I was very nervous about placing an order for a made to measure outfit and had searched Ilford lane, Birmingham and Southall before almost giving up. I just did not feel confident enough when speaking to anyone that 1. The outfit would come on time and 2. The outfit would be as expected. Just before giving up and returning home, I spotted Sequinze. Jasleen is straight talking as other reviews have mentioned and this is very helpful when it comes to Asian dress shopping as many people make promises that they cannot keep. She gave me two dates, one was an earlier date ( 4 weeks after the order date) and one 6 weeks after. The outfit was ready for collection on the earlier date and every detail was as requested (I had made requests that were different to the original design). The tailor was ready on that day and made any adjustments I wanted very patiently. I have had more expensive outfits made elsewhere with less attention to detail and tailoring. Thanks Jasleen, you saved me a lot of headache! I will return hopefully for any future outfits.

The best shop in Southall/UK if you are looking for beautifully crafted bridal outfits with very reasonable prices by a very genuine couple taking care of you. It was a wholesome experience buying outfits from them. I will just head straight to them when I need Indian outfits in future without a doubt. Thank you so much for the amazing experience. 🙏❤️

I was very excited to see this place during a wedding shop last weekend. As it was my first time to Southall I wasn’t impressed at all with the customer service. No welcome or greeting or asking if we needed any help. In fact most assistants looked too busy with just the one customer. I don’t think that sets the right sort of welcome for new customers (or brides) hence the one star. If this improved I would consider a visit but it was not a great first impression.

Exceptional service. Jas and her husband are genuinely great people to deal with and straight-talking. In addition to this, they made every effort to make our shopping experience that extra bit special, especially after having our original outfit designer cancel on us a week before our wedding. Jas has been such an amazing person and provided a great, friendly and warm service. Her expertise and experience was so appreciated in helping me create an elegant and unique wedding outfit for my civil. Her collection of outfits are highly detailed, sophisticated and great quality and much better than some of the bigger branded outfits. Right from the get go Jas worked with me to help make adjustments to my outfit and was able to translate that into stunning reality. The fitting was spot on and any minor adjustments are made on the day. The outfit was done so quick too! Jas made a very stressful experience for a tall curvy asian bride so much more accommodating, personal and heart-felt. The benefit of Sequinze over the bigger brands, designer boutique shops is that she works to keep your ideas and work with your budget to make things affordable while still maintaining a high quality outfit. (And without the snobbery of some of the bigger shops) I can't thank you enough Jas you've been so kind and treated me like family. I really hope that you're service and business continue to thrive!

After being let down by Mongas, I went to Banwaits. I was served by Jasleen who is AMAZING. She got my outfit in such a short time span and was so helpful! I was extremely stressed because of Mongas and she made me feel at ease and they never over promise! They promise what they can actually deliver. Definitely recommend them!

What a lovely experience to have! when wedding shopping can be so stressful and overwhelming arriving at this bridal place for my sister in law’s wedding outfit, everything fell into place. Amazing customer service and personal service. The staff, the lovely lady (apologies didn’t take your name) attending to us and making sure our individual choices and preferences were met, went above and beyond to satisfy us. We purchased with very short time span amongst the current situation but she kept to timings and all alterations/tailoring were all spot on! Picked up our outfit yesterday. Couldn’t be happier! Definitely recommend all brides bridesmaids to visit and book in for consultations, will definitely be returning for the next wedding!

What can I say, Raj and Jasleen are amazing. From the very 1st day they have been very insightful and helpful. As you know a covid wedding is hard, but the one thing I did not worry about was my sherwani, delivered on time and amended 3 times to suit my fit. The sherwani itself was amazing, they were so flexible in what I wanted, not these choose of the shelf. The sherwani was custom made to what I wanted from color to embroidery, and the final product was definitely better than I expected. The amount of compliments I received just for the sherwani was overwhelming. I would definitely recommend Sequinze @ Banwait Bros & Co to anyone looking for their groom/bridal outfit. Jasleen has become more of a friend throughout the process of buying a dress form Sequinze. She is personable, polite, honest and genuinely amazing at what she does. Sequinze collection is the best I’ve seen, from elegant threadwork and hand embroidery, the attire is never tacky or too shiny. The colour palette is incredible and the quality speaks for itself. Due to COVID and wedding postponements, I finally received my dress, and I can say it was definitely worth the wait! I personally bought a dress that was for a pre-wedding event, however would recommend all brides to look in Sequinze for the wedding dress too! Jasleen was extremely understanding when I wanted to change the colour, the dupatta material and when I requested extra fabric for a headscarf. She provided a full service and everyone was amazed at the clothes!
