The only good thing is location. Lights are not enough, when I asked for the remote control of the air conditioner, the staff or owner (idk), said that was cold, that was not necessary to turn on it, after clearly he showed he didn’t want to give it, after long discuss, I showed that was in the booking and just then he agreed to give it. Completely disappointing. Giving 1 star JUST because of location.

We chose this hotel based on its close proximity to the Leaning Tower. When we arrived, the room was HOT, and the air conditioner was turned off. We turned it on, but the best we could get was a trickle of slightly cool air. The attendant at the front desk was able to get it running a little cooler, but it still struggles to cool the room. The bed is made up of two rock-hard twin mattresses laid side by side, with two thin pillows on it. There was one extra pillow in the closet. The walls and moldings have holes, dents, and chips, and the room is dingy and dimly lit. The bathroom seems okay, though the towel shelf has chipped and peeling paint.

I do not recommend. The service is terrible. The hotel is too old.

Great location, only a couple of minutes from the leaning tower. Staff were friendly. The room was a little dated and hot - I found it hard to cool down.

The rooms are a bit run down and sometimes the lighting is not enough. However, the location is very close to the tower, and the staff is kind and helpful. Recommended for a one night stay.

The hotel looks a little run-down from the outside but the room was basic but clean and fine for the night and the breakfast was good. The best thing about this hotel is the location. We got the bus from Pisa to Lucca which was opposite, again really handy if travelling around.

The hotel is in a very very good location, anywhere we needed to be was easily accessible from here. The rooms were good too - we had one double and one single room. However, the service was awful. There were no irons in our rooms so we requested one from reception on Day 1 and they gave it to us along with a sheet made for ironing on top of. As we were leaving for a pre wedding party, the receptionist abruptly asked us to return the iron to them. On Day 2, we asked for the iron again as we were going to the wedding and we only had an hour to get ready. The receptionist then told us that they will not give us any irons because it's against policy to iron in the hotel... 1. We were given an iron on day 1. 2. I have never seen a policy like this that doesn't allow ironing in the hotel. 3. The receptionist was very very rude about not letting us use any iron, even though we told him that we're getting really late for the wedding. We wasted half an hour arguing with him and then had to travel another half an hour to find a self service laundry service where we could use an iron. In the end, we completely missed the ceremony. Extremely disappointed as we only travelled to Pisa for the wedding. Awful experience due to a horrendous service.

Really lovely small hotel just by the Piazza di Miracoli, we had a room with a view over the leaning tower. Just asked for it when we booked like 6 months in advance and we got it. Rooms are clean, service is good and breakfast is a smaller basic breakfast, you don't need more than they offer so it suited us more than well! Strongly recommend this if you have a few nights in Pisa 😊

Very dated and basic but very clean and breakfast wasn't terrible either. Was perfect for our 1 night stop, probably wouldn't recommend for much longer than that though. 5 min walk to the tower.

We traveled as a family - two adults, three children. No expectations, we just wanted an apartment in the center. And this hotel fully satisfied our needs. Sometimes an evening walk by the tower is better than a luxurious room far away. Our family rating - great. The breakfast offer is fully sufficient to fill you up, we liked the personalized cappuccino with the greeting "Buongiorno" every morning. And the smell of fresh croissants spreads irresistibly through the corridors of the hotel. The hotel offers the possibility of parking, however, this is more suitable for smaller and narrower cars or good drivers. Better soundproofing in the corridors and from crowdy street would be more suitable for guests who are light sleepers. Overall, we were satisfied, we do not perceive any fundamental shortcomings. Finally, we thank you.

Worst breakfast I ever eat in my life in one hotel, almost nothing to eat, we bought food from market and eat on the table form breakfast place. Very close to the center. Old rooms not revavated, small rooms. Nice staff. At all, not good.

Pros - The staff were helpful, polite and friendly and instantly made us feel welcome. Very close to the leaning Tower. Comfortable bed. Cons - Generally the hotel looks and feels pretty worn and tired. Our room was pretty noisy, but to be expected considering its proximity to the road.. But unfortunately you can hear other guests very clearly! Talking, closing doors and flushing toilets to name a few. A very poor breakfast overall, with a poor selection of everything. Overall if you are looking for a quick overnight stop that's close to the leaning Tower this hotel ticks the box, but unfortunately doesn't tick many others.

Cozy room close to the old Town. Beatiful view from the window. Poor industrial breakfast. Parking fee 14 euros / day, which was not mentioned in the booking. Broken balcony door, no one came to fix it inspite of our complaint.

The room was extremely hot when we got here. The window was open, but the old air conditioner wasn’t on. We turned it on and it started blowing minimal air. We told the guy at the front desk and he came up. He got it blowing a little better, but that only lasted a couple of minutes. The lights stopped working for about 10 minutes and there was no “do not disturb” sign. The housekeeper walked into our room. She was apologetic, and we weren’t upset, there was no sign how would she know. The breakfast was bread products and cold cuts, juice and coffee. No eggs, yogurt, fruit, vegetables. I’m celiac, so we had to eat somewhere else. The room is in poor condition. There are holes in the wall and I have never seen pillows so thin. There’s a total of two pillows on a 2 person bed, which would be fine, but they are both pathetic. Thank goodness we only have one night here!

Best value for money, we were allowed to check in early and check out early due to flight times and pisa tower was just 2 mins walk away

Very convenient to the monuments. Very near the train station, San Rossore, only 5 minutes away
