Extremely warm and welcoming! The property is wonderful and gorgeous. The rooms are clean and well kept. There is a very comfortable living room with TV, games, books, magazines and musical instruments. The location is pristine and they have a wonderful garden patio with an upstairs deck to relax in. Highly recommend.

From the moment I walked into this hostel, I knew this was a great place to stay. You can tell that the management here loves this accommodation. I have never been to a hostel like this before. It's relaxing, like home. It is very clean and quiet. I love this place.

It is inexpensive for being in a major tourist attraction area. My check in experience was great. When you stay at a hostel, you want a nice bed, wifi and a place to hang out and meet people; I got all that.

The place is clean and the staff are friendly but thats about it. It would be nice if they take care of the premise, for example the lock of the bathroom was broken and people kept opening the door while i shower or used the toilet. Its a cheap old lock it doesnt take a lot to fix it. The rooms in summer also are not well ventilated.

the hostel is genuinely right by the tower, really handy, and there’s a lovely outdoor area out the back that’s simply delightful, morning, afternoon and night. staff were friendly, checkin/out straightforward, beds and rooms to a great standard, and the mixed dorm i was in had a bathroom (toilet, shower) within it which was again very handy :) then, not necessarily a negative but it’s a pretty quiet spot, the guests weren’t all that social overall; pleasant, don’t get me wrong, just not as much mingling as i’ve seen in other hostels. cute decor, kitchen has a microwave and fridge, real nice setup in all.

Location is not bad, but far away from train station, door will always close, not 24 hours, it’s quite noisy in the dorm room, those bixches keep packing and checking out in the middle of night

The girl in the receptionist who are working tonight is not so friendly. I don't know how the door works so I push the bell and after few times she opened it. Then she told that I only needed to push it but not in hospitality manner. When I told better to put some paper of instruction how to open the door (from inside), again she didn't open for feedback. Disappointing!

Great hostel!!! 3 minutes walk away from the tower and close to the main dining street, and you can literally see the tower from the hostel. Good amenities - hair dryers in bathrooms, and spare bathrooms downstairs for when bathrooms in the rooms become busy. Staff super helpful with helping me arrange a taxi to go to the airport and planning my itinerary - they even lent me an umbrella when a flash storm hit!! 10/10 would recommend

Lovely and quiet, this little hostel is minutes away from the leaning tower and close to the old town's restaurants and cafes. The four rooms share two bathrooms there's a washing machine and kitchen, and whilst there's no cooking hob, there's a microwave and fridge, and means to make tea and coffee.

Come on people!!! What did you exactly like at that hostel? The reception is closed before 00.00. The rooms are very very bad with so much humidity! I went there for just 8 hours (to sleep) and it was really disappointing. The receptionist was very lazy and reluctant to do their job. It seems that they just wanted to finish their shift. Actually, if you are alone I never never tell you to go there. I am so sorry for this review, but I believe it is unfair for anyone to go without have in mind some things. It is very ''risky'' to have no one at the reception the whole night. I hope to do some changes. The location is perfect, but I wouldn't suggest that hostel. I would prefer to walk. *The room that I stayed is for 6 and mixed. **It was my first (but not the only) time at hostel.

Great Hostel, perfect location and lovely people. They gave me a city map at the check in and a lot of recommendations. Everything is clean and I loved the patio outside. Compared to the other hostels I´ve been staying in Italy it´s not so great to meet new people, but that´s fine :)

The Place is really near the Pisa Tower. The Owner is Friendly. When you go out at the Hostel you already see the Pisa Tower. The Room was clean. The Air Condition is also good, we have a good sleep. I recommend this place to all my Friends who wants to go in Pisa 👍👍👍🇵🇭🇩🇪

The bathrooms were clean and the hosts were very friendly! The best hostel I have stayed at in Italy.

One of the best hostels I've stayed. The rooms were clean and well arranged. Rooms also have locker, but no pad locks. So it's advised to have a pad lock or you even can buy one from there. This is located right next to the Pisa Tower and other renowned attractions. The staff is so friendly and available. You also can use the washing machine after paying a couple of Euros. No breakfast is provided, but you're surrounded by a lot of restaurants of any scale. Highly recommended place if you're visiting Pisa.

Great place, great staff. Totally recommend! They don't do breakfast but you can find a good and affordable one at the Caffè dei Cavalieri.

Location is great, a couple minutes walk from the tower. Rooms feel old and poorly-kept, but they are clean at least. The common areas aren't super tidy or nice to be in. It was also surprisingly empty at this time of year, which is of course not the hostel's fault, but there was no community there. I've stayed in cheaper hostels with MUCH more to offer.
