I really like the Wippler confectionery at Körnerplatz so I was curious to check out this new locaiton. Here, the cake selection appeared to be more traditional, which I find slightly boring, but the ice creams provided some interesting flavour combinations. We ordered a piece of chocolate buttercream cake and onion quiche, while sitting in the garden. Both were delicious. Unfortunately, the service was incredibly slow and seemed to be disorganized. (For example, when we finally got our order, the waitress forgot to bring utensils for the quiche. This is fine, it happens. But when she promised to bring a fork, it never arrived. We had no chance to catch her attention either.) I suppose the problem is: they're obviously lacking enough servers.
