Dr Porter is an absolute God send. Not only did she take great care of my young daughters health, she has been so lovely to speak with on any occasion that I have required an appointment. It isn't too often that you find a medical professional who can combine such outstanding quality of medical care, expertise and empathy. Thank you Dr Porter for all that you do and are doing!

After 20 years in a different Mill Hill surgery (located on Sefton Avenue), I decided I had had enough of the rude and aggressive reception staff. Sure, the doctors were lovely but were unable to effectively manage their practice, despite me providing feedback over the years. I am delighted I have changed practice and finally I have found somewhere that is genuinely kind and caring at all levels. Kudos to everybody at Millway and thank you.

My parents have been with the practise for just over 10 years. The front office staff are wonderful; efficient, friendly, professional and extremely helpful! As a family we can’t thank the entire staff of the surgery enough for all the support they have provided and continue to provide. Dr. Keval Patel has really been a blessing for my parents. He’s extremely patient, takes the time to listen to their concerns and his diagnosis is always spot on! Furthermore, he’s timely at initiating referrals. I had an appointment with the practice's physiotherapist and found him most knowledgeable and obliging. He gave me an injection into my knee and I have wonderful relive from a nagging pain. Thank you.

Had a call from Dr Nick Dattani this morning quite out of the blue. He was charming and had time to talk. I mentioned how impressed I was with all of the Receptionists always so courteous and extremely helpful. A very well run Medical Centre and would highly recommend.

All the staff, doctors, nurses and receptionists have been so supportive to me over the past few months. They have never failed to respond in a timely and positive manner to an econsult or a phone call to the surgery. The care has been excellent!

I had an open wound following a Hip operation. Sister Gail Nolan has been so helpful in my recovery and her patience and effort has been amazing. Her knowledge and experience have certainly contributed to my recovery. She has been so kind to me and my wife Elaine. From the brilliant Drs. and the patience from the receptionist, we are privileged to have Millway medical practice as our surgery. Elaine and Michael Young.

I have been very impressed with the practice. On two separate occasions lately, the receptionists and the GP attended to my needs very efficiently and quickly. I am especially grateful for the help I received last week during an acute migraine attack - I was able to get my medication from the pharmacy within 20 minutes of calling the surgery. On several other occasions, they were equally helpful and speedy. Highly recommend.

This is genuinely an outstanding medical practise. Their staff have been very caring and on top of my recent health issues which have come about. They are contactable, available, communicative and go that extra mile for their patients. I am aware of a number of other practises in the area which are never contactable. Millway Medical is not one of them. I've had call backs from the doctors (Thankyou Dr Nick) in emergencies even when no slots have available. I struggle to find another NHS practise which would do that. Outstanding care has been shown. A special mention of Dagmaia has to be mentioned who has gone out of her way numerous times to help me. Above and beyond. All the doctors I have seen have been on the ball. A big well done.

Today my parents in-law went to the Millway Medical Practice for a blood test and met the nurse Mckay. She is a very kind and caring nurse, she assisted my very elderly parents in-law to draw blood, she showed patience and was very professional, her careful performance made my parents feel at ease, we appreciate and thank her for her help. By the way, the receptionists at Millway Medical Practice are very polite and friendly, they work very efficiently, thank you so much.

I have been with this practice for 36 years! They have always been there for us and never let us down once. They are caring, kind, patient, efficient and always go beyond the call of duty. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much 🤩

Fantastic service. Called at 8:00am when phone appointments opened, got through by 8:02am and was advised a doctor would call me back within the hour to discuss before assigning an appointment. Dr Nick called at 8:15am and advised I could take antibiotics without an appointment first, then sent the prescription through to my local pharmacy ready for immediate collection. All sorted by 8:20am! Thank you, Millway!

Well planned, friendly polite and welcoming, a top class service slick and efficient. Exactly what i have come to expect from Millway. I felt like i was in professional competent hands I had my booster which was over in a flash and no problem. special thanks to Dr Peter, and to Lisa for the jab.

