Catastrophic service - claims to have 4 stars - never laughed so hard. First things first : the hotel itself is really nice and the rooms are, too. A clean, cool look I like a lot. Also we had a private parking spot with a direct access via stairs from our room. Great! However the service is awful and ruins anything else. We happened to have a bidet in our bathroom that leaked. The whole floor was wet - and my stuff was, too. I told the receptionist (which was alone and seemingly over-wprked)and she gave us a new room. Other than that : no excuses, no saying sorry. We rather felt she was annoyed. The bad service continued in the restaurant. What we ordered / what we got Burgers / raw meat (and were told that's ok!) Potato puree / gratin 0.5 l Coke light / 0.2 l Pepsi Baked Potato / Cooked potatoes Other than that the waitress started smashing doors after we pointed put those mistakes. What the hell? I highly advise to avoid this hotel.

4-night stay with children. Generally amiable staff, good location for Warner Parque and suburbs of Madrid, large rooms and good parking, breakfast ok. The downside is that the air conditioning is intentionally tuned down, the receptionist didn't explain why but our guess is carbon footprint reduction policy during autumn, meaning that the rooms are hot and stuffy even in October. We woke up each morning nauseous and displeased. Tried leaving the window open, the truckers speeding on the adjacent "30 kph" road means awful noises rocking the room during night and early morning. We've experienced this elsewhere in Spain. Carbon footprint reduction is great, but pleasant room temperature should come first.

Reception service was ok, rooms were clean though the one I stayed stink pretty bad. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices between fruit, eggs, cold meats and cereals.

We had an excellent stay 15/16 March 2020 en-route to Bilbao during the CV19 period. The staff managed breakfast very very well. We were very impressed with the private garage parking which meant our car and bicycles were safe. The room was comfortable. I will definitely return to this hotel when travelling south to the coast in November.

Was in this hotel for 3 weeks. The rooms are good and the breakfast is above average. However, the service and the customer experience is poor. My garage wasn't working (what you pay in your room rate). I need to find out myself by trying 2 days in row to get in. Then I was told it is not working. However, nobody will repair them. The receptionists are not customer satisfaction focused. When I try to get an answer why something wasn't working or good the easily don't care. Good hotel, cap service.

from the time we walked in the service was incredible. from checking in to leaving 2 days later was great. Definitely would return if ever in the area.Thanks to all the staff

As a business hotel it is good, but very isolated, scenery is industrial. Staff are helpful and friendly, I found the food better than many hotels I have stayed in. One criticism is that facilities like bar and room service, are only available at limited times. Sometimes it is good to have a beer when you finish work, you can't until 8 pm, nor can you get a sandwich.

For the price it's very clean and the rooms are spacious Bar not open until 8pm So couldn't get a coffee! The tv didn't have the right remote control so could change the language, we can speak and understand Spanish but on the tv it's to fast to catch everything. The receptionist was just so no real expression and not very welcoming. Will give it another chance when passing. We never make full judgement on one visit.

A nice, modern and cozy hotel, It has A/C, free parking for guests, vending machines, cafeteria service and room service from 7am to 11pm and conference rooms. Rooms are big and newly reformed and decorated. The service is really nice and polite and they would help you with anithing you'll need. The hotel is located at an industrial area in Pinto, twenty minutes by car from Madrid city center. It is complicated to get there by public transportation.

Nice hotel with a great hospitality, very well cleaned rooms, a lot of space, good wifi signal, really I enjoyed my stay here for two weeks. Thanks Eurostars arenas from room 217.👌

It is near Madrid about 20km. Rooms are clean, large and comfortable. I really like dinner and breakfast. If you look for a hotel for Madrid vacation, I recommend it. I came with a tour. If I came with myself, I would stay in city center.

Good location, rooms good and best thing... a nightlight in bathroom!! Reception staf could be friendlier and helpfull. Great breakfast

It’s 7:30 morning.The leader waitress with white haired told everybody they didn’t have any yogurt.All yogurts were finished.But before that she asked me to wait two minutes,she would prepare for me.”What a liar”…after mine angry about her service,she went inside and brought a lot of yogurts back.The yogurts were full of the plate.What a great Euros-sure star service in this hotel!!!

Comfortable enough hotel on outskirts of Pinto, good for a stopover,secure car park.
