I bought a wardrobe last week at Ikea Pisa and paid for assembly. The Assembly is outsourced to a third party. The assembly team arrived this morning before the furniture, so they left, promising to return later this afternoon. Wardrobe arrived at 12 noon but now "IKEA" are saying the assembly team can't come back until mid next week. Very very dissatisfied. I spoke to the assembly guys and was informed that IKEA instructed them not to return today to assemble..!!! Very difficult to navigate the IKEA system when things go wrong... Getting passed from pillar to post. No telephone # for the Pisa store for me to get any recourse..

It's always nice to get Adrian out during the pandemic. He especially enjoyed looking at the candles. We're going home now so he can practice karate in his room.

I found what I came for!fun to se that IKEA abroad is pretty mutch the same as it is at home in Sweden 🇸🇪

It is really annoying that you have to go around whole store to get to the checkouts even if you want just one thing. Other than that, everything is of a high standard.

Reviewing the Restaurant only: I have to say, this was the worst fast food experience in my life. The bread was as stale as the service and had the consistency of IKEA’s famed Oat Crackers. Most of the Soda’s were either broken, came without syrup and the ones that worked tasted like gummy bears dissolved in water. The sausage was fine. Overall we got a good laugh out of it, but I recommend to stick to shopping furniture at IKEA and not ordering any food 🤪

Good IKEA, loads of parking space, large selection and you can pick up almost everything immediately.

Big IKEA, lots of parking space, but it’s al in the sun though. You can get almost everything here. The cafeteria is great, you van get lot of different options, some are vegetarian as well.

Just like any other IKEA, cheap furniture that won’t last for long, mainly for students. Food is average.

It is amazing what they have and how they display their merchandise. Who would have thought to visit while on vacation in Italy!!!

I bought 3 small tables. I put up 2 of them with no problem but the 3rd had a bad part and I had to go back to change it.. I changed it to find out the new table has the same issue and I can't use it. It's really exhausting and inefficient to have to go all that distance 3 times just for a table..

A great place to shop for furniture and eat lunch. The food here is wayyyy better than in America. We bought a few bookcases here for our home to be delivered to. They could not find our house and did not call us to make sure they were in the correct place. So we had to pay an extra shipping fee for a different day. Other than that its like any other Ikea.

It is a big store with lots of easy free parking. Went around as quickly as possible as it was too hot inside for us. In fact, the staff were wearing t-shirts in December!! We took our coats off but were still too hot. A good place to go to spend a few hours keeping warm. Lots of good design ideas

I like this IKEA store very much .It is situated in a very good position -close to Pisa town , but not really inside ,so one could get this store very quickly without any traffic. The store is very big with all possible useful thing one could desire.I love ❤️ to pass my time there with my family .It is really difficult to resist from buying all things you see.I know there is a kind of an illness called IKEA illness that's about me.The staff is very polite and well prepared and always at your disposal. There is no crowd normally ,one could pay using electronic cash desk without standing in the queues. I find everything very well organized in this store and I wish to everybody to enjoy shopping there as I always do

Very friendly staff and a very Italian bar serving sandwiches and more as well as usual self service restaurant.

This place is always crowded because of the good quality of things that IKEA carry. My wife used to go to IKEA in Germany years ago and shop. They have always had very nice household items and other things.