I was extremely impressed with my consultation with Dr Daniela Amasanti DeBono. Very pleasant and helpful doctor. I felt well informed of the benefits and risks of the medication and treatment. Very helpful nice manner and took immediate action in going forward to resolve my ailment(s). When phoning the surgery to make a telephone appointment there were none available, but the surgery was so helpful and ask if I would like an appointment the following week, but would need to be face to face. Excellent and polite staff.

I would rate this gp 5 stars as I have never had any problems with it but today I spoke to a receptionist called marina who was quite condensending and clearly did not want to help as I explain someone spoke to me last week and told me I would be contacted on Tuesday due to a letter I paid £35 for. She tells me to amend it myself by covering it up and that the doctor can not do it without even asking anyone. She said other things too and just clearly did not want to help. I am very upset with her behaviour . I asked to speak to someone else and she said no one was available.

You can only speak as you find. My family and I have been with Millway Medical Practice for a long time now. Whilst I'm pleased to say that our medical needs are fairly low I have to say that issues raised within the national press regarding surgeries and Doctors Practice are simply not something that we recognize! Dr. J Peter and his entire team have been fantastic to me and sour family and have always been there to help us when we need them. Every member of the team treats the patients as if they are a family member. I have nothing but praise for this Medical Practice and the management team who clearly instill customer care to everyone working there.

Had a little mix up with my application process. Elliot was so helpful to me. He ensured that any questions I had were answered. Even after I told him I would try to sort out the situation myself. He continued to work behind the scenes to sort it out for me. He was incredibly willing to help. Which I think is such a beautiful quality needed more in UK healthcare.

I feel so lucky to be with this GP practice. Everyone from receptionist to nurses and doctors is very kind and attentive. Every time I needed help the practice was quick at understanding the problem and find a solution. I don’t get to see the same doctor every time but that doesn’t bother me. The e-consult system is great.

I came to see Dr Sharland feeling incredibly low and was treated with the utmost kindness and patience this level of attention these days is hard to find and practically unheard of! If I could give more stars I would to Millway Medical Centre and ALL their staff… Not only are they a superb medical centre but to be excellent consistently is not an easy task! The doctors and and all their staff go above and beyond for their patients, when one gets this level of service it is deserving of praise! WELL DONE Millway Medical Centre!

Doctor Dantani was very detailed and supporting. He was able to move my Hba1c forward and explained why I was feeling wobbly. Also he was able to check my record about my eye test and confirm that there was not report raised as yet and that my failed test may not be related to diabetes

The receptionists are nice but it's always hard to make an appointment with my GP and I prefer to forget about my problems! They don't have an email or anything, just a number to call which is always busy or tell you they don't have appointments anymore. E-consult, which is an online platform and could be really helpful, never works as well. They say it's available at 8_10, but never worked for me! Now, I just have a lot of problems and can't reach the gp, which shouldn't be this hard! It's really disappointing for me.

Called in at noon yesterday and was helped by two very friendly and efficient staff members who arranged for a telephone consultation. Dr. Dattani called me in the afternoon and dealt with my issue in his usual calm and reassuring manner. Our family have been with Millway for over 45 years and have always been treated promptly and with excellent care from all the Doctors, Nurses and Receptionists. First class service which is greatly appreciated by us all.

I had the covid Booster jab and the flu vaccine jab in the other arm. The staff were amazing and very informative. I didn’t feel a thing.

An Excellent, secure, safe and caring visit. And very quick. Totally efficient from when I stepped through the door and a doctor also on site answered concerns relating to my health issues.

I have been registered with Millway for 21 years and seen 4 to 5 of the doctors at the practice. Without exception each one has taken excellent care of me, from cancer to covid. As a doctor's daughter I am very well placed to assess the standard. All my family members regret having to de register with them when they moved out of Mill Hill. I cannot thank them enough for the doctors sincerity and thoroughness. Thank you so much.
