Been a while since I last visited the Chimes Odeon. The place is still clean as ever and offers a range of facilities, including warm snacks, pic n mix and a Costa coffee. Service was friendly and plenty of seating and toilets enroute to screens. The seats in the screens are not particularly comfy so worth paying extra for the premium if you want a little more space.

Amazing experience. Great cinema. Theater is excellent. Took off 1 star because NO ICE!! The guy said they have not had ice for a couple of weeks. Drink was not cold anymore 15 minutes into the movie.

Great cinema with good list of movies and multiple options to choose from. It is also possible to watch previews before making payment. I couldn’t watch a movie on my day of visit, but will recommend to anyone around Uxbridge looking to see a movie.

Not a good experience. The Chimes shopping centre is all good but once you enter the cinema screens, you feel like you have entered another world. Seats were all covered in dust. I had booked Premier seats but they were no different to the standard seats, just more costly. No recliner seats available either. Either the Odeons have gone downhill or the one at Uxbridge does not live upto the mark. Not recommend.

Nice and clean! Not very big screens. Better viewing from the middle rows! We personally prefer the premier seating as the seats are a lot more comfortable and the leg space is also better. The regular seating feels tight. The washrooms can be messy sometimes on a late show. Decent amount of food options but you can also take your own non alcoholic drinks and your own food(no hot meals). In the evenings Parking is £2/- from 6pm-1am hourly charges applicable otherwise. Park on the 2nd floor just outside the cinema makes it’s easier when leaving!

I buy the limitless for Odeon. That’s the best price to enjoy all the movies 🍿for free with the limitless charges 14.99 pound per month which is not bed deal to watch. The quality of cinema is good and the screen are 9.

Still lacking basic customer service skills. Had to run out to get one of the staff who was chatting away happily, to come switch off the lights in the cinema. This is the second occurence of this.. Wear and tear is evident; Smells of stale food and seats have seen better days. Prices too high for what it is. Way better places in the area...go as a last resort.

My local ODEON cinema and it’s so much better than the other central locations, kept clean all the time, no sticky floors and toilets kept well maintained. The staff are great, they at least smile and happy to help you. The seating are great but few times I’ve been here with the kids, we got odd small screens for certain films. Plenty of parking option inside the mall and lots of other shops around the place for pre-movie snacks.

My first visit here and I found the staff to be polite and helpful, especially as I was having issue using the ticket machines with a code I had been given. The staff member sorted it out straight away. The seat I had was perfectly comfortable, and screen six was great. It must have had ten people at most. Definitely happy to return when someone I want to watch is on.

A lovely cinema. Nice size screens, it's clean and well maintained and the sound is pretty good. Like all cinemas, the popcorn and drinks are unreasonably priced but otherwise it's pretty perfect.

I’m an avid user of this cinema and I’m positing this with the intent of betterness for the site & staff. The last 4 or 5 visits - and I visit often - the screens haven’t been cleaned, aisles of rubbish incl nacho trays, cups and empty bags with the screen stinking of the remains of the last screen. The screens are somewhat well kept but the projectionists have been slacking in making sure once the film starts the format fits the screen in ratio. The staff are dependent on whose on the rota that day; some are on it and some say “toilets will be sorted” “screens being cleaned so wait a few moments and go in at the start time” and the toilets will have 2 awfully damaged yet operational and unclean cubicles out of 5 and 10 broken urinals, and also you’ll never be notified when the screen is ready and go in and it’ll still be trashed. What I will say is they’ve stepped up on security which is appreciated as I’ve not had a film disrupted by another person in a month or two which I find this cinema Kn particular can be notorious for. So big thanks for having proper operating security loops. Listen; cinema outings are an expensive trip now and when you pay a certain amount a month on limitless you expect to get your moneys worth. The food is already expensive but you can take in your own discreetly. However, the state, cleanliness & operations are what need to be kept in line and I’m terribly sorry to say Uxbridge has gone massively down hill, screams for a refurb and better teamwork communication. Let’s get it back to being a beloved day out at the cinema!

Just about time for a refurb; screen 8 you could see marks on the screen polluting the scenes and it’s one of those things that once you see it, you can’t unsee it. Seats are ok, snacks fine. Staff were pleasant throughout. But I hope this one gets the the Luxe treatment at some point.

The seats were a little dirty, but overall, the cinema is quite nice. Tickets are cheaper when bought online. Tickets in-store depend on the screen and movie. The toilets are big, but most of the stall were out of order (lady's bathroom).

I went to Screen 7, so my review is only about Screen 7 and common places. I am 6 feet, Seats are very small, once you sit your knees will go and hit the opposite seat - the person sitting in opposite seat feel bad, also if someone want walk to your next seat.. there is no space for him to walk.. Movie Screen is not clear, when the movie comes with pure white scene you can see the dirt's in the top of the screen Restrooms are clean and maintained, seats are not cleaned properly when entered to my seat I noticed some popcorn pieces were there in my seat. Small screen, gives a feel like watching TV, over price tickets. Snacks/food are costly. Few issues, but safe spot for kids and family.

I was there watching Matilda and other members of the family were here to see Avatar. Towards the end of the films the screens went blank. Now we are in huge queues waiting for manual refunds. They have run out of cash. This is the biggest shambles I have ever seen. Why not employ enough staff to be able to deal with something like this?

Nearly £15 for a single, non premiere, not 3D ticket. No wonder the cinema is dying. Still rubbish on the floor from the previous viewing. The positives are that the seats are positioned in a way that a really tall person won't ruin your view, the seats in front are quite a bit below you. The standard seats are a good size.

I recently went to view DC super pets and had a poor experience in the screening due to parents being unable to control their children. To the point me and my daughter had to leave the viewing as we couldn't watch the film properly. (I understand it's a kids film and these things happen, but it's not what I payed for) I explained this to the staff as I left and they got a manager for me to speak with. All staff that were involved in dealing with this issue, from the girl that served me my snacks, to the security guard, to the management and the girl checking tickets, they were all amazing and for me, went above there needs to offer any type of compensation and an apology. It was the staff who made my experience better and the reason for the 4 star rating.

Terrible customer service. No staff anywhere to tell you where to go at the end for the way out. The seats were super uncomfortable. All but one of the toilet cubicles were closed (saying out of service, but I don't think that was really the case, more like lazy staff not wanting to have to clean them again after the late evening showings) so there was an unnecessary queue. There were weird clanging noises coming from somewhere under the floor near my seat all the way through the film. And the screen projection wasn't aligned properly so we couldn't see the text at the bottom when there was some during the film. Will not be going here again.

Always a lovely time there comfortable seats can be a bit loud in the cinema so sit near the back. Don't use the Costa Coffee there, awful. Go to Cafe Nero in the High Street instead.

Get to the cinema at least 40 minutes before your film if you want refreshments. They have so few staff serving and take too many orders. The McDonalds style of ordering via a machine and the two people serving is a joke

The reason odeon costs more than others is down to the sheer quality. The screens are absolutely fantastic and the sound quality is second to none. The only quirk is that they are stingy on popcorn. The kids boxes are so small that it looks like a diet popcorn box that's super tiny.

Modern, clean and friendly staff. Great screen options. The new food ordering system is a bit chaotic and you can very easily be skipped over and then have to find someone not running back and forth to enquire about your order. This has happened a few times when I've visited. Not exactly cheap If you want all the bells and whistles experience viewing screens but they do have discount days if you sign up. Parking isn't validated so expected to pay upto an extra £5 Depending on time ( evenings are cheaper)on top of the cost of film etc. Overall recommend
