The lettuce in the bigmac has a very strong soil flavour and the French fries always seem to be slightly raw and soggy. If you order a delivery it will most certainly arrive cold and squashed

The McDonald's in Pinto is below the international standard in all aspects from physical design of the building to food quality and customer service. The drive-in is very slim. Most vans and big cars can't enter the drive in because it's too small. The experience inside McDonald's is a little bit chaotic and the cleaning at the tables could be improved. The order system works well like in all other McDonald's. The young staff is very friendly and serviceminded. The old staff care more about themselves than the customers. They close easily several minutes before official opening hours. Therefore, the old staff should be replaced by young staff 🌱

Unacceptable service! I had several lunches there and most of the times I was served with not full french fries. One day I asked to fill the fries as they should ... response was as if I was asking something absurd or insulting. Fries were filled better but I was told that they were properly filled the first time insinuating that I should not have asked, or even think about asking next time. The fact is I will probably not ask again, at least at that McDonald’s ... I will avoid eating there.

It's ok just another McDonald's tables dirty and difficult to park as car park full of cars but not belonging to customers? Service ok and we didn't wait very long. No toilet paper in toilets which the staff also used, so that makes you think about hygiene standards.

Staff were quite rude and entrance was confusing to get to on foot from Pinto town centre. Wouldn’t go back.

Building is nice, service is not that good. They can leave you waiting 15m without your burger and not even care about it.
