You get what you paid for. This is a simple but not too expensive hotel situated quite far from the city centre. It has, however, a close by bus stop with a direct line to Pisa central station (information is provided at the reception). A benefit is that it is close to the airport. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Top service. Breakfast is simple but also quite cheap so nothing bad to say about that. Rooms have both pros and cons. Pros: - Lightning fast and easy-to-use free WiFi connection - Build-in chromecast in the TV to streams your favorite contents from your own device. Also other smart TV options & regular Italian/international channels - Mini-fridge - Comfortable beds Cons: - No sound isolation at all. All sounds from the hallway or nearby rooms & from outside the hotel (traffic, construction work) easily penetrated into the room - Bathroom could need some renovation. And the interior architect that designed the shower hanging construction should be fired

Room was dirty and so was the bathroom but you get greeted with "this room has been sanitised for you". Thick dust under the bed. You could hardly see what's outside for how dirty was the window glass. Breakfast was nothing.

The breakfast is not worth it, not even for the coffee which was the worst of all. The people are very kind and friendly, the room clean but the day starts badly with a breakfast like that. No vegan milk.

I stayed here 2 days, most hotels in the area struggle to meet the needs of English speaking people but this was not the case. Francesca was super welcoming and friendly; she made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. She recommended fun things to do and good food! She is awesome! Ask for her! The hotel was clean and I will stay here again

The worst hotel I've ever stayed at. My husband and I sent a message to the hotel, confirming that we would arrive at 1 am, they told us about the check-in machine outside, so far so good. When we arrived and went to check in, the hotel rejected our check-in, because according to them it was the other day. Something was arranged 2 weeks before. We arrived tired and almost 1 am, to be rejected by the hotel. We called the support of the machine, which was in Milan, and there was nothing they could do to help us. We couldn't find anyone at the hotel to actually help us. We had to find another hotel on a Sunday in the city and pay an extra night, because the hotel, which had confirmed our exception, said it couldn't help us. We came back the next day and stayed there, since we had already paid. Rude people who work there. The Hotel is far from the city center, close to the airport, but far from the main tourist attractions. We do not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel, you can find better hotels in the center of Pisa, paying €10 more. Worst experience.

The staff is super nice and helpful. Check in was done in a minute. The lobby is modern and the hotel offers vending machines for every need since there is no mini bar, which is not a must have. The huge parking lot in front of the hotel is definitely a plus. The room, especially the bathroom, was a bit shabby though. The bathroom clearly needs a renovation and the over all cleanliness of the room was also not the best. Didn't sleep well, because it was very loud in the hallway. The hotel has very thin walls. The location is a bit out of the city which we knew when we booked. But in the end it is always that you get what you pay for.

Worst hotel I've been to in a while! Mosquitoes in the room which bit the hell out of me. Horrible double bed which has a divider in the middle. Noisy corridors at night so couldn't sleep at all. The soundproofing in this place is non existent! Traffic noise, other guests and stupid A/generators can be heard all night. Bathroom barely has light in it. Who thought 3 spot lights right above the mirror would be enough to light up the whole bathroom? What a joke!! Ruined out experience

If your looking for a hotel out of the centre of Pisa, but within easy reach of the city, then this is a great option. Just 15 minutes on the bus, which stops 2 mins from the hotel, and you are at Pisa Station and easy walking distance to everything. Rooms are a good size, big bathroom with shower/bath and large smart TV in the bedroom. Super fast internet as well. Corridors can be noise, but at 10:30 it all goes quiet. Snacks (crisps, ice-cream, beer, wine etc) can all be bought in reception. There is also a coffee machine (€1) outside the lift. Staff super friendly and very helpful on getting around and what to see. Definitely use again and would recommend.

Totally disappointed with this choice! The room has not towels for the hair. It was only 2 towels for the body and 2 like cloths which was only for hands. At booking page, the information about the distance for the center of Pisa, was 3,2 km and it was far away. And in our room, we had a window that it was closed with key and we couldn't open it. The only good at this hotel, was the parking space. Which was big and at the entry of the hotel!

The room we were in had a temperature of 26!! Degrees we told the receptionists this 3 times and they all insisted that they had turned of our heating system or that they would cool our room down, after the fourth time talking to them it still was 26 degrees but they did not care at all. next to this the girls from the reception are not that nice. Wouldn’t recommend going here if you’re here to stay for multiple nights.

It was ok. Be aware that you don’t have mini bar in the rooms. The hotel has a mini shop at the reception.

Reception personnel is very kind and helpful. Has a lot of space for parking. Location is a little far from center. Lots of room facilities are old and defective. Price is a little high for what is offering, but compared to the area is an OK deal. Breakfast is very poor.. same every day.

I wanted to thank you for the wonderful stay I had at your hotel. The room was neat and tidy, and even had a lovely balcony. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Meryln who was so attentive. The location is also great as it's only 5-10 minutes away from the airport. I'm very happy with my stay and will definitely recommend your hotel to my friends and family in the future. Thanks again for such a pleasant experience!

Stayed here for 4 nights with the two of us. The location was a little further from the city than I anticipated and a taxi to the tower costs about $20 each way. That being said, you could take a bus, but as it was two of us, we liked the privacy of the taxi. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms are a little outdated but still nice. My only negative is that the glass door doesn't stretch the full shower, so you can often spill water out of the shower onto the floor. I want to end on the reception staff. There were 3 or 4 during my stay, but mostly it was the most wonderful woman named Titta. She is absolutely amazing! Seriously attentive to your needs, will do anything to help you and you can tell just by her personality she loves what she does. I would stay here again just because of the service provided by Titta.

