It was disappointing because the hotel rooms were very warm due to the air conditioning not supplying cold air. The temperature in the lobby was cool but why not the rooms? We were perspiring in the morning after taking a shower and getting dressed. We were told the rooms would get cold but never did. We had to get a fan but it just circulated the warm air. Also the bar was open but rarely attended, and when it was attended, the bartender did not return for more cocktails. I thought the people working in the dining area were not friendly. I have traveled to Italy in the past and the overall service was the worst I have ever experienced. I work in the service industry and I would never treat my clients in this manner. This is definitely not a #1 rated hotel.

For me a good hotel starts with a good bed. These beds were absolute trash. The hotel trys to make up for it with a nice breakfast but there is just no recovering when you got zero sleep the night before. The hotels location is not great, and there is nothing to do around or at the hotel.

Super modern feel, with a "cold" vibe. Poor greeting upon arrival. Uncomfortable mattress. Not an accessible location. Great bar service. Attentive breakfast service. Pros: -bar -large included breakfast -clean / modern appearance Cons: -no coffee or iron in room -poor location in relation to city / attractions -smells like dog pee -no AC in "winter" months regardless of temperature -terrible mattress w springs in back Overall, just okay. Not terrible, but not great. Would stay somewhere else next time mostly based on location.

Our flight was rerouted to Pisa from Florence because of extreme weather so we booked this place as a last resort. Because it was so late there were no cabs at the airport to take us there so we had to stay at the airport. We tried to cancel the reservation within 20 minutes of it being placed and they refused. They basically stole our money.

We were here last August 2022 and May 2023. Highly recommended. Book directly through their website to get a better discount. Breakfast + Dining Staff + Reception and the room. I can not find any fault at this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It is 10 minute taxi ride from Pisa Airport. The hotel is a 15 -minute bus ride to Pisa Centrale. However, this is a bus service near corner street of the hotel. Buy your tickets first in advance from the shop La Vechia around the corner of San Biagio. Also, the last bus service is around 22:30pm. So be aware of it. I do not understand as to why people complain re the location, room, the decor and staff. For the last two occasions I had been here, I never had any problems with the staff and overall with the hotel. Bus service is always there. Pro tip- download the app Citymapper and this tells you what bus service is nearby and real time travel. It covers almost all European cities. Please look at the high statistics of positive review versus the only few of negative reviews. I will surely come back to this hotel again

Very nice hotel, modern and clean. Breakfast is very good and the staff is amazing ! Location is not the best if you are not by car, but can be manageable by bus too.

This is a very unusual and interesting hotel. Each floor has a different theme, ours was space age. Breakfast selection was excellent with lots of different options.

Poor greeting upon arrival. The receptionist who attended to me during check-in was very rude. The room is a style that tries to be modern but ends up being cold. It’s possible to see dust on the top of mirrors and behind them. I asked to clean and 4 days after they still didn’t do it. I’m not particularly sensitive to noise but the corridor is too noisy and the doors are very loud to close as you need to slam it to close it because there’s no handle on the outside. It’s not comfortable to work on computer in the room. The staff working at reception are not at all pleasant. The restaurant is very nice for dinner and the breakfast is very reasonable.

Very friendly staff, good clean hotel for reasonable price

Amazing bartender and impressive breakfast. However the person at the the desk was incompetent, malinformed, and at at least one point outright lied to me. I ended up paying for a dinner and a 20eur taxi which would actually have been covered by the airline, but the desk staff completely misled me. They really need to clarify their policies and arrangements with the airlines. In terms of design, the rooms and hallways are like a sorry attempt of someone in 1985 to imitate the interior of a spaceship. Also not a great location. In the hotel's response (below), they make the following statements, which have no basis in reality: "We provided the requested room and amenities upon your arrival, and our receptionist informed you about upgrade options at your expense. Regarding the transfer, we arranged a taxi for you when you found the shuttle service cost to be expensive." There's really no need for dishonesty in this situation.

The food is great! Main course and dessert. 3 min walking distance from another restaurant with take away too. Friendly. Clean bathroom! Clean rooms. Helpful. Modern. Desk to work. About 10 min taxi ride to airport. Speaks English at front desk. But will need a taxi to city center or hour plus walk to the old city.

Amazing experience staying at this hotel. From beginning to end, as soon as you enter you feel welcome. Rooms are super clean, comfortable and you can’t hear anything from the outside meaning you’ll get a very nice good night sleep. Next time I go to this city, I will definitely stay at this hotel. Breakfast was 10/10! First time I go to a hotel that offers you fresh squeezed orange juice. This is what impressed me the most. Service was spectacular.

Best hotel in Pisa. Very Close to Airport. Close to shopping mall and Grocery stores. Just by Hospital so lots of bus options all day. Alwas enough staff available to assist you very friendly and all speaks English. It has very delicious breakfast in morning. Rooms are clean and very modern look. I stayed during winter so no issue about AC as normal hotels have. Overall i read someone's reviews and stayed here for 16 Days and i will definitely and only will stay here next time.

Can’t really find much to fault . There is secure basement parking , friendly helpful staff , a lovely big comfy bed , and room . We didn’t eat at the restaurant as we were too tired from driving but it looked quite fancy … perhaps too much for a normal hotel … but over all great .

Have stayed here now on three occasions. Staff are great and the breakfast has tons of variety and options. Rooms are clean and really well presented. Close to Pisa, connected by the bus, (LAM Rosso)

We spent here one night on the trip from our holiday in Corsica back home. We had a problem with our car and needed one wheel to be replaced. We took advantage of the helpfulness of the staff and let the spare tire be delivered by a courier and stored in advance at the hotel reception. After that, we could safely continue home. Thanks for your help! And moreover, the breakfast was excellent!

Reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful and polite. Reception staff helped us getting around Pisa. Room was very clean and tidy as supposed to be. All amenities were available as it said on their website. There was a birthday party going on with loud music during one night at late which was very annoying as we could hear the music very clearly and couldn't go to sleep. Apart from that was very good. I would recommend to others. (Staff do speak English)

The only plus of this hotel is that it is close to the airport and the breakfast is quite ok. The room is not that clean and we had a surprise not to have our room cleaned during an entire day. The staff is friendly and quite polite, but they do take too long to help you.

We only stayed for one night but wish it could have been longer. Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were modern and quirky. There was a lovely garden to enjoy a drink in and a great restaurant. Breakfast was excellent with so many options. The hotel was a bit out of town but we had a car so was fine.

We had a very nice experience. The room was clean and spacious. Reception and breakfast staff very polite, friendly and professional. The hotel was very good value, too. It is located just beside Pisa hospital, not at walking distance from the city center and airport but it was perfect for me.

Excellent hotel very close to the airport only 8 minutes drive in a very quite neighborhood. Excellent service and dining facilities. Spacious rooms with all amenities very clean and modern decorations. Definitely go back again.
