Our room was very basic, with basic beds and little else. The only view from the window was to the car park. The breakfast selection was probably one of the worst I had ever had, and left much to be desired in terms of quality and quantity. I wouldn't recommend it as good value for money.

Small rooms, unfriendly staff (only pleasent for Spanish people), not recommend for families. After checking in we realized that the Holiday Inn would have been a better option, better price and reviews, near to shopping for meals and same distance as posadas to Warner Brothers.

We booked a room in this hotel to have a rest during our trip to the east of Spain and in my opinion this hotel is a proper selection for our purpose. There are outdoor parking spaces. If you would like to visit Madrid, this hotel is not far away. There are shopping centers and restaurants nearby the hotel.

Not bad place for a short time, if you are moving around or through Madrid to other place. Price/Quality rate very well done. If you are looking high quality for longer time, maybe this is not the place. Perfect for a weekend if you are visiting the Warner Bros Park.

Excellent budget hotel, the best I have stayed in. Staff friendly (even though I am not Spanish!), Room had small sofa as well as a desk, firm mattress and to good pillows. Small but perfectly functional bathroom, with bath. Black out curtains and controllable heating. What more could you ask for?

Not bad for the price. Lots of students and groups because the theme parks nearby. We stayed 6 days. The gym close to the hotel ws nice. The hotel has free parking, lots of space. It was kind of noisy at times when other clients would arrive late at night.. The breakfast is very simple in my opinion, because something so basic for 7€ or 5 € depending on your reservation, wasn't appealing to me, only convenient. Very friendly lady in the bar restaurant. They have menu for 11€. We ate there a couple of times, it okay, convenient. Mercadona supermarket is only a stroll away. Also very close to the Nassica shopping center. Wifi was okay, when it worked. Overall I wouldn't complain and would probably stay there again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room lovley and cosy. Nice hot showers. Could do with more hooks for towels and jackets and we both stubbed our toes more than once as the bed legs are longer than the bed and they stick out but unseen coz of the bed cover so be careful. Overall very happy.

It does the job. Decent stay for decent money, a gym is close to the hotel and a shopping mall is not too far either. Besides that there is not much to do. The hotel is pretty far away from the ciry centre, so I would recommend you to have some sort of transportation availabe. The breakfast was alright, just as you would expect from a hotel of this class.

Standard hotel without any special facilities, but with comfortable enough rooms. Basic breakfast was available and it includes coffee, tea and juices, prebaked croissants and bread (baguettes), slices of meat and cheese and a few cereals. The best feature of this hotel is its practical location on the outskirts of Madrid, situated very close to the highway. A large shopping center with many stores as well as various places to eat is located only 1km away. Fast food chains such as Burger King, Taco Bell, McDonalds, Ben & Jerry’s sit side by side with tapas bars and normal restaurants. A cinema and a merry-go-round make this an ideal place for all ages and groups.

Good parking, nice and helpful staff and location wise it is good, but do not think you will get a good night sleep if you are tired as you would get a better sleep on the main road. The noise from other people in the hotel is really bad and up til nearly 2 am and restarting at 6, you will hear everything!! Based of this aspect I won’t stay here again as there are two other hotels within 5 mins with better ratings / reviews / same price. Check out is 11, but the house keepers knock on the door at 10 to try clean the room

Great staff, especially the front desk personnel. Very good breakfast buffet 😋
