This is the by far the best Mooboo! Sumer is so helpful and friendly, her customer service is always on point. She listened to me and delivered exactly what I wanted! A lovely smile and a beautiful soul. Thank you :)

We loved the taste of bubble tea here, the taste of the tea is yummy and refreshing. Good hygiene. I would recommend anyone to visit and enjoy bubble tea here.

It's one of the few places in Uxbridge where you can have bubble tea with different flavors. The prices are a little better than the other shops.

Mooboo offers a unique experience, allowing customers to see their drinks being crafted. While the staff seemed a tad upset and there was a minor delay in service, especially with the ice retrieval, the overall quality of the drink made up for it. Would visit again but hope for a slightly better atmosphere. 4/5 stars.

The manager himself suresh is a star, I recently got a job in that area and I was very new to the bubble tea experience and he helped me get into it he flavours. The manager and the staff are so helpful to decided what to get especially when you are new to these drinks. So big up the team and the staff

I usually go there with my son to get him bubble tea . We alway request not to add tea cos my son doesn’t like it. So far it’s been ok and we were happy until today a rude lady claiming to be the manager said we have the drink without tea because it won’t taste nice lol in spite of telling her we buy the same thing from your store all the time still she carried on saying if it is not nice then we won’t do anything which is understandable so THE MANAGER make the tea instead of Oreo she adds chocolate powder ……. So when my son complained ( he is only 10) the lady turned around and said no you ordered chocolate not Oreo . I am very disappointed with the service and the attitude of staff towards customers . So next time if you have bad experience always remember customer service level is zero and MOBOO don’t have customer service number . I have emailed them so let’s see what they say. If I hear anything I will add the outcome to this review .
