtlich verzögern) die vier weißen Kunden hinter mir nacheinander mit dem Richtige Bedienungen: zuerst die Rabattkarte und dann die Waren! Hahaaaa......Schauspielerin!! Die Beraterin in diesem Geschäft hat absichtlich und selektiv Fehler gemacht. Nachdem Sie darauf hingewiesen wurden, gab Sie Ihre Fehler nicht zu. Ist ein solcher Beraterin ein Merkmal Ihres Geschäfts?! Glücklicherweise wusste der Kollegin, der von oben herabkam, sehr klar was zu tun war. Zuerst sauber stornieren, dann die zerrissene Rabattkarte aufheben und scannen, Artikel scannen und Kauf Abschließen. Den jetzt korrekt verrechneten Rabatt bekam ich zurück. Danke fähige super Beraterin!! Also die zweite Kollegin konnte glücklicherweise die Situation schnell entschärfen. Etwas was ihre erste Beraterin nicht in der Lage war zu klären. Mit ihren Worten und Taten ist sie dieser Position nicht würdig.

    Sadly, my outing on Friday was totally brought down by the additude of the woman (think her name was Utermark), who was impossible. I had intended to purchase several products, she was condescending and just plain awful. I am flabbergasted they are able to stay open.

    Ich war irritiert, Fotos sind noch vom altem Standort in der Mö gegenüber von Galeria. Der neue Yves Rocher in der Spitalerstrasse ist noch kleiner. Die Verkäuferin war sehr nett.

    I love Yves Rocher products and here I can find the ones I like. The price is fair and the quality is very high. Considering customer service, the quality ranges a lot. One day I wasn't well treated and in another day I was very well treated by a young girl there. She explained me about possible coupons I could use that day. I endeded up buying more and gaining lots of gifts as well. So different from the other staff.

    I met Yves Rocher in 2003. However, the product quality for the skin care dropped drastically. The green series smell like awful perfume, works for nothing. I started to feel like the coupon that they send every month is more like a scam to make you buy you more. It says "50% off for the second product" and it is not applicable for some products. And the lady here said that it was applicable for all the products. When I was paying, I asked for the individual prices and saw that there was no deduction. Then the lady told me that the 50% of was not applicable. Also, there is one lady who is so insisting. I said five times that I don't want to buy further as she asked many times. The prices are normal even after those so called advantageous coupons. I'd rather going to a drugstore as it's better quality and price!
