Kabilin (heirloom) Cove is an open and unfenced area of lot on the coastline of Sitio Punta, or known as Kalubihan (Cebuano term for lots of coconut/lubi trees) in barangay Maslog, Tabogon, Cebu. The area is a owned by the heirs of Paz, but is yet to be developed and commercialized as of this writing. Its untouched scenery of the mountains as the background on the west while facing the seas separating Cebu and Leyte islands is a perfect weekend getaway for the city dwellers. The area is maintained by Tatay Cesar Jumao-as and his apo who casually mingles with the visitors. Make sure to take a dip on the cove on both sides of that big rock, topped with benches under the shades of the trees, that indents into the sea. Also make sure to capture the sunrise early in the morning to complete your experience.

the passage way is unimaginable 😅 but the view is nice.. only motorcycle can access the area or you can walk from the main road to the kabilin cove
