Recently visited after having heard some good things about their pizza. The staff and owners seems to very friendly and helpful. And from the amount of people we saw coming in some had been regulars. My own experience was good however the taste was probably not something I would rave about. We had the veg options number 10 and 11. Maybe just my own taste but apart from the very very spicy taste for the pili pili pizza. I really taste any other taste. I would think this is to each individual to go and have a try and see what their taste buds feels. Maybe just a miss for me .. on a plus size friendly and helpful staff.

The pizza base was over cooked. It was blackened and charred. They were extremely unhelpful when i called, even though it was delivered through Ubereats. I called again this morning, only to be told that, 'I can't talk to you, i am here alone and have 6 pizzas in the oven'. Customer service is as poor as the food!! Would not recommend!!

This is more of a constructive review rather than being a negative one. Hardly any cheese and sauce on the pizzas. Also, I thought the spicy corn topping was something unusual instead of chilli powder sprinkled all over the pizza. You should make that clear. The stuffed mushrooms were just bread crumb filled but tasted like wet flour. Nice and colourful packaging, but overall, wasn't a great first time experience and it will be my last.

Hasn't evolved probably since they first opened, the base is bready and tastes of nothing, there is hardly any sauce (probably good and it's a thin layer or passata), I don't get why there are raw tomatoes and totally not worth the price. Exacerbated by the fact that no one makes eye contact when you walk in the door and you hardly get acknowledged.

This isn't what you call a "real Italian pizza" by any means, however, if you are looking for a thick base pizza with a somewhat Asian twist then I recommend. Alot of fresh chillis and chilli powder, chicken tikka etc. Depends what you are looking for.

So to say "pizza" in this place tastes disgusting. We had a vegetarian one which was loaded with sweetcorn, in fact if was so loaded with veg that the middle of the pizza gone soggy. Tomato base none existent and also very thick bread. Never ordering from there again.

First and last time!! Tasteless pizzas, Don’t understand why they put raw uncooked tomato slices on the pizza. Spend your money elsewhere.

I think the people that run this pizza parlour owe the people of Italy an apology. The base is unbelievably thick and tastes like a doorstop of a loaf bread, the sauce has no flavour whatsoever - it might as well be watered down own brand ketchup and the toppings lack quality and are flavourless to say the least.

I couldn't give zero starts otherwise I would have. I agree with a previous review it's just plain disgusting how the pizza tasted. I mean theres being cheap and then there's being really cheap and removing the sauce and loading with cheap sweetcorn. How this can be called a pizza I have no idea. Dough want even cooked through. Avoid at all costs and goto pizza hut or dominos

Got 2 pizzas as a Friday night takeaway. Ordered early (around 5pm) to avoid the rush. ETA was given as 30-50mins. Our food arrived in just 20mins! And we loved them - best pizzas around. We'll be coming back! Thanks Papu-Miya

This place is a local icon. A very long time ago, the owners had a restaurant in Edgware for those that recall. This pizza takeaway is a staple favourite. Their pizzas are done well, though don’t go expecting wood fired Italian style. Mushrooms and salads are also real good. Glad they started taking credit card as payment since the pandemic.

Great pizzas for such cheap and at such short notice. I had ordered a pizza (inside the pizza place) and in 10 minutes it was done! Pizza was big and tasted good 👍👍

Papu Miya is a must-try restaurant! The pizza is outstanding with a perfect crust and toppings, but the real standout dish for me was the Luxury Stuffed Mushrooms - creamy, savory, and beautifully presented. the food at Papu-Miya is so good that I completely forgot to take pictures! But trust me when I say that every dish is a work of art that is almost too beautiful to eat (almost!). And the staff is just as wonderful as the food, providing attentive service with a smile that makes you feel right at home. Don't forget to visit Papu Miya! when you're in the Area.

Great value, delicious pizza. The Classico is a must try - so simple but so tasty! The stuffed mushrooms too. Super busy so we had to wait, but owners were apologetic and the food was worth it. Will be back!

Food is decent but the guys in there are rude. I didn’t mind paying £1 more but the last 2 times I ordered it was £7.50 Now the confusing thing was I asked how many toppings do I get and the man kept telling me 50p per topping which didn’t answer my question by this point I had already added 3 toppings and was going for a fourth one. So in my head I was being charge £1 for a extra topping not 50p. The owners starts waving his hand at me and pulling face. Really unprofessional. Also while I was looking at the menu I saw loads of flys which put me off my food anyways. This is my personal experience but I would recommend any of my friends to go there.

The best mushrooms I've ever tasted! My family and I are a huge fan of Papu- Miya. Their pizza is incredible too! The service is always smiley and quick. Especially the lady that works there. Thank you for always making our takeaway nights amazing!

The best pizza in North London!!! We brought today (Friday 28th May) and we got two large pizzas, Magarita and Veg special, cheese garlic bread and stuffed mushrooms. Really really enjoyed and well worth the money!!! Just wish they delivered to my area 😥 But very worth it and highly recommend!!!! Looking forward to my next order already!!!!!

So close to a really tasty pizza. Ordered in delivery app and was delivered early, wish it wasn’t. Dough was not cooked fully, picked up 4-5 slices and all just fully flopped down. Glad I ordered extra cheese else would have been virtually no cheese. Appears onions added after pizza cooked and totally raw. However overall still fairly tasty so could have been a great pizza.
