Reviewed on 30/10/2021. We decided to visit any park on this beautiful Saturday morning somewhere around Saxony and we picked Malerweg Ettape 1. Straight away we were greeted by beautiful scenery and trees. As we were moving along the riverside we spoted and old building who looked like a water mill. Few steps further we saw a statue that was build 50 years ago, it looked so old and it was very well preserved. Although I couldn't read what was on the statue... So sad... So in the end I would highly recommend this park/camping site/park (call it how you want to call it) to visit as you will be mesmerized by this place!!! 👍

Prachtige route! Veel afwisseling van natuur. Je start en eindigt in een kloof. Je loopt ook door het bos en landbouw velden. We hebben een baby wasbeer, vos en rode wouw gezien. De paden zijn goed te bewandelen en alles was onwijs groen (begin juni). We hadden de auto geparkeerd bij station Stadt Wehlen (€7 muntgeld, geen briefgeld of pinnen mogelijk). De trein gratis met de gästekarte naar Pirna gepakt en daar de bus G/L naar Pirna halte Liebethaler Grund. Dat is tevens het beginpunt van de wandeling. Absoluut een aanrader. Ongeveer 4 uur over gedaan.
