Nice to see people eating from the boot of their cars outside McDonald's even under the rain! Phenomenon Covid. Cannot complain about the food, but do worry about the sustainability claims of McDonald's. There is so much waste after finishing a meal and no apparent sorting by staff... Not even a bin for plastic in sight. I understand that McD's established some time ago aspirational goals for 2030 (beyond those of 2020) that include no waste being sent to landfill or incineration and a high rate of recycling in each restaurant by 2025 (in order also to accelerate the circular economy). I seriously wonder if this sustainability plan/ framework has been shared with the franchisee of the Pisa branch...

Unfortunately, it was really quite dirty. Yes, we visited fairly soon after opening time, maybe half an hour after, but it was very dirty both inside and outside. The toilets were also filthy and almost unusable. One person serving to provide coffee and things like muffins. Very slow. Will never be returning.

They take too much time to accept payment at the cashier after the kiosk. They pretend they don’t see the big a$$ line and keep working at the kitchen. It’s annoying, I ordered one ice cream and had to wait at the cashier queue for 10 mins

It's a McDonalds like any other. Despite it not being busy the trash bins were over full and not being emptied.

Rarely have I seen such bad management at a McDonald's...

It’s interesting to see the Italian’s way of McDonald’s! Ilaria was so helpful to us and so so sweet! The food was great. Pretty fast service. The Pistacchio McFlurry is amazing !!!! Thank you !

Went at a quiet time, around 6 pm on 29th December. Easy to order and pay on digital screens. Unfortunately, no table service today so had to collect from the collection point when the order was ready. Additionally, there was no toilet paper in one of the cubicles (hence 3 for service). However, there was a nice relaxing atmosphere, probably because it was quiet at the time, everything was fast and easy and the food was what you expect from Mcdonald's

They speak English!!!!! It is hit or miss with the service. But what else do you expect from McDonald's.

Not that I go to MDs much but this is probably the worst plus they are slow. Clean though.

Very busy. The trash was over flowing. The only positive - your food can be brought right to your table.

Nice place, very close to Ikea and Pisa airport

Great staff, helpful and extremely courteous. Had just arrived in Pisa, was struggling with the language and they helped us by getting a nearly fluent member of staff to take our order in English.
