TO AVOID ABSOLUTELY! Blind & dark room not specified in the ad. RUDE AND AGRESSIVE OWNERS ! This agriturismo does not have the spirit of an agriturismo at all ... DON'T STAY THERE ! There are plenty of other much more welcoming places in ITALY.

Terrible experience. We had specifically looked for a hotel where we could travel together with our child and dog, and this hotel had claimed they accepted them. After days of research and once I had finally booked, they then told me that we couldn't bring the dog after all. Please don't lie or mislead on your postings (booking.com), as it led to a huge waste of my time while researching hotels and a lot of disappointment for the whole family when we needed to cancel.

The rooms outside the villa building leave a lot to be desired. An additional bed with a collapsing mattress, a carelessly dressed sheet. Ants in the room. A humming fan that worked all night - can be turned off with a remote control available at the reception desk in Villa - not open at night !! Arrogant Mr. Simon. You can definitely find a friendlier and more comfortable place to rest.

We have booked 6 days here as a family of four and are already enchanted with the villa. The staff could not be nicer, grounds, villa, accommodation, breakfast could not be better. So pleased we have found this hidden gem in Pistoia. Pool is fab, ou apartment is beautiful.

The Villa is fantastic! Green garden, breakfast tables outside are just great. Pool is very clean and big enough. Rooms are very big and very clean. And of course cats 😉

This place is a dream! We stayed 2 nights and wished we'd stayed (a lot) longer. The grounds are spectacular--you feel like you're in a secluded Tuscan oasis, yet you're very conveniently close to the A11 and minutes from the center of Pistoia. The drive is VERY easy, and the hotel has it's own parking lot and an electric charger. The staff, from the manager to the owner and cleaning staff, are all incredibly friendly and kind. We had a one-bedroom suite which was beautiful and SO clean. (As I showered, I marveled at the crystal clear shower doors, lol. AND several times we thought the window was open because the windows were so clean!!) The room is outfitted with high quality appliances, and the kitchenette makes it easy to pull together a quick snack or hot drink. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable, and everything is decorated tastefully and comfortably. Be sure to walk up to the top of the property on their beautiful central steps under multiple arbors. We were left speechless by the views! It is not a matter of IF we will be back, but when. Grazie!