Great and very friendly staff, that's what makes a difference. Well yes, location is not the best if you want to visit Pisa, but you always can get to the city ​​center by bus #5 (bus station is near by) and it will take you less than 10 min. Lunch and dinner are not available in the hotel, but there is an amazing place to get a lunch just across the road. It was a great time staying here, thanks for all the staff who are working in this hotel.

Cheap and cheerful. It’s functional and does the job. We struggled to work the app for the vending machine, it should not be that hard to get some snacks / drinks ! Take some coins or your own. Reception checkin was fantastic. Rooms were clean although the shower overflowed and partly worked. It does the job. Just.

Absolutely loved my time here! i was here for 4 days and it was wonderful Tita is the best there! She was the sweetest and so were the other two girls in the front. Tita checked me and took good care of me. The have nice little shop in the lobby with snacks and food. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff was very helpful and would give you anything you may need. It is very close to the airport and the tower is 15 mins. The taxi service at the hotel is really nice and friendly. I traveled myself and it was very good. 10/10.

Cheap hotel which doesn't deserve 3 stars. There was black mold on the ceiling of our room and in the bathroom. Furthermore the AC was not working and producing weird noises all night long. After check in we already complained about the issues and even showed on of the employees the mold and the noises. We were told that they cannot do nothing about it because house cleaning was out already. That's no way to treat guests... never again will we stay in this hotel.

I give this hotel 2 out of 5. I would have given it a 4 or 5 if our room didn’t smell like cigarettes and if there wasn’t mould on the bathroom ceiling. As we were able to check in at 2am via a self check in system that worked really well. However on our departure I entered the dining area to fill my water bottle and a lady at the front desk who I believe to be the manager kicked me out because they were cleaning. She stopped me while I was filling my water bottle even though there was no one in the cafeteria and the doors were open. Overall the manger was rude and had a mean demeanour. She was also chatting with another staff member constantly while also serving us. So not very hospitable. The other staff in the building were good though.

My stay at this hotel was a very good experience that exceeded my expectations on many fronts. I was received in a warm and welcoming way, and I noticed immediately the quality of the structure, much better than I thought. The room was big and well furnished. Mattresses and pillows were very comfortable, and curtains could provide an almost complete screening of light. The cleanliness was impeccable. The room was spotless, and every detail was meticulously attended to. The staff was friendly and professional, from the front desk to the restaurant. The breakfast was delicious and relatively cheap, with an ample choice of sweet and non-sweet food of very good quality. Coffee was self-made from an authomatic machine, but of high-quality. Only downside might be the non-central location. Yet, this is perfect to visit the surroundings or to reach the airport, and also to visit the centre if you have a car. It takes about 5-10 minutes to reach the center, and the hotel provides a large private free parking, while sleeping in the center is not always easy with a car. The price is absolutely honest for what you get.

Our stay at this hotel was a dream. Friendly staff upon our arrival and at breakfast / departure, we were given an apartment style room with 2 large separate bedrooms and a balcony which was fantastic, very clean and lovely comfortable beds. Breakfast was perfect, plenty of choice and food quality / variety was excellent. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The room was clean and bigger than standard. The bathroom is small and the shower area is very tight. Receptionist was moody, sometimes nice but they might ignore you at times.

Comfortable and good value. Location is a bit tough, and you need to be sure the driver to bus 5 knows you want off at Scornigiana or you know what to look for. Our first trip the driver had the screen announcing the stops turned off and did not announce them. We went by the stop and had to find a bus back.

Booked a room accidently for 1 night for August 6. I meant to hit August 7. Contacted them and Travelocity. Within 20 minutes of booking. They wrote back no refunds. I wrote back I don't want a refund. I want to move it one day. They wrote back YOU HAVE TO DO ANOTHER RESERVATION, BECAUSE THE RESERVATION IS NOT REFUNDABLE. Yes in caps.

The rooms are not the newest but the employees are very friendly and great attention that you forget the imperfections. We enjoyed our time and will be back, for those with a car it is at a perfect distance to visit the city.

It was a wonderful holiday! The hotel is very nice, has everything possible and impossible, clean, very friendly staff, tasty breakfast food. I was really pleasantly surprised!

Extremely friendly and courteous staff, who welcomed us with warm friendliness after a long, tiring journey. Large, clean, well-kept rooms and a nice location. We only stayed one night in transit, but we were satisfied from start to finish.

Massive compliments and thanks particularly to Francesca. We had to find a hotel at 11pm when our flight was cancelled with no notice. She was immensely helpful, stayed on the phone, waited until several of us arrived well after her time to go home, and provided us with good, comfortable, clean and stylish rooms at a very acceptable rate. I'd be pleased to go back to the hotel under happier circumstances!

The room didn't have air conditioning and you could better hotels near the city center at better price

The Hotel and especially the Rooms are old, dirty, loud and rundown. Staff on the other hand was friendly.

Nice room, wide with tiles instead of carpets. Not satisfied with bath tub instead of shower. The flap glasses could not protect the floor against water. Breakfast might be improved. Receptionists are kind and helpful.

I enjoyed the wide room and the view from the 4th floor, air conditioning and floor tiles instead of carpet, large TV set. Guys at the reception are very friendly and helpful. No 5 stars because of the bathroom. I could not appreciate the bath tub instead of a real shower. The glass doors could not avoid water falling almost directly on the floor. Otherwise price is attractive.

Personnel is very kind, though reception is only available at limited hours, breakfast served from 7 am an on.
