My kids love this park. The adventurous playground contains a double zip wire, play tower with tunnel, slide and climbing wall as well as an iconic tower, accessed via a wibbly wobbly bridge. Large Sand area for kids to make their sand castles. Others equipment generates music and sounds to create a sensory experience that all young people can enjoy. Also, there is a outdoor gym for adults too.

Small park near Vicarage Road Watford and Watford General Hospital. Crowded on weekends and holidays. Best for kids who love adventures.

Harwoods Playground, located at Vicarage Road in Watford, is a delightful destination for families with young children. The playground offers a variety of play trails and play equipment that guarantee endless fun and adventure. Children can swing on the jungle swing like modern-day Tarzans, roll down grassy mounds, and zoom down exciting slides. The play tower is a highlight, featuring a mid-air tunnel, slide, and climbing wall, providing plenty of opportunities for exploration and physical activity. One of the unique features of the playground is an iconic tower accessed via a wibbly wobbly bridge. This tower has special panels that reflect light in different colors, adding a touch of magic to the play experience. Moreover, the playground incorporates equipment that generates music and sounds, creating a sensory experience that children of all abilities can enjoy. Harwoods Playground fosters an environment of joy and imagination, making it a perfect spot for families to spend quality time together. Whether it's swinging on the zip wire, conquering the play tower, or simply enjoying the swings, children will find endless entertainment and excitement here. The playground's thoughtful design and inclusive features ensure that all young visitors have a memorable and enjoyable time at Harwoods Playground. It is undoubtedly a must-visit destination for families seeking a fun-filled and enriching play experience in Watford.

Nice, not overcrowded and always very tidy. Other people there are very nice and everyone is welcoming. Great local park 👌🏾

Great play area. The younger kids particularly liked the sand pit. The older one loved the wooded area and the tall slide but missed the monkey bars. Slight issue with dog poo around the grass in the play area.

👍👍 Great place for a little ones and bit bigger kids. This playground is massive, it even has outdoor gym and basketball court. If you are lucky you can get an ice cream from the ice-cream van which usually parks there too.
