One of the most amazing breakfast buffets ever and not just the choice. Everything tasted really good and was beautifully presented and it is possible to choose tiny portions of delicious things so you don't overeat. The staff were all very friendly and hard working. Well done Hotel la Pace! As others have said, the location is very convenient but not pituresque! Rooms rather old-fashioned but very clean and rather charming. If you are a large person you may not fit in the very compact but super efficient shower! Beds very comfortable. No view, but surprisingly quiet for a place so near the station.

Our stay at the Hotel La Pace was excellent. All the staff we encountered were really friendly and helpful and we had a good welcome on arrival. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the breakfast selection was the best we have had in Italy. Location was convenient for the station and a lovely 20 minute walk through the historic centre to the Leaning Tower and Cathedral Square. We could not fault anything. We only stayed one night but wished we were staying longer and would definitely return to the hotel if we visit Pisa again.

One night stop over, perfectly located 2-3 min walk from the train station. 15 min walk and the tower + cathedral comes into view. Room and bathroom clean, bed comfy and didn't hear anything to keep us up. Reception staff super helpful and friendly. Plenty on offer at breakfast to keep us going into lunch.

Hotel La Pace is conveniently located near the train station. The rooms are classic but cozy. The staff is nice and helpful. On our arrival in the morning, our luggage was neatly taken into insured custody. Back in La Pace the heating was already turned on in our room. Nice early March. In other reviews, you can read that there are threatening youngsters in the area. But we didn't feel any threat.

The experience at hotel La Pace was almost perfect. The staff service was son kind and friendly from the first minute. The room is good enough, comfortable bed, several channels to watch on a small TV, good space to work in the room. The breakfast was perfect, it was a buffet, several options to choose to eat. The location is perfect, close to the airport - 15 minutes walking- and also close the pisa tower - 17 minutes walking-. Also the hotel is really close to the train station.

Room could be better. All the furniture was old and the walls are not so clean, also there are some cracks in the walls and some stains on the curtains, rusted mirror support etc. The overall feeling was that no investment was done in the last 20 years in the room we were in. The staff was friendly and breakfast was good. The location was awesome, 1min walk to the train station and 15min walk from the airport. Also the bed sheets and towels were changed every day, which we appreciated.

I cannot express enough how impressed we were with our recent stay at Hotel La Pace in Pisa. This budget-friendly 3-star hotel is conveniently located near the city centre and Pisa Central railway station, making it the perfect choice for anyone visiting this charming Italian city. One of the standout features of my stay was the breakfast. It was absolutely superb! The hotel's breakfast spread offered a fantastic variety of options that catered to everyone in our group of six. From the youngest to the oldest, and accommodating vegetarians and vegans, we all left the breakfast table feeling fully satisfied and ready to start our day. The staff at Hotel La Pace truly made our stay exceptional. Their level of service was nothing short of stellar. From the moment we arrived at the hotel for check-in to the time we checked out, they were incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel valued as guests. Any questions or requests we had were promptly and efficiently addressed by the staff, leaving us with a lasting positive impression. I must also commend the hotel's excellent communication and reliability. We had arranged for a shuttle to pick us up from the airport, and due to multiple flight delays, our arrival time kept changing. However, each time we informed the hotel about the delays via email, they responded promptly and assured us that the shuttle would be there to pick us up upon arrival. True to their word, the driver was waiting for us at the airport when we finally made it to Pisa. This level of reliability and responsiveness is commendable and greatly appreciated. The hotel's location is another major advantage. Its proximity to the railway station and easy access to buses and trains, made exploring Pisa and nearby towns and cities a breeze. Additionally, the availability of a frequent train service to the airport provided us with a stress-free way to conclude our trip. For sightseeing enthusiasts, Hotel La Pace is perfectly situated near Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, a great starting point to explore the city. I highly recommend visiting the impressive "Tuttomondo" by Keith Haring, which adds a touch of artistic charm to the surrounding area. In conclusion, my stay at Hotel La Pace was an absolute delight, and I can't wait to return to Pisa and stay here again. If you're planning a trip to Pisa and want a hotel that offers fantastic breakfast, top-notch service, and a convenient location, look no further than Hotel La Pace. I wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow travellers, and I guarantee you won't be disappointed. Thank you, Hotel La Pace, for making our stay truly memorable!

A charming, quirky hotel with for a one day stay. Easy walking distance from the leaning tower and excellent location for the station and airport connections. Staff were amazing, helpful, friendly and fun. Breakfast is superb. Will definitely return.

Nice hotel, cheerful employees. Only the pictures on the site did not match the 7th floor rooms. Not wrong, good bed but the rest is a bit overdue. The location is a bit busy with noises, but you are also next to the station so that is not surprising. But overall a good location and a nice hotel to sleep.

Well located hotel where we spent a wonderful week. There is everything that should be in a good hotel including air conditioning in the room and a large comfortable bed. Tasty breakfast, great service and very kind and helpful staff. Thank you very much to you all. We really recommend. Zibby & Maria

A great little spot. When we first arrived I wondered what I had booked as the facade looked very grungy. However, walk in and you find friendly staff and a great hotel. It is indeed old, and a bit dated, but very well maintained and not shabby at all. The whole place was very clean. And had modern AC. Would definitely stay again. A good place where all you want is a clean and comfortable bed.

This is a fun and funky little hotel, close to the railroad station and near good food choices. Its decor is a step back in time to an older Italy. Clean as can be and super comfortable, especially the beds. Full air conditioning OR lovely open windows make for comfortable sleep. The staff could not have been kinder. And it's inexpensive!

