Papa Murphy's is very convenient. I can call and order ahead and just pay when I arrive and go. They usually have a special going on, and the staff are usually helpful and knowledgeable of the daily deals and which pizza to buy. The salads are fresh, and they even have a larger variety of desserts.

Love it that they still offer dough only at a reasonable price & anything else someone might want to create their own at home. The Staff is usually warm, inviting & accommodating.

We love this place!!! It is to the point, I can order beforehand on the telephone and pickup within 30 minutes, and the pizza's are all worth the price of $5 (for the fav 5), and $7+ for the specialty pizza's. The location is convenient (although the shopping center in general can get really busy after 5:00pm), there is still plenty of parking. We visit this to-go-pizza place about every other month, and when money is tight and we still want some pizza take out, this is the place we go. So, we order a few Fav5's (w/ pepperoni or plain cheese), take home, preheat the oven to 425 degrees F, add more shredded cheese, pepper, dry herb basil/oregano/pizza seasoning, if available our own garden grown tomatoes, and other veggies (green onions, mushrooms, olives), and after 12-18 minutes, the pizza's taste great; where we return again and again. Highly Recommended: if you have a budget, or need to feed a large group of kids (10+) for under $20.

The staff is always friendly and willing to help. The prices are reasonable. That is if you don't mind taking your pizza home and cooking it. It's so good when you take it out hot right out of the oven and slice of yourself.

PAPA MURPHY'S PINOLE CA Okay I have lots and lots to say about this.place but I'm going to be very honest I give this place 3 stars not because I don't like this place it was my very 1st time Coming here my BF wanted to buy us pizza . Which I was like ok never had this before. So we went in I asked for the Hawaiian half and pepp half ,double pepp, and he ordered the thin xl pepp with white sauce . By the way that one wasss soo soo gudd 10 out of 10 on that one . But the problem is . I wish this lady smiled when she greeted us and who ever was there 1st. Okay so I ordered we paid 38.00 for 3 pizzas not bad at all. We have lots of kids so it worked out. Our whole order was wrong she complained about the other customers I didn't say anything I just told her not to worry I don't have to have what we ordered I was being polite and honest I was not tripping or my BF . Mrs lady I hope u get some help I do I wanted to help u because I saw ur stress 😩 but don't I want u to know that just taking one step at a time is OK. You did great no matter what I'm gentle with the service I know it's rough. But the complaining in front of people's is a no no. Just being real. But the pizza was good I liked the one my bf ordered not the ones I ordered Lol the white sauce makes a Difference🍕🍕🍕🧄🧄🍍🍍

I went in to the pinole location at Noon on Tuesday. The counter holding the toppings was filthy. Toppings everywhere and none of them looked fresh. The one female employee was making a pizza, and did have her hair up. However, she wasn't wearing a hat or an apron. I believe that she was wearing gloves, though. I walked in and out. I won't return.

Tried to order online, site said unavailable. Pulled up at 8 10 pm. Was told they couldn't accommodate our request. They would be closing soon and had to be somewhere soon. We left without pizzas. This visit was disappointing, but I should have noted the time.

Ordered and paid online at 5:20. The pizzas were not ready until 6pm. There were NO CUSTOMERS waiting when I arrived to pick up. Making the pizzas took about 5 mins each. I know because I watched them do it once I arrived. The staff was very nonchalant about the delay. I'm super chill, but I'm unsure why you would do this to customers and expect them to return

The Tuesday deal is perfect for when the week starts off rougher than you expected. $12 for a large or $15 for family sized pizza is a great price.
