The only reason why I came here was because of the high Google rating and me not wanting to drive an hour to North London however now I have visited this place myself with all due respect I believe many that have raved about this place have probably done so because this is the best Turkish they have tried and have not been exposed to the best Turkish restaurants in North London. Overall I regret not making the effort to drive to Green Lanes. My opinion is that this restaurant is punching way above its weight especially when it comes to prices. My opinion is it's charging the rate of the best Turkish restaurants in London but the food is at the level you can get at most average Turkish take aways. The ribs at Β£17 are bland and dry. The Chicken shish at Β£15 is dry and maybe you can see this from the pictures. There are no healthy options for children I had to get my 5 year old an adults meal because of this. I must say the decor of the restaurant is great. My wife also liked the fish. The service is decent also in particular Indian lady who very attentive and was always checking up on us I just didn't have the heart to tell her how upset I was as its not her fault but overall food is a MASSIVE let down and when you add the price they are charging its honestly like a kick in the teeth. I will not return and in future would rather drive an hour to North London when I need my Turkish fix. I added my receipt in case there was any suggestion I did not attend. I also question anytime a business has loads of amazing 5 star reviews from people that have only ever posted just one review in their livesπŸ€”

Overall it’s ok nothing amazing. Decent portions sizes friendly staff. Had better Turkish food in N.London to be honest tho. Reply to owner: We arrived Saturday 5th Feb at around 7:30pm. Maybe the following might help you remember. My friends lamb chop was not very hot when it arrived and told your member of staff to heat it.

Visited this restaurant last night for a girls night out. What a fantastic experience! Delicious, reasonably priced food. Lovely, spacious environment. Complimentary tea. Attentive, polite staff. Nothing was too much trouble. In addition, a beautiful, talented belly-dancer entertained us! What more could you want? We thoroughly enjoyed our evening. The staff also refunded our over-payment on our block booking. I really hope to return soon. A real hidden gem!

We had a wonderful experience at Little Istanbul last evening. Its quite a big place with lots of seating and a separate area for functions. The interior decor and atmosphere is amazing so are the staff serving us. They are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. For example we ordered a dish with rice but it had buckwheat in it and we sent it back because of gluten intolerance and within a few minutes another dish turns up with just rice. The food itself was gorgous and so were the desserts. At the end of the meal they gave is Turkish tea. Pretty reasonable bill too. Overall had a great experience and planning to go there again soon.

This is by far the best restaurant that I have ever dined-in in my life. The customer service is exceptional. We reserved a table for 3 and ordered a platter, which was more than enough for us. Everything went so smooth and even the food came within 10 minutes of ordering. I would absolutely recommend going here. There is also enough parking slots.

I held a baby shower at Little Istanbul after I attended a close friends baby shower here, due to the party experiencing such great hospitality from Ibrahim and Gul. The restaurant provide such a great space for private events. They allow you to decorate as you wish and allow you to attend the restaurant earlier to set up in time for your event. They allowed us to use our own music on there speaker system, which was an excellent touch to our experience. The food is excellent and caters to all dietary requirements. Staff are attentive and ensured that everyone is as catered to. I cannot fault them. I would highly recommend.

Indeed a great place to eat around Southall where you can find a variety of Asian subcontinental food. Food was scrumptious and freshly cooked. Mojitos were perfect for a hot day. From Salad to dessert all have great flavours and aroma. To serve a large group, a special thank you to Selma, Haleema, Anshia and last not the least Ibrahim. Must go again place, fully recommended for great hospitality, food and ambiance.

Lovely place with great food and it's run by a great guy. I had a family party for my son's 9th birthday, we had a large function table for a party of 20 people (13 adults, 7 kids). Excellent, authentic, great tasting food. We were well looked after. Highly recommend this place. You would usually need to go north London for this quality. Keep up the quality and service.

