Awesome place with astonishing views. It takes around hour to view all the spots but if you like to enjoy the atmosphere then you will definitely spend more time here. Parking costs 3 euro for 3 hours, also there is a restaurant there where you can eat and enjoy the view or cafe with snacks but it was closed because of the season. Highly recommend to visit this place!

Nice place to walk with great views over the river and villages as well as the Bastei. Easy to reach both by car and by public transport. Accessible for all ages as it's paved and easy to walk. If you are in the region and want to visit this on your route, reserve up to 2-4 hours. The park itself is free. A parking lot ticket is €6.

Beautiful view of the river. There’s also a trail to the bridge from here (just go down the stairs and to the left)

Stunning vista view across the Elbe River. The sand stone formations in this region are very unique. More than worth the climb. No entry fee.

Mind blowing walk between the rocks and wonderful nature. Bastei Should be on the top of the list of places to visit in Germany.

Nice scenery but extremely touristic. Pay for parking, bus, peeing, entry... Super crowded. Here you dont walk. You get pushed. I do not recommend. Coming here unless you love a large crowd. You definitely have a better view if you look at the pictures on the internet.

Awesome place. A tip: be there before 10am because it can get crowded. And if you are this early, don't use the park'n'ride parking lot with the shuttle bus. You should be able to access the parking place very close to the Badtei.

It is a viewing platform right next to the panorama restaurant. The views are absolutely breathtaking from here. On the left hand side, it is easy to spot the famous Lilienstein covering the Bastei Bridge from the front and other sandstone formations. You see the beautiful Elbe stretching in both the directions and the beautiful village of Rathen. Sometimes you spot a goods train passing by and it looks so amazing, all stretched along the river and the Valley. You get distant views of the national park and its surroundings. You can spot Bohemian rocks on Czech Republic side. Absolutely worth to stand on this platform.
