I raised a maintenance request for water leaking from roof. Kevin attended the call after hours and was quick to come and look into the issue. He was quick to diagnose the problem and acted upon it. This is my second experience with Kevin and he has been absolutely amazing both times.

I’m very pleased with the maintenance staff’s Mr Luis efficient service in fixing the fused light on my balcony. Luis diagnosed the issue, and had the light replaced in no time. His professionalism and skill are greatly appreciated.

We have placed a maintenance request for kitchen countertop breakage. Since then Kevin was very responsive and responsible in fixing this and he did a wonderful job on following up on multiple times and when third party was here to fix it he was with them and made sure everything went smoothly and fixed everything else correctly and completely. Thanks to Kevin!!

I put in a maintenance request late Friday afternoon regarding the sink in the main bathroom and the spout in the dishwasher. Luis came on Monday to check the issues and came back Tuesday morning and fixed everything. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very nice. The two gentleman that assisted him with the bathroom sink were passant as well. Also, Lius noticed that the latch on the house door was stuck and he fixed that too without me asking. I really appreciated that. He’s a great asset to the maintenance team!

Both Louis S & Tom came by the day after putting in my request. They came early and addressed all 7 of my issues/request. They did a great job at finding a resolution to my primary bathroom shower spout. Also another worker Melvin/Kevin didn't catch his name fully on his shirt. He came by to provide guidance as well. The team worked well together. They didn't spend more time than required. Friendly and curious.
