Very very unprofessional and rude people working at this location, it’s my first time encountering this level of hate from anyone just for asking them to use a clean knife due to allergies, tried to be as nice as possible but did not receive the same energy back. I strongly discourage anyone from giving them your business. I would rather light my money on fire than spend it here

I have been to multiple DD locations throughout NJ but this place by far had the best associates, they were very kind and professional. Definitely recommend this place.

DD is as expensive as Five Bucks now! Over 4 bucks for a large refresher iced tea. No good deals on food anymore either. Breakfast with a sandwich, potatoes and a iced coffee is 9 bucks with a senior discount. Do not go to DD much anymore because of how expensive it is!

A favorite to go place always as its near my kid’s school..good ambience and quick service...ordered dinosaur shaped donuts for my daughters bday from here which were very fresh and good in size..

go to any other location, overpriced espresso that filled up less than half the cup. at every other location ive been to the cup was never filled that low

Place is clean and new but There’s always some woman in this with no legs in a wheelchair she stinks up the whole place get her out!!!!

Their sandwiches are really good, but the prices are getting worse. One little donut is over a dollar!! Store is clean but busy depending on what time you go.

The night staff are friendly, and always eager to provide me quality service. I appreciate how hard they work at this job, and yet always are positive and engaging.

So, this has been my go-to Dunkin, and while I'll still end up going to it (out of convenience) this place runs out of stock very quickly. Also, four or five times, I have ordered the Avocado toast with bacon and it hadn't come with bacon (which is extra money mind you). I've been very disappointed with them lately. I will say it obviously has nothing to do with the people there, though the one lady was dismissive when she told me they didn't have my drink but I was annoyed and I'm sure she was also annoyed with people complaining so I can't really fault her. And the one guy seemed to feel really bad that two things I ordered were out of stock. They ended up giving me an extra donut, which was nice but doesn't really make up for not having two things I ordered. So, it's not the workers, probably the management. They obviously need to order more ingredients and keep popular items in stock. So, while I will still go ever so often if I need a quick stop, I will be finding a different dunkin for my dunkin stops.

My go to place for my daily coffee and refreshments. Yes, it gets busy depending on the time of the day, that’s why having an app is a great help, as you can order ahead of time. Staff are generally customer friendly, but have the habit of talking with their own language when conversing with each other - I personally have no problem with that, especially if it’s done to give a clear instruction to a coworker, but I understand how some customers find that rude or annoying. The mgr Grace is awesome.
