Location: Lovely location with lots of things to explore without having to drive. It takes 10minutes to get to the ferry that brings you to the other side of the river. From there one can explore the Bastei, Schwedenlöcher, Honigsteine and many more walks and hiking trails. The views are amazing! Rooms: We were in the tower room (Turmzimmer) and had a fantastic view of the Bastion Bridge (Basteibrücke) from our bed and bathroom. The room itself had a coffee machine with coffee pads, kettle and tea, comfy beds with a view and a bathroom. Everything was very clean and it felt welcoming - there was even a personalised note with information about the hotel and things to do. Breakfast: You can sit inside or outside with a lovely view. There is coffee and tea, juices, various breadrolls and bread and a variety of cheses and cold cuts. I am vegan and usually struggle to find something to eat when it comes to breakfast. I am not sure if it was because I mentioned it in our booking notes but I had some delicious savoury as well as sweet spreads to choose from and there was fresh fruit and veggies not to mention cornflakes and soy/oat milk. Dinner: Dinner was incredible! We asked if there was a chance of veganising a meal and without hesitation the chef gave us a list of things he could do for us - and then he conjured up a delicious home made 3-course vegan meal that hit all the right spots. I cannot recommend it enough! Staff: The staff was an absolute pleasure to be around. Always courteous and always finding ways to make the stay even more comfortable. Other: The sauna is very clean and towels are being provided. You can chose between steam sauna or a "normal" one. After every sauna session you can relax inside or outside on very comfy chairs and enjoy the silence of nature.

In herrlicher Gegend , mit umwerfendem Ausblick , gelegenes Resort. Es fehlte uns an nichts und unsere Gastgeber hatten zu jeder Zeit ein offenes Ohr und erfüllten sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich jeden machbaren Wunsch. Eine phantastische Küche, sehr frisch und wirklich zum genießen. Danke an das gesamte Team. Es hat uns außerordentlich gut gefallen.

Das Laasenhof Resort ist sehr schön gelegen, hat ein innen , wie außen , gepflegtes Ambiente . Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Zimmer sind großzügig und hell . Da das Resort ziemlich hoch gelegen ist , ist eine Zufahrt mit dem Auto empfehlenswert und nicht wie wir , mit dem Fahrrad inklusive Gepäck und kleinen Hund. Wenn man doch mit dem Fahrrad kommen möchte , so sollte man schon sportlich unterwegs sein . Das Resort verfügt über einen sehr gepflegten Außenpool . Die Küche ist sehr zu empfehlen. Insgesamt ist es ein schöner Ort zum verweilen . Tierfreundlich und Familienfreundlich.

Super place. Spend three nights in the house Gamrig. Right next to the excellent pool (26 c warm - excellent after a good hike) and a private nice outdoor terasse. There is a steep stairway down to the city. There is a kitchen and we also borrowed the barbecue at a small fee., I would recommend shopping on the way as there is at least 20 min to the nearest shop. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was really good as well. You really feel the warm hospitality of a family run hotel. Excellent base for exploring the area with the Basteibridge walk incl the small ferry over the bridge and the Pravcicka Brana hike are must do if you are into hiking. Would clearly come back !

Wonderful place to stay, relax, do meetings, have yummy food and let the kids run around the amazing lawn and playground. The view from there is breathtaking.

Wir waren hier heute Abend essen. Speisen super lecker und der Service ist super nett und freundlich. Das Restaurant ist auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen. Wären wir in unserem Urlaub schon eher dort gewesen wären wir sicher jeden Tag dort essen gegangen. Einfach nur TOP 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Ich war unter der Woche für zwei Nächte in dem Familiengeführten Hotel. Die Sauna und Dampfsauna kann man frei benutzen, was ich sehr schön finde. Alles ist sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Auch das Frühstück hat sich gelohnt. Es gab verschiedene Aufstriche und super leckeres Brot. Die Aussicht auf die Bastei kann sich im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes sehen lassen. Auch das Abendessen war sehr lecker. Der Koch versteht sein Handwerk! 👌 Ich komme gerne wieder.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wunderschön, die Mitarbeiterinnen sind bemüht und freundlich. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt aber leider gar nicht. Weder für die Zimmer samt Frühstück und auch nicht für das Abendessen. Die Restaurantpreise sind absolut unverhältnismäßig - insbesondere für das was man bekommt. Wir warteten zudem über eine Stunde auf unser Essen. Im Ort gibt es deutlich besseres Essen in schöner Atmosphäre zu angemessenen Preisen. Ein Bett in unserem Appartement quietschte bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung so laut, dass man davon aufwachte. Die Bettwäsche war zudem auch nicht wirklich sauber. Obwohl man einen sehr hohen Preis insgesamt bezahlt, wird bspw der Cappuccino beim Frühstück noch extra berechnet, jedoch ohne dass dies bei Bestellung angekündigt wird. Die Überraschung kommt erst bei der Endabrechnung. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit, weil Lage und Umgebung wunderschön und alle nett und freundlich sind, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt aber leider gar nicht. Entweder müsste die Qualität verbessert oder die Preise reduziert werden.

I got sick and I couldn’t come. I tried to contact them, but they refused to waive the cancellation fees. they decided to take 100 euro even though I couldn’t check in. Seems very unfair to me.

Wir sind begeistert. Eine irre tolle Küche. Alle Mitarbeiter extrem freundlich und entgegenkommend. Auch bei Extrawünschen! Der Wellnessbereich herrlich und superschön gemacht nach einem Tag an der frischen Luft. Die Zimmer auch sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sowieso ein Traum! Wir kommen zurück!
