We had *lampredotto* but its particular taste didn't drive us crazy….then, we had a platter with some cold cuts of salami and local cheeses, with bruschetta tasting. An informal place, where we talked a lot with the friendly owner Giacomo and, also, with the very sociable waiters. Recommended for a quick break.

My partner stopped here during a day trip to see the pisa tower. This place is a hidden gem and the sandwiches are arguably better than seeing the tower itself! The sandwiches are cheap and delicious. A lovely air conditioned restaurant with very nice staff. I highly recommend stopping here for a wonderful lunch!!!

Visited at 2pm on a Thursday and there wasn’t a long line and managed to get our food pretty fast. We ordered a Panino Speciale (recommendation from the staff) and it was delicious!! Staff was very friendly. Very value for money!

We had the lampredotto in soup and the spread of Tuscan meats. Previously I had come for a sandwich. Everything is recommended! Come early and there is no line. The staff is super friendly. Note that there is no table service but you get to sit under the trees of the square or at some simple fold out tables under a little canopy.

Absolutely delicious sandwiches, super friendly staff, fast service…. Sandwiches are made to order and the platter is a must to try. We are there 2 nights in a row.

Really big portion for the price, the sandwiches are massive! I enjoyed it and they have a huge selection to choose from which is great but I’ve had better, i think this place is a little overrated. I waited 25 minutes for 1 sandwich.

Already has enough 5 star reviews. Don’t need to say much other than I can confirm it was very good sandwiches. I got a vegan one and added their specialty cheese.

Don’t be afraid to try the raw sausage. It is spectacular, especially with the pecorino cheese, and the truffle sauce. I let the gentleman behind the counter steer our culinary journey, he added a glass of wine, which cut the fat in the sausage perfectly thanks to the acidity. We also had the porchetta, the giant roll perched in the case tempting you with its fabulousness.

Incredible sandwiches and a laid-back atmosphere. Please, I highly recommend to ask a person at the counter what for their favorite sandwich. Let yourself be curious for new, rich and amazing tastes. Super fresh ingredients, beer from the tap, nice and friendly staff. They ask for your name so when your order is ready, they call you to pick it up. Great place!

We came here for a pit stop lunch on way to the leaning tower of Pisa. Had a couple of ham sandwiches - very good and fresh. Noticed quite a few ‘students’ here for lunch as well - so quite a cheap and cheerful place.

Iconic and extremely popular Tuscan street food place with a incredible variety of quality cured meats and cheeses not without a classic ribollita soup, made rich. Be prepared to queue and struggle to find a table. A great start if you are new to Pisa and looking for a quick bite jewel experience.

10/10 experience. Customer service was out of this world. We wanted to explore Pisa but ended up eating here, and staying on the same street at “Le Parisien” for a few drinks and came right back for seconds. Can’t fault anything. Went by their recommendation and loved every bit. Go here!!!

Great meat and cheese board! They had a variety of meats and cheeses which was lovely to try. We ordered the portion size for 2 and was extremely satisfied. We also ordered the Professor's sandwich which had raw tuscan sausage and truffle sauce, definitely unique and only order if you can eat raw ground meat. Nice ambiance as you can eat outside near a small plaza. Thanks for the great meal!

AUTHENTIC!! FOOD : Perfect!! SERVICE : Outstanding!! PLACE : Good! PRICE : Fair. TOILET : Clean. Google Maps made me arrive here. What a Nice Place, feel the atmosphere and small park in front it. Recommended Seating outdoor, fresh air, good food and good red wine. The Staff was a Very Friendly person. Its rare to see people who works all out. They try make you feel home also make laugh. Came here twice and tried four different stews. The best one was the beef cheek and the bread soup. House wine is very good. Service was excellent considering it's not a touristy place and they made the effort. The two ladies on both days were really polite and friendly, they were bringing stuff to the table even though there are signs saying there isn't table service.

Popular location for food in Pisa. Sandwiches are delicious. There is also outdoor seating, but no table service. Excellet location in between the Tower of Pisa and the city center. Waiting time was around 15 minutes, but it was worth it 👌. 10/10

We were recommended the Professor's Sandwich for £7, which includes Tuscan raw sausage, pecorino cheese, and truffle. The ingredients were good, but the bread was a bit dry and tough.

I was looking for a lunch place and as always in Italy, if you see a line / lots of people - you go there, will be good. I took a plate of meat and cheese for one person - it was huge and the price is good. Stuff is fantastic, you can sit outside free of charge. Strongly recommend this place. Loved it!

Great, small place with delicious food and good wine. I ordered a Tuscan platter for one person and the portion was incredibly big. Thanks to the helpful service, that has offered me a drink for the digestion!

The best panini we had in four days. Tasty, cruchy but not dry, generously filled. Great combinations of ingredients so the only problem is what to choose. Staff was lovely and made our order priority as we were in hurry.

Adequate meals for two persons. If we need more bread, we can request it at no additional expense. A pleasant food and place to enjoin Pisa.