We visited the restaurant twice. Once during a week day and the other was in the weekend. It was one of the best restaurant dine in experiences we ever had. In both occasions we had platter for 2 and some sides. All the grills were very delicious and the bread was specially tasty. After we ate they served us with some good Turkish tea and probably the best Baklava we ever had. The people who work there were always top notch. Specially the waitress Jas who was both very cheerful and very professional. We came to the restaurant because we were staying in Northolt during our visit to London. However if we come back again to the city of London we will definitely visit this restaurant again even if we lived in another area. That's how good it was.

We went to Little Istambul restaurant and we were completely blown away.! My husband, our son and I are decent cooks and fussy eaters, hence we are hard to please. We had heard good things about this restaurant, so decided to give it a try. The indoor decorΒ  - greens, stunning lighting, ceilings are very charming based on a traditional turkish style. Everything with great style and taste. The first things I noticed about the menu were that the prices were quite reasonable and the interesting blend of traditional and modern turkish food on offer. We decided to take the waiter's recommendation, and have a mixed starter. The quantity of food was just right, and the flavours excellent. Our mains were all tasty, fresh, spicy and filling. Just what we were after. Our host Ibrahim was charismatic and funny, which added to the experience for us. As fussy diners with high expectations, we were very pleased, would come here again, and would recommend this place.

Absolutely delighted with my experience at this authentic Turkish restaurant nestled in the heart of Southall. The staff were nothing short of amazing, providing impeccable service that truly stood out. The warm welcome and accommodating nature of everyone, particularly Ibrahim, Karam, and Jugdeep, showcased a cohesive and dedicated team. The culinary experience exceeded expectations, with the food boasting high standards and exceptional quality. The meat was succulent, juicy, and served in generous portions, reflecting a commitment to excellence. The overall dining experience was elevated by the tender care put into every dish. A delightful surprise was the complimentary tea, adding a thoughtful touch to an already fantastic meal. I extend my sincere gratitude to the entire staff, with special appreciation for Karam, for going above and beyond to ensure my sister's birthday was truly memorable. This establishment has set the bar high for authenticity, service, and culinary excellence. Highly recommended!

I like Turkish cuisine and therefore am picky. So, I was thrilled to discover this brand new restaurant. I went for lunch with my son, also a connoisseur, and we enjoyed the sophistication of the dishes. Reasonably priced and served with a smile. Siddick, the owner built an impressive place.

I’m giving this place 5 stars based on the food. I feel like the service needs to be worked on a lot. We came in the evening and the staff seemed a bit tired, we weren’t asked if we needed anything else at any time. Food was brought out but we had to remind them twice to bring us plates. The food on the other hand, excellent. From the salads which were fresh, the mixed grill was tasty. Just keep in mind the starter size are on the small side. The chicken sama beyti was also lovely. Desserts - our entire family enjoyed the baklava this is because it wasn’t too sweet, it was just right. We will certainly come in the future, hoping this new restaurants service improves by then.

Came over to celebrate a birthday. This place has a good ambience and the soft music gives it a good feel. We ordered a few starters and the Platter that serves 3 to 4 people. The food was really good. The vegetarian dishes as well as the non vegetarian dishes were just splendid. They even played a birthday song and dimmed the lights when they brought out the cake to create a surprise feel. Have to give credit to Mr. Ibrahim for his good service throughout. Turkish tea along with a sweet was served to end the evening.

A hidden gem in Southall/Greenford area away from the hustle and bustle of Southall Broadway. Food is authentic and service was very attentive to our needs. Selma was exceptionally friendly, where no ask was too great for her. A hospitable yet quite and cosy place with interiors that pay homage to Istanbul. If you are looking for something healthy late in the evening, this is a definite must for a late night meal; decent portion size, great place for family and a very welcoming atmosphere!

Went to this place today with friends and it did not disappoint. Spacious and beautiful ambiance. We ordered the platter for 5/6 and that was really delicious. We couldn't even finish it all. The staffs are friendly and attentive like Ibrahim with a beaming smile. We will definitely come back and recommend this place to my friends who wanted to try authentic Turkish food!!

Considering the area, I was absolutely astonished with the professionalism within this restaurant. Staff members was kind, had a smile on their face and made the experience very fancy. I very much enjoyed the food as it was well prepared and a lot of detail had went into the platter. Money well spent.
