Terrible
experience
communicating
with
the
airport
staff.
I
lost
my
wallet
with
everything
in
it
at
the
airport
and
eventually
missed
my
flight
because
of
this.
I
asked
multiple
staff
members
for
help
but
they
acted
very
careless
and
most
of
them
barely
spoke
a
word
of
english
(in
an
international
airport)
I
received
no
help
or
any
information
even
though
i
was
a
woman
traveling
alone,
in
a
difficult
situation
abroad,
and
clearly
experiencing
a
bad
panic
attack.
One
staff
member
directed
me
to
the
police
office,
but
the
police
officers
didn’t
even
answer
the
door
when
i
asked
for
help
through
the
intercom.
(you
need
to
ring
a
doorbell
to
speak
to
them)
Not
one
police
officer
opened
the
door
to
speak
to
me.
Airport
staff
witnessed
this
and
did
nothing.
This
was
going
on
for
a
few
hours
until
late
in
the
evening,
and
multiple
sketchy
men
started
bothering
me
and
following
me
around
in
and
outside
the
airport
entrance.
Again,
i
saw
a
few
staff
members
witnessing
this
up
close
and
still
acting
careless.
As
a
woman
traveling
alone
this
was
terrifying.
Overall
this
was
a
really
bad
situation
that
definitely
could’ve
been
handled
better
by
airport
staff.
Thank
you
so
much
to
the
one
cleaning
lady
there,
that
took
her
time
to
help
me
during
my
panic
attack
though.
I
didn’t
get
her
name,
but
she
was
so
kind.
