A tasty cuisine, made of fresh ingredients, in a simple atmosphere where the locals meet. The staff can speak English. Reasonably priced. Definitely worth a visit.

My daughter just told me this was the best pasta she ever had in her entire life. I can say the same about me! And we have been living in Italy for 2+ years. Bravi ragazzi! The team is super sweet and accommodating. Love this place! You must try their pasta and ask for their special amaro ;)

We enjoyed a wonderful meal on August 28,2023 after visiting the leaning tower of Pisa. It started pouring rain during our visit to the tower area so scrambled for cover and a warm meal. The staff at the Olio handled the rush well and the food was excellent. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the neighborhood.

Amazing homemade pizza with best quality ingredients. Never have I ever eaten such fresh pasta, especially with summer truffle. Creaminess and tenderness of pasta was amazing

A lovely place we came across in Pisa. Amazing homemade food and the service was amazing, and in English! The food was light (not small sized at all) but incredibly tasty. Would visit again tomorrow, and definitely recommend!

Chanced upon this place after touring the Pisa area. Decided to give it a try as it stated home made pasta. Ordered the Carbonara and wild boar ragu. Definitely did not disappoint. Pasta was al dante and seasoning on point. We also had the tiramisu to share, truly a wonderful end to a lovely lunch

Amazing place to have pasta and to feel the Italian vibe. We had really great service from the owner of the restaurant and she explained about all types of pastas. We really enjoyed our meals. One thing which was not really nice was that we got unneeded bread which costs 4 euro which we didn't even touch. So better to decline that if you don't want it as it's not included(same as water).

We almost choised another restaurant but finally we made a good choise. Stuff is kindly, we got the food fastly, and it was really delicious. Price is avarage The best is there is a terrace at the back and you can eat piecfully in the city centre

If you are looking for a place to run away from the chaos of restaurants near the tower, and want to eat authentic homemade pasta, look no further. At Olio e Permigiano you can eat by the street, inside or in the rear garden. The atmosphere is relaxed and relaxing - all you might look for after a day of sightseeing.

This restaurant is amazingly good!! The pork ribs are out of this world and a must when you are in Pisa. The service is soooo friendly and warm. The restaurant looks clean but cosy and has a very nice vibe. So..if you have the possibility to go here, GO!!!! And enjoy ❤️ (And have a dessert😉🤤)

A small oasis in between all the touristic restaurants. Lovely terrace in the back. They serve great selfmade pasta, staff is friendly and is fluent in English and Italian. Would love to go again!

Great place that serves some lovely pasta dishes. Very nice cool temperature in the outside area as well. Well worth a visit

Recommend this place! We walked around in the city, much later then normal dinner time, and while many other places closed their kitchen for the night already, here they welcomed us with patience and a smile even after 10PM. Service and stuff was friendly, our food came really fast, and everything is made from their hommade pastas!!

Cannot recommend this enough. They make all their pasta fresh. They were more thank happy to go off menu and cook for our fussy eater and another customer. Amazing food. Enjoyed every mouthful.

Very nice surprise in the heart of Pisa, near the tower. La Terrazza is a lovely Tuscan restaurant with a cozy courtyard and friendly staff. Great place for HOME-MADE pasta! I had home-made delicious ravioli filled with artichokes with a buttery sauce and rich appetizers with Tuscan flavors. Can’t wait to go back!

We got the ravioli with buffalo cheese, and pappardelle in ragu sauce. Both items were amazingly delicious - homemade pasta was eggy, and sauce was flavourful. Glad we went with the female staff's recommendations, very satisfied.

A fabulous place to have lunch with options to eat inside, at the front or in the lovely terrace at the back. The homemade pasta dish was so tasty. Everything we had was fresh and looked very good.

What a lovely place. Walk past the tourist traps (I'm sure they're not all bad) to this place as it is worth the wait. Team were lovely with my young daughter and food was excellent - you could tell it really was handmade pasta - beautiful taste. The garden terrace out back is a real treat too! Thank you!

We’ve been 5 people there. The restaurant is few meters of walk from Pisa tower. It has a cozy terrace with few tables. Don’t worry if you are bigger group. The staff is realy nice and prepare table for you. The food is another story. It was amaizing. Well prepared and tasty. We’ve got some pizzas, pasta, burger but the steak was great. I absolutely recommend.

Great little spot just outside the heavy tourist area of Pisa, and is definitely worth seeking out. The owner told us that handmade fresh pasta was their specialty and she wasn’t exaggerating. I had the pici pasta with eggplant, cherry tomatoes, and pecorino. It was excellent! Others in my group tried variations of ravioli and all raved about how good it was.

Good homemade pasta. Very friendly staff. Portions were a bit small, you will need starters or seconds if you are hungry.

Pasta is fine but the pizza was pretty bad, especially compared to the local standard. It had very little to no taste and apart from tomatoes only two or three pieces of funghi. Staff is nice. The toilets could also use an improvement. I recommend going to La Piccola Capri if you want to experience a srsly tasty pizza.

Really good freshly made pasta/ravioli and a quiet courtyard at the back away from the busy street. Also a decent pizza, despite not cooked in a pizza oven. Good service, reasonable price.

Quaint little eatery that serves home- made ravioli! I had one of the day's dishes, ravioli of smoked salmon and ricotta, served with a buttery sauce and a sprinkle of baie de rose! Absolutely delicious!

The food is tasty, and close to Tower. Prices also ok. Offers Tuscan dishes, lots of vegetarian options. It could be more cosy and the atmosphere would be better but in general the food was good.

Best raviolis filled with mozarella. Tasty, more than 5 stars. And the tiramisu really good and fresh.
