This Hotel is so racist guys, terrible attitudes of the staffs. And seperate breakfast rooms for Asians. There was very few food for Asians, water is not able to take away from the breakfast, and there is no water bottle in the rooms, how selfish is that? The AC was terrible, it was old and hard to control, and the air comming out from it was hot, i could not control. There were two pieces of paper on the Asians' table, wrote "No take away", and "water in breakfast costs 2 euros to takeaway". I don't say that we can take away food, but the way they place the papers on the table made us feel very disrespected. And the Hotel is very OLD, it was not deserve to stay here.

They separate breakfast for asian and European tourists. Asians have awful food and drink from plastic cups. what a half star hotel... .. the worst hotel in my Europe tour. The water heater in the bathroom is not stable.

Had a beautiful view, but we experienced discrimination during breakfast as Asian guests. We were given a separate dining area and the staff guarded us instead of welcoming us. In addition, there were rules printed on large signs placed on each dining table. We felt offended by this treatment.

This hotel is discrimination. There are impolite papers on the breakfast tables for Asian Tour Group, while there are not on the breakfast tables for European Tour Group. I am Asian and I will never come back to this hotel.

So so hotel. Located close to the airport and averagely 10€ taxi drive away from main street. Overall interior is quite outdated and renovation is definitely needed.

This poor hotel has 0 customer satisfaction - The furniture inside it was horrible - The only option for the shower is COLD water, cause it's broken - The Air Conditioner is broken also - They will charge you Service Charge even when you order yourself from the till like we had, it's disgusting, they charged us 15 euro for nothing, we didn't wanted a service charge and they still charged us. This hotel is a 2 stars hotel not a 4 Stars DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!

Hotel only for transfer flights if you are using Pisa airport. Rooms are Italian standard for 4 stars: small, quite clean. A LOT OF MOSQUITOS in room!!! I could not sleep almost whole night. Nothing special. A lot of noise due to near by highway and street. Restaurants nothing special, typical italian, not expansive option. Just to eat, not enjoy. Breakfast nice. No problems. Continental standard plus Italian sweeties. Internet in room was not working most of the time. Next time I will selections something diffrent in that area.

-Very poor 2 stars hotel -Shower is not working, you will only get cold water -Air conditioner NOT working properly - Mattresses are very old fashioned and uncomfortable - Windows are quite dirty - the fridge is very poor, Will not keep cold - very old furniture - very bad customer satisfaction Best AVOID!

The only good thing about this hotel is the staff, they are nice and friendly. For the rest, 0 really 0, there is no heating or air conditioning, To have the air conditioning you have to ask at the reception, it's cold at night, hot during the day, there are mosquitoes that enter our room and the wifi network is unpleasant, We have to reconnect each time we lock our phone, not to mention the card system to access the room, if you are two and you go to book an activity with your wife and your wife also wants to surprise you, only one of you will be able to access the room when you come back, The only star is for the staff who are very welcoming

Old building, lobby is too dark needs more light. Group breakfast saperated from hotel guest and the food so minimalist, plastic glass.

Spacious room, perfect restaurant with fair price. The restaurant is important as there are not many choices outside.

he moment we stepped in, Ms Teodora welcomed us with a big and warm smile, Checked us in and explained about the hotel facilities available for us. Luckily we were the only customer at that time as we arrived late evening, so Teodora gave us good ideas not only about Pisa, but also how to go Firenze and Seina. On the last day, Ms Sara was very friendly, helpful and allowed us to keep the baggage behind reception room as our flight departs late at 8 pm, so we got free time to say goodbye to Pisa City. In general, the hotel services and facilities are excellent , breakfast was excellent, enough food and time was given to everyone, staff were very friendly and helpful with any extra requests. Definitely we will come again and we will recommend the hotel for our friends and family.

Our airline booked this hotel for us after a cancellation so a plane load of people arrived at around 1am. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and really tried to get us to our rooms fast. The staff were very attentive and friendly the whole time considering we were there for less than 12 hours. The hotel is only 5 minutes from the airport and about a 5 minute taxi to the Pisa train station.

A large and handy 4-star business hotel close to the airport at Pisa with free overnight parking. Beds not the most comfortable, but OK. Staff friendly and accommodation reasonably priced. Our second stay and perfect for catching an early morning flight. A short cab ride or leisurely walk into the centre of the city.

Both hotel and restaurant staff were very nice (almost all of them), but the infrastructure of the hotel leaves a big big room for improvement. Facilities are very run down. The hotel is very far away from anything. AC doesn't work at night (?!)

Comfy bed, clean room and modern interior. Wide variety of food for breakfast. 31 minutes walk to the Pisa Tower. Safe and secure parking place. All in all I recommend.

Great for an early morning flight does what it will not hotel with lots of rooms very close to the train station and airport both of which you can walk to if you really had to but it's not ideal as we found out. Breakfast was nice and simple but had a large variety. Rooms were clean noting special but it's a large businesses stay for one day kind of place.

Beware: Tour Groups are treated poorly here. Clean room. No coffee/ tea/ kettle provided. The staffs were rude, totally discriminate non-Caucasian. Although we came as a group, we should be treated as such other hotel guess. If the staffs/ hotel management do not want to welcome tour group, then don’t! We are happy to pay more elsewhere. Not sure if the strict rules were applied because of the bad experiences with tour group. However, there are other ways to deal with the problem. Not everyone is the same.

We arrived at 2 at night at the hotel. My wife went to sleep and then it turned out that the air conditioner in the room was not working !! The guy from the reseption went up to the room and tried to figure out the source of the problem. But failed. So offered to move us a room of course I refused because my wife is already sleeping in bed !! I will update if in the morning I will get back some of the money we paid ..

Great place to stay. Nice breakfast in the morning too. Very COVID-19 aware. I recommend it to whoever visits Pisa.

poor hospitality especially for tour groups, the woman staff was too rude including to an elderly gentleman. The food quality was also poor

The hotel is very far away from the city center. The only decent way to get to town is by taxi. The service is quite expensive because the location is considered out of town. The receptionist was moody and has rolled her eyes when we asked questions about the points of interest for tourists and when we asked her to call us a taxi. The restaurant receives clients only if they made a reservation in advance. Some people don't know this rule and when they ask for a table they are being laughed at for making such a demand by the staff at the restaurant. The rooms have many flaws and the furniture is quite old. It is a 4 stars hotel but it offers the confort of a 2 stars hotel. I would not go back there again, mainly because of how the staff treats their clients. The cleaning lady was nice though 👌