Great hotel in Pisa! Very close the station and around 10min waking from main attractions. Amazing breakfast. Great to move around the Tuscany. The area outside does not look the best, but is quite safe. Highly recommended.

Our first trip to Pisa was wonderful also thanks to Hotel la Pace. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They upgraded our room and they stored our backpack even after checkout. The breakfast really is the best in Pisa, so much to choose from! and it's vicinity to the Pisa Centrale station made it even more convenient for us. We would be happy to stay there again.

We had a lovely few nights at this hotel. It is an old hotel but It was clean and the rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. We had been provided with bottled water, tea and coffee in our room, that was a nice addition. The staff were so lovely and welcoming and very kind. It's in a good location next to the train station and is walking distance to shops, restaurants and attractions.

This was perfect for our needs. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Location was an easy walk from the train station and a longer but enjoyable walk to other area attractions along or across the river.

The hotel staff are lovely. I was disappointed initially as my room didnt appear to have hot water but the staff were so helpful and kind they gave me another room which was amazing and the view of Pisa is spectacular from this room. The breakfast was delicious and so much choice catered for everyone vegetarian and vegan options too. I am so impressed with the hotel staff that they have made me feel so comfortable and welcome and they will try hard to make you happy if there is an issue with anything and that more than made up for my problem with the water and they have provided a magical solution and a perfect room with a lovely shower and an amazing view.

Old hotel, some things are falling apart and need tidy up. Good for a quick stay. The location is great (3-minute walking to the station and a 25-minute walk to Torre di Pisa) and staff is very friendly.

La Pace is right by the train station, and walking distance to all the attractions Pisa has to offer. While the building isn't new, the crew is energetic and keeps the place running surprisingly well. The front desk staff is also friendly and courteous. In essence, I was very positively surprised considering the low rate and unassuming location. I also took the chance to discover the neighboring town of Lucca while in Pisa, so the train station proximity came in handy more than once. I'd recommend La Pace for any budget minded traveler seeing Pisa for the first time!

For the price that we paid, it was the perfect stay. Room was as described and very clean, the breakfast was good, and well stocked. The staff were also lovely and helpful. Would book again if I was in Pisa for a short time in the future.

We spent 3 nights at the hotel with direct booking. Booking was very easy. Upon arrival really kindly welcomed us. The staff at the reception was very helpful. The Hotel is very close to the railway station and the Tower of Pisa is about 21 minutes walking distance. If I come back one time definitely will choose the Hotel La Pace again.

La Pace is in a perfect location, very close to the train station. The staff were really helpful and pleasant. The room was in need of updating but the bed was very comfortable and it had a kettle and a fridge in the room which was very welcome. There was a fantastic choice for breakfast- hot food, pastries and cakes. It is only 15 or 20 minutes walk to the Leaning Tower. We had a lovely stay and would definitely return if we travel back to Pisa again.

A good morning Breakfast with plenty of choice to set you up for the day both hot and cold options sweet or savoury. I would highly recommend hotel la pace for your stay in Pisa .

I had a one night stop here, and it was a perfect location for a solo traveller arriving late - super convenient to the station. My bedroom was clean and comfortable and the bathroom appeared more recently updated to a really good standard. Everything you could want and really friendly staff. Thank you!

Positive: Location is great, only minutes away from the central station. You can reach the Leaning Tower in about 20 minutes on foot. The room was clean and spacious, bed comfortable and the breakfast was very good with wide selection of sweet and savoury food. Staff was friendly. Negative: The towels were worn out and thin. We had a non-renovated room and its bathroom was very old. The elevator is small. The interior design of the hotel is a bit strange: it feels like a mix of many different styles. In this case less is more would work better, I think. There were some construction works in the street so the entrance was a bit hard to find.

Central to the tower, good selection of quality shops and bars nearby, the room was spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. I read some of the reviews which said the rooms were a bit outdated but I thought they were fine and comfortable too with everything you need. I had a room that was advertised as budget and I was completely satisfied.

We were looking for a hotel for just one night on our way home to the UK from Monterosso. This hotel is very close to the station and was a fantastic price. The lovely people at the desk were just so helpful and friendly. More so than any that we met during our entire week. Their English was fabulous because my Italian is useless!! Our room was amazing in that it was old but so big. We had a room each and air conditioning. Very clean and would happily have stayed longer. Thank you

Great staff very friendly and helpful if needed .My husband celebrated his birthday while we were there and a knock at the door and a large slice if strawberry cheesecake with a candle on it. The room was not the cleanest bed was so lumpy and had a dip in it fridge was great in room, Bedding clean and fresh, Bathroom very good and fresh towels daily.. Nice fridge in reception with water and drinks to buy at good prices. Good size bathroom to change your clothes after youve checked out also good storage for bags. Area near train to train station but far enough that the noise wont effect you. I would stay here again but will upgrade to better rooms.

Room 542 is perfect for a 4 person family. Lots of space and a terrace as well with a view of the mountains to the north. Great location close to the station. The entrance doesn’t inspire confidence but once you get to reception youre good πŸ˜‰πŸ˜ƒ. Lovely staff. And a 5 star breakfast. Huge thanks to all the staff from reception to the breakfast area. Really professional and helpful. Will stay again.

Very happy with our stay. Location was really convenient to train station. The staff were really lovely and helpful. They were very kind to our little girl who was delighted with the lollipops. The breakfast was really amazing with various gluten free items available. We got a triple room, it was really spacious with the single bed in a seperate side room within our room, which was great with a small child so we didn't need lights out when she went to sleep. Bathroom was spacious and had a bath which again was great. Overall would recommend and would stay again if in. Pisa.
